Pathetic screen placement, especially in auditorium 3. Even the last rows have to raise their heads to watch the film, imagine the inconvenience of front row. Very small size of the screen spoils the fun

I just relocated here in Centreville, Virginia from Aurora, Colorado and I enjoyEd the atmosphere of the movie simply because I felt safe and secure because there were hardly no one in the entire movie theater due to ongoing COVID-19 outbreaks all over the country and the local community. The Cinemax movie theater is huge and there were only three people, including myself, watching the 4:05 PM movie on a quiet Saturday afternoon.

All the employees were friendly and helpful. So glad to have a theater open!

Love this place. Im in Reston but its my theater of choice. Small if any turnover in staff and they are always very accommodating. Looking forward to post Covid movies again.

I wish I can give 20 stars the best thing about this place is not just the movies its the people working there they are so kind and friendly. My little sister and I have a tradition, we go to the movies at least once a month what made this a tridition was the great staff. They are so sweet. Today my little sister lost her phone and on the way back she was freaking out but we went back and all the employees were super nice and helpful. One of them even lifted the chairs to Check if it fell in and he helped us find it. Cinemark does really care about its community. So thank you and thank everyone working there.

This theater is my go to spot and it never disappoints. This trip was my first one back since Covid and I can say the staff are going above and beyond to make sure people feel comfortable.

I went to Cinemark 12 and it was probably the best Cinema experience I’ve ever had, they really cared about the cleanliness of the cinema. Also the staff were just amazing they made my life so much easier I am definitely going back to Cinemark 12 again and hope others will to.

The private theater is a great way to see a movie and not have to worry about COVID.

Came here for the first time this evening. Signs everywhere say they disinfect seats before each screening. However, there was food and trash in our assigned seats. This is the first time I’ve gone to the movies since COVID became a global pandemic, and I’m disappointed. Wipe dispensers were empty. Glad I brought my own wipes — even though they ask you not to use outside wipes. This makes me distrustful of how clean they claim to be. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this place to anyone for health and safety reasons. Do better.Although they had other safety practices in place, to me cleanliness and safety inside the theater are the most important.

Love the app, membership is the way to go for movie lovers. Getting discounts at the concessions is great too. Love the assigned seats. Only bad thing was there was an extra 35 minutes of previews and commercials making the movie seem like it wasnt ever going to start. Comon theater people start the movie at the assigned start time, not 35 minutes later!

It was our first time visiting this theater. Its huge inside! Very clean and clean bathrooms. The comfy, reclining seats are super nice! This theater is walking distance, which is also great.

Its a nice theater. Good seats and a great deal on Tuesday tickets. I showed up with a backpack and was told I couldnt bring it in. I dont have a car (ubered to the theater) so I had to leave it at the ticket counter which was a little annoying. But everything else was nice.

Wide, reclining chairs make watching a movie very pleasant. You dont feel crowded together like in regular theatres. Also the adult beverage selection is nice.

Not sure if all the rooms were like the one I was in, but I was expecting stadium seating, and it wasnt. And the chairs are getting a bit worn. The concessions were good though and the chairs were comfortable.

I shared the movie “Countdown” with three other... Mice. Pretty sure it was a father mouse taking his two other kids out.1 mouse.. okay, it snuck in.But..3 Mice!? At least put a warning sign “Closed Toe Shoes beyond this Point” or “Please keep seats elevated - Mice are watching too”

This theater is clean, the staff are friendly, and theyre usually pretty quick at the concession counter. Plenty of parking. Ive been to this theater about 6 different times .

Great recliner seats .but they might need to upgrade them. Some of the seats are broken wear and tear. Still its the best theatre for Fairfax and Loudon county. My first preference. Crowded most of the time .

This is the best theatre in the entire state of Virginia. They have comfortable seats, good prices, clean restrooms, and amazing movies. I’ve been coming here for countless years, because I always want to go back. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The area is incredibly safe and is good for walking/driving. The employees are very generous as well. I have come here with family, friends, dates, and children, they’ve all enjoyed the time spent here.

Its always clean and they are a fun group. Make sure you say hi to cameron because he is one of the nicest people there

If you want comfort its the best since it has recliners! It is $28.50 for two people though, fyi!

Not a terrible movie theater but nothing special either. On my last visit, one of the chairs didnt work (recline), My kid didnt care so I didnt complain but nonetheless at $10 a ticket it should just be right

This is a great theater, recliners are nice touch. Saw the latest Star Wars which ran over 2 hours and it was nice to have so much leg room in a theater.

However, this particular theater was the location of my first date with my girl, and she is AMAZING! So from my experience, if you go on a first date here, it will probably last.

