My wife and I were both very impressed, very well organized, and they had the narration for me being blind! Quite nice especially when you dont see the screen. And the reclining seats are great for my wife with her back problems you were saying beautiful

One of the nicer movie theatres. Shame they dont have the adjustable chairs. Overall a super nice and a clean environment for the movie theatre that I was in. I love how easily accesible how everything was, if I wanted to refill on snacks or my drink. It was already around the corner.

This theater is in a convenient location right off the I15. They have a large lobby with lots of tables and automated ticket machines. Thry also have a drive up automated machine if you want to get a tickets early without parking. The concessions are fine, the same as anywhere else - expensive. The seats are cloth with armrests that go up between the seats. Not as nice as the leather recliners in some theaters. The parking area is too small and spaces are difficult to find on a weekend night. All in all, a fine place to watch a movie, even if its not remarkable in any way.

We have several theaters within a few minutes drive. The Megaplex at Legacy Crossing in Centerville is by far my wifes and my favorite. Its always clean and they have many shows playing. They have a great rewards program too.

First, the theatre is great! Amazing picture and sound! It was a great movie experience!Second, I lost my wallet while I was here. I called the theatre, and I spoke to someone who took detailed notes of what my wallet looked like, and I told him approximately where I was sitting. One of the diligent staff members was able to locate my wallet (it fell out of my pocket while in the seat), and an employee informed me that they had found it. I came down the next morning, and I was able to pick it up with everything safe and sound!My sincere appreciation to the kind and honest staff! Thank you so much. I couldnt be more grateful!

Covid protocols are on point and it felt perfectly safe being at the theatre.

They need an upgrade like the other theaters. Get more comfortable seats.

We have supported them since the reopening. We bought the refill cups. Only to find out you do not get refills. The counter person and manager were over the top rude. If they went to explain it kindly that would have been fine. But they were over the top condescending. The manager hilarious rushed to counter person to make sure he charged me for my refill. I have A walker after recent surgery so leaving theatre to keepdeal with this was very hard. So I complained to Andy Rhodes- regional manager. His apology carried on the theme of condescending times 10. Pretty much alluding that I should be grateful for my discount cup. We were loyal Cinemark goers before , but after Megaplex opened up we decided really liked them and would stay with megaplex. Not anymore - no one needs belittling for a $1.98 refill.

This was the first movie we have seen since COVID. We were able to sit as a group in the second row. There was plenty of social distancing between us and the other people.

Always a fun place to be at. Love the way they have the social distancing with the seats.

Great, and clean atmosphere during the pandemic. I hope to visit again soon!

The staff was polite & efficient. The theatre was clean, however I did ask for lots & lots of butter on my popcorn & they only put some on the top.

Great theater. Stadium seating, leather reclining seats, good popcorn, Coca Cola Freestyle machines, so you can get almost anything you want to drink, and the sound in the theaters is great. This place is top notch! Every Tuesday movies are 5 dollars all day.

Fun, clean, new theater. Watched Indiana Jones: The Last Crusade on the big screen for the first time.

Could definitely use more seating area. But the biggest issue with this theater is the 30 minutes (I timed them) of previews and ads after the movie start time. And they now put ads in between the previews. It totally kills the experience. But theyre only interested in making more money by selling ads.

Empty. We got our popcorn barrel just fine with no waiting.

They were a little short handed at concessions. Buy they were friendly and quick. Popcorn was good! Seating is really nice!

Very nice theater rooms, very spacious and can hold a lot of people. My biggest complaint is how unorganized the concessions area is. Huge lines for two stations that are open, even when there are five or six total. A lot of staff members, but only two running the cash registers. Most of them were just wandering around and didnt offer much help even when I asked how I could get a simple scoop of ice cream after being ignored and skipped in line.

Great theater with a good set up and selection. They could be way more organized on the concessions and reduce customer wait time if they applied some lean concepts. That’s the biggest pain point. Having to wait.

We love going here, we use to go to Cinemark because its super close to us but Megaplex has a mega popcorn bucket u could refill for like 3 dollars every time mega mugs with 1 dollar refills every time and there 5 dollar Tuesdays is better because you could watch it in any format at the same price, and they have Corndogs, small popcorn and pizza hut personal pizzas on sale as well on Tuesdays.

