This is the future of video games, the deadwood mansion is so much fun, you must try this out with friends.if you are a fan of shooting zombies totally worth every penny, the second experience is also fun but for some reason it glitch for a while there but still enjoyable. They have other 2 dames which also look fun. Im sure this will evolve with time and will get much better. they said they are working in more games and ill be waiting to try them too

Never really leave reviews but felt like I should. Took over 20-30 additional minutes just to set up (while we were suited up in the room waiting to play) due to technical difficulties. There was barely any audio in our headsets so hearing the game was a bit difficult. When we asked to fix the audio, they said “that’s just how it is”. Had to pause our game once or twice to charge our weapons/scanners. 3 out of 5 of us had bugged weapons and arms. The video afterwards was awkward because the in-game models arms were bugged out. They offered us 10% off our next visit and then told us the price was going up by an additional $10. What a deal.. Overall, we were pretty disappointed. I think if they had given us a voucher to try it again and redeem our experience we would have, but other than that, we’ll probably pass.Edit: One star to three! They just reached out to give us another try for free. That was really quick, so I updated my rating to reflect the good service! I’ll be sure to update my rating once we check out the place again!

Awesome experience, but pretty tiring if you do several back-to-back!

Alex and Dominque were totally cool and awesome staff. We had a wonderful Valentines date night. What’s not to love, Zombies Guns and Rats! Highly recommend to all.

Sandbox VR is a true fully immersive virtual reality game. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the games and equipment.This was my first time doing something like this and it was well worth it. As it is a new company there are only five games at this moment. These games are extremely fun. The experience last for about 30 mins, check in is extremely quick. At end, everyone gets a video thats sent to everyones email or they can airdrop it if you have a iPhone. Definitely doing it again!

Really great and immersive experience. Reagan is great, we had problems with game set up and he was proactive in making sure my party was completely satisfied. Well be back!

Took my husband and a couple of friends for Valentines day. So awesome, had so much fun. Will be back for those special promos

This is great place to have fun. The place has so much potential in having a very successful business. I would recommend a party of 2 to 6 people since the max is 6 and that it really fun playing by yourself. The pricing is little high but its reasonable due to their technology and small businesses scale.Things the business can improve on.The waiting looks nice but having a more sitting would help since there about five rooms that can hold up to 6. So on busy days you have somewhere people can sit.The motion trackers are good with the adjustable straps but can improve by having move secure foot holder. Also with hand tracker too.The gun model are good but them telling you that some of the buttons dont do anything and not to push them. The guns should have a plastic guard for the buttons.Also the guns in game specifically the submachine gun compare to the gun given to you does not feel like a submachine.The business can make side money by selling snacks and drinks in the waiting room.There is more thing they can do improve experience and business.

Awesome place and great experience. i had an absolute blast. the people working were fun and very personable; the only thing is that my headset wasnt loud enough BUUUUUUUT i didnt really speak up on it so take what i said on that with a grain of salt cause it could have been an easy fix or a bugged headset

This was very cool, I have my own Oculus setup, but getting the full body tracking and haptic feedback really makes it a fun experience. Def give it a shot!!

Best vr sandbox ever

My wife and I tried a Star Trek Discovery based experience at Sandbox VR.We were the very first customers at this locations soft opening. The staff was excellent. The donning/doffing process was good and the guest relations folks were fun and we had fun with them. They were very excited to have real Trek fans try their new experience.The rigs were Oculus Rifts with HyperX headsets and an MSI backpack which included the computer, battery, and haptic vest. They gave us a generic handgun which was our hand phaser in game, and a generic rod with a bunch of buttons which was our tricorder scanner. They were a little confused about what to do with my friends glasses. Mostly just inexperience, because Rifts have room in the headset for glasses. They offered cheater lenses, but those are not substitutes for people with prescription lenses.Tracking was decent, but not excellent. Movement and headlook was spot on, but gun accuracy took some getting used to. I ended up having to put my tricorder behind me to keep it away from my pistol while shooting, or the tracking got confused. It certainly was good enough for me to enjoy the game. Sometimes my trigger shot someone elses pistol and visa versa. This error was intermittent, but was sometime annoying. The biggest issue we had is although we were wearing headsets, there was no inter-team communication. We basically had to shout above game volume to be heard at all, so we didnt communicate much. Thats a clear improvement they need.The play area was a big rectangle that was generally large enough for the four of us to move around. What that rectangle represented in game changed throughout the experience. Transporter pad, beam down point, underground cavern. Once we were split into two smaller compartments to solve a quick puzzle. It was interesting to see my two partners beamed across the cargo bay, but know they were right next to me IRL. It shows the power this technology will have in storytelling.At the end we were scored on our accuracy, kills, and number of items scanned with our tricorder. They mixed up who was who in the score screen. Another simple error that will be fixed with experience.Then they gave us two videos of our experience to share with everyone for free! Very cool, and appreciated. Many places charge extra for this kind of thing. The Void in downtown Disney charges $10 for a picture of your experience, so this is a clear step up they have on that VR arcade.Overall, there were some glitches but the experience was very enjoyable, and I expect they will clear out the glitches as time goes on. I would recommend it for Trek fans.