I love this place! My family and I go here all the time. Parking is great, the seats are great, and the building is kept very neat. The lines go pretty fast for concessions and you can always expect nothing but professionalism from the ticket counter. I love how you dont have to wait outside to purchase tickets. We will absolutely continue our patronage with this business!

YES! This place is so nice. It is nice to go to a theater and feel at home. I love that the chairs not only recline but they are wide and comfy. I bring my blanket have some delicious fresh popcorn, lay back and enjoy the show. The place is always clean. I love the reserved seating. The only negative comment I have is I wish if you purchased tickets from a third party vendor you could call in and reserve your seats. I have to drive over check in and reserve them. No, they are not That far away from me. But sometimes can be an inconvenience when you have a packed schedule.

This is in the Northern area of Virginia. They have reclined seating for general admission tickets. The seats are comfortable and well designed in a layout for you to thoroughly enjoy the viewing from wherever you maybe.

Its a fine theater, but we went to see IT Chapter 2 and one of the ads they played before the movie started spoiled one of the scenes of the movie we were seeing. If they keep doing this I will have to find another theater.

The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to our needs.One of our seat was covered in butter and popcorn (literally) from the previous show, and hadn’t been cleaned.Fortunately there were additional seats available close by. They quickly sent someone in to clean the seats.We did notice that the seats are getting really badly worn, with parts of the leather seems splitting and cracking. The reclining mechanisms function properly and they’re still comfortable.

The other movie theater in the area that shows the films that the Fairfax location doesnt screen, and trust me, theres quite a few. This is a top-notch location with a friendly staff and very clean. Highly recommend here for a good viewing experience.

I love this theater. Lounging recliners are the deal sealer, along with their rewards program. Very reasonable pricing so its more affordable for families to get to go more often.

Easy to scan phone for tickets. Usually long line for snacks. The audience is not always good, people on phone or laughing/talking.4 stars for being able to use app to reserve tickets days ahead for good seats.

Awesome theatre with great seats. A little far away than other theaters but that makes it even more nicer as you have more chance of getting seats on a day where other theaters are going to be packed. I like the huge recliners that are very cozy. They also have Indian movies here which makes it a good place for people who like Bollywood movies. The only question I have is, Why is it wrongly built with the entrance being a little weirdly facing towards the road with no car entry towards it

Good theatre. However cleanliness is an issue. Cup holder had soda spilled in it and my seat had popcorn on it. Disgusting to sit there for over two hours!

I was highly dissatisfied with my visit to this location. The managers, more specifically the general manager, Mr. V, was very disrespectful and rude to me and the employee that was helping me. He told me that I needed to “hurry up” and that I was “wasting their time.” His tone of voice was very unprofessional and inappropriate especially me being a customer. I certainly hope he doesn’t talk to others let alone his employees like this. 0/10 would never recommend coming here OR working here.

Comfy seats! One of the great things about this theater is the reclining seats, the seats make all the difference during long movies, if you are fully reclined, be careful you might just fall asleep and wake up during the next movie!

I love going to the movies! You get the added bonus of getting to sit in a recliner as well. AC was blowing on me during my film (its winter). Outside of that, Ive never had any problems.

I absolutely love this place. Even more so for last night. I had bought tickets through Fandango but kept getting an error message. My card was charged though and my seats were reserved. I just had no tickets because of this app. So I get there and the manager was so accommodating and polite and nice. We were able to see the movie. So thank you to the manager of this theater

Comfortable chairs and very quick to help people

Payed for a 3D kids movie which is higher than the standard. During previous the screen was pink the movie started and half of the movie ended up watching blurry with and without the glasses, which make you dizzy to watch it for long, even though I’ve stand up and walked to the back and been telling them multiple times about their technical problems since the previews they did not fix it after 40 min of the movie. If it wasnt for my daughter that insisted to stay cause she was caught into the movie I would of left and asked my tickets back. Just dont watch 3d not worth it.

I love to go the Tuesdays, sheap movies,seats very comfortable, friendly staffs, I recommend buying tickets row E or F and Up, dont buy in the row A, B, C and D(never ever) otherwise your neck will look like a mummy

Nice theater. Comfy seats!!!! I usually go on Tuesdays when the price is $5.95. On Tuesdays tickets sell out fast. I think they are purchased on-line a week before. My only complaint about the parking. The parking lot is very small.

Ive been to this place for several movies and I love it. The sound is very great and some seats are not in good position(not comfortable). Popcorn area will close by 10:30. Place is nice and big.

Normally a pleasant experience. Its rarely too busy. They really need to be better about servicing the broke seats, though. Several times Ive had to sit in seats that are leaning to the right, or the motor barely works.