Very nice theater. Well staffed. Lots of options for food and drinks, though expensive of course. The tickets are cheaper than what Im used to from out of state, which is great. I also love they have the ability to choose your seats. The theater I was in was very large and nice. The facility is overall very good. Im stoked that this is my new movie theater.

This theatre is great. Good popcorn. A little pricey but what movie theatre isnt. Always shows the current major movies. The ticket machines can be a little confusing but you can also get the tickets the guest services desk. My favorite part is the movie posters they put at the guest services desk on the left side. Even the regular seats are pretty comfortable, so I cant even imagine what the luxury seats are like. Pretty great place.

I dont like how commercials are now being shown between the movie trailers, Megaplex please STOP doing this! I get it that you need to show ads, but please do it at the beginning and let viewers enjoy uninterrupted movie trailers. Its terrible and not necessary!

Just Saw Star Wars on their IMAX screen and it was amazing. They always have very clean theaters and up to date screens. Staff is always friendly too.

I most recently visited this location to see IT Chapter 2 in IMAX. The theater is clean and maintained to the highest standards. The staff was friendly and the facilities were great.Thank you, Larry H. Miller, I love the Megaplex.

I went to see Birds of Prey. The seats were very comfortable, they had a bigger screen than usual, sound was awesome & the movie was good.

I love megaplex theaters. This one is okay. Its got zero cell service inside the facility. There arent a ton of theaters. But we will still see a movie here if we need to.

Megaplex has the movie-watching formula figured out. Decent prices, a variety of snacks, and good seating. Purchase their refillable mugs and the yearly popcorn bucket and going to the movies becomes nearly affordable! The only thing missing...a Megaplex in Layton.

I love coming to this movie theatre. It’s always very clean, the staff are very nice, and they have really good concessions. The only issue I’ve ever had here is when someone was playing games on their phone the whole movie. Someone had told the staff, and they handled it professionally! I will continue to visit here!

Good place to see a movie. The staff was very friendly, free parking and plenty of it. There is a wide variety of snacks, but they are pretty expensive. The Dole Whip is actually a pretty good deal though. Dont expect it to be like Disney Land, its more of a sorbet than an ice cream.

The best movie theater chain there is. We love the Tuesday concession specials and refillable mugs. Great seats and theaters, well run, clean. I don’t like the coke freestyle machines but you can ask concession cashier to fill your drink from their soda fountain.

It was trash-free and easy to access our seats. We used a points system to get 2 drink mug fills before movie. Turned off lights at correct time for movie starting. Wheelchair accessible.Treats were fresh.

Great and well kept place. Would have gotten a 5 but it was hotter than hell up in the theater when we were watching endgame. Still a good experience but i had to take off my sweatshirt and shirt and watch the movie in my undershirt. Great options for food and beverages especially if you buy the refillable buckets and cups. Definitely worth the money.

Due to technical difficulties our movie was cancelled, management was good to give credits of two passes for each ticket purchased to be used at any time going forward. That was good of them, because stuff happens with electronics. Thanks for being more than fair.

Clean and inexpensive on Tuesdays

Awesome theater and great seating. The sound was good too. It was clean, there wasnt a lot of popcorn on the ground but I found an empty box of candy which isnt a big deal. Ive gone here a few times and have enjoyed it every time. I will continue to go for the foreseeable future.

Super comfy seats! And lots of food options here if youre cool with fried or frozen food. Food is pricey, but pretty tasty. My wife and I love this place. Try the nachos.

A few days ago I went to see Ad Astra here. I arrived in my seat minutes before the starting time, 1:25pm. The usual thing that happens then is that we get a commercial from some local company, then we get anywhere from 4-6 movie trailers, then another commercial from another local business. Then the movie starts.This time, however, we were treated to *alternating* trailers and commercials. For literally twenty minutes. I guess thats what we get when ticket prices are low, but Id be more than willing to pay a higher ticket price if means we dont have to watch 12+ minutes of commercials before each feature.

Chairs are terrible and it was unusually cold. But everyone of the staff members was rock solid. Especially the popcorn guy. Upgrade your seats to the recliners!

Twice in the past couple months I’ve had the same experience at this theater. If you’d like popcorn, you stand in one of two extremely slow lines. If you’d like a drink, you purchase it with your popcorn and then wait in another line to get you drink. Then, you get in line again to enter the theaters. Tonight we arrived 10 minutes prior to the start of our show time and missed the first 5 minutes of our movie, that’s even after all of the previews, because we waited so long for our concessions. So disappointing. I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.

