We could not be more thrilled! After much thought and deliberation we decided to go with leisure zone. One place estimated 1/2 of the installation time leisure zone estimated. But the cost was similar. There was no way a good installation could have taken less time than leisure zone quoted. The installation is perfect because they took the time to make it that way. Most importantly, The installers were trustworthy to the point that we left our house unlocked and open for them while we were gone. This truly is a family run in family oriented business.They absolutely did a perfect job, if there is such a thing. I almost felt like they were installing this for themselves. I had gone into Leisure Zone 3 years ago (as an insurance sales person), and I was admiring their spas, thinking I would never be able to afford one. Then I stopped in on March 25th of this year, looking to buy. I had been comparing and pricing hot tubs for a couple of weeks, and found the Bullfrog spas to be one of the best tubs on the market. Garry and company were absolutely wonderful. Never pressured me at all - in fact, Garry showed me a spa that was less expensive because he knew my budget. However, I decided - you only go around once, so I was going to do this right!!! I bought the spa of my dreams and have used it nearly every night since it was delivered (and WARM)!!!! I highly recommend Leisure Zone for your spa purchase. Best thing I ever did for myself!!!! Thank you to all of you for making my experience a very positive one!!!! :-)

Phillip did a great job explaining the features and benefits of the spa. Was very helpful in designing the right spa for us. Made the buying process easy and very straightforward. Delivered the tub on time as promised. Phillip, Aaron, Amy and Brooklyn have been very helpful in testing, provided a detailed printout of how to treat and help in selecting the right chemicals to perfect our water. They make the ownership of the spa very simple so all you have to do is open the cover, get in and relax. In most places, customer service is dead. Not here! The entire staff here treats you like royalty. Thank you, Leisure Zone, for providing us with an incredible spa and for your exceptional service!

We bought our hot tub (Bullfrog A8) in October 2016. Hands down the BEST MONEY IVE EVER SPENT! We cant get through the winter without it and in the summer I cool it down to heated pool temps for relief from the heat.The shopping experience was the best! Leisure Zone had our whole family out to demo our potential purpose. Philip and his family (even their kids were there) made us feel like we were in their home and presented us with food, beverages and music while we tried out the tub. The kids even shot a few games of pool afterward. We were sold! Not just on the tub - but to buy from a local family business.We felt that we got a good deal at Leisure Zone and everything was delivered and set up as promised with absolutely no hassle. Over the past year or so, Philip has absolutely stood behind the sale with little fixes for items that have worn out or broken (due to our fault) at no charge.I always enjoy stopping in for water testing and chemicals. Its pleasant to see the team. We consider them our friends!

Just received our new bullfrog spa. So far has been a great experience from purchase to now being a bullfrog owner. We worked with Gary he was very knowledgeable in the decision all the way from choosing the right spa to the right jet packs for our needs. Highly recommend the wet test in store to choose which one is right for your needs. The wife and I were timid about the whole idea but we dont regret it one bit. We were also kinda worried about being two hours away form the purchasing vendor but so far they have been fantastic about returning phone calls, texts, or emails with our concerns. When picking up the spa was also impressed they loaded it for me and also strapped everything down for its safe return home. Everything has been fantastic so far and highly recommend the bullfrog jet pack therapy system and the great staff and service we have received. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LEISURE ZONE!!!!!

Poor Salesmanship dont stick to their word and takes for ever to get back you its kind of like in buying a used car from a car salesman very hard to get a straightforward answer out of them you have to pretty much beat it out of them then they still dont give you a straight forward answer would never recommend doing business with these people youd be better off going out of town. I was gonna trade in my Bull frog and they came in looked at mine. They then waited half a month to contact me hoping I would forget the price for the hot tub I wanted and raised the price so I would be getting nothing for my bullfrog. They are total crooks

We got our bullfrog spa today a week early thanks to the amazing staff at leisure zone!! The day we went looking for a spa we were not expecting to buy one we just wanted to look. We visited every spa store in town and we’re simply not comfortable with their sales approaches it was almost as if they were forcing a spa down our throat’s! From the moment we stepped in the door at leisure zone we felt like family the staff there is amazing!! Amy gave us so much information about bullfrog spas but it wasn’t like she was trying to sell us something it was like we were friends. We then met Aaron at the home show and fell in love with the spa and once again the family approach. Aaron not only customize our spa but he got it here a week early! The guys that came to set it up where extremely professional and fun the whole experience has been amazing! I simply fell in love with the family friendly approach that they provide and I’m happy to say we will be customers for life!!! Thanks again Leasure Zone and everyone that works there you have made this experience so wonderful and we cannot wait to sit in our spa.

Being a new pool and spa owner, I have lots of questions. Julie and Justin are more than willing to help whenever I come by the store to have a free water test done.Youre given a detailed printout for your pool or spa with the optimal levels of products to add in order to maintain a proper balance. Theyll take the time to explain the application techniques before you leave. Ive also been able to troubleshoot a few problems over the phone with their assistance.Ill continue to use Billiard and Spa Gallery as long as I own my pool and spa.