Totally fun for a family theatrical cinematic experience... Tuesdays are a treat when everybody can get a discount on almost any show... COME TO THE MEGAPLEX! This is quite clean and the sound is good!

Dont trust the scheduled time. Theyre running about 20 minutes later than they advertise and bombard you with really bad and annoying ads. Their seats are also quite uncomfortable, but maybe Im spoiled because the theatre near our house has fully automated recliners now. People behind us brought their two children who didnt really understand what was going on during Star Wars, so they were constantly asking their parents questions. A 2.5 hour PG-13 movie might just not have been the right thing for them, but of course, the theatre isnt going to do anything about that.

Nice theater, has all the bells and whistles of a megaplex, I only wish it had lounge chairs.

Not our usual theatre, but it was the closest one playing a Fathom Event exclusive screening we wanted to see. Both online and our tickets stated a 12:55 PM start time for the film, but instead when the lights dimmed, we got a very strange Fathom Event message saying we still had another 30 (!) minutes, with a countdown clock in the corner of the screen and here were some behind-the-scenes fun facts to watch while we wait for the movie to start. My husband finally got up after 5 minutes to go speak with a manager only to find out the countdown was supposed to happen 30 minutes earlier, so then we had to wait while the tech folk spent 10 minutes trying to bypass all of the extras to get the movie started, only for it to restart over and replay what we already saw. Very frustrated that we would have waited even longer if we hadnt spoken up... Why was no one manning the film booth?

We held an event at the Centerville megaplex this month, and it was fantastic! We really liked the meeting rooms! Aaron was very easy to work with, accommodating, and helpful. The facility was clean and well-lit, plus the drink service was awesome! My group really likes this space and we will probably have many more events here in the future!

One of my favorite theaters to visit. Their incentive plan is better than most. Id give them 5 stars if they didnt charge so much for a refill on popcorn on the YEARLY tub deal they do. Ive already paid a pretty high price for it, maybe cutting back at least a dollar on refills would go far. Other than that this place is doing some upgrades to Luxury Seating. I like the way theyve done it in each theater, so you dont feel like you have to pay the higher price (like AMC, because the whole theater is all luxury seating). The IMAX theater is great.

I love all the different options for viewing movies. The theater seats are nice and comfy too. They also have lots of food and snack choices for during a screening or for a celebration meal after the movie with family and friends. Plus, they do free popcorn refills if you havent gotten a refill yet.I recently went in to see a D-Box showing for Detective Pikachu. It was my first time seeing a full-length movie with D-Box. I like how theres a D-Box display just inside the entrance that you could try out for free to get a sensation of the most intensity you could feel from watching a movie. I was a little worried that I would get sick from viewing a 100-minute movie in D-Box. However, in the theaters, you can change the intensity of the shaking and tilting of the chairs. And even at the max intensity in the theater, it wasnt very intense. I can understand that the purpose of decreasing the D-Box intensity in the theater rooms is to prevent motion sickness. Id say if youre thinking about seeing any movie with D-Box, dont worry too much about getting motion-sick. You can control the intensity of the seats anyway.

$5 Tuesdays best time for Mattinea Movies, Afternoon Hangout, Movie Night, Or even Movie Marathon ...

Upgrade your effin seats! Oh my gosh they are so bad. I feel like Im watching a movie in 2001. Your chairs go all the way back and have absolutely no back support. So for a long freaking movie its a nightmare. Within 90 minutes you feel like your back is breaking and folding into this terrible unsupportive chair!

Seats could be more comfortable and concessions close before movie is over. Other than that place was clean despite the crowded foyer. Concessions are a wee bit on the pricey side but that is to be expected

We came here for the first time on September 7th. If you have the extra money, fork it out for the luxury seats, you wont be disappointed...they are different then other luxury seats Ive sat in, the foot rest moves up too and they go back farther then other ones Ive sat in, they kind of cradle you in them...its super comfy!!!

Ive lived in many places and been too many different types of theaters. Megaplex Theaters are easily the best that I have been too. Utah is very lucky to have a chain of theaters that are well-managed and taken care of. The $5 Tuesdays even make it a budget-friendly option for families who dont have a ton of money to pay $50 to see a movie for family of 5. They are a great part of the community and easily one of the best parts of the Miller family Legacy.

Cant complaint the same price you get way better quality of everything here. However, nobody pick up the dam phone.
