Splash Shack if a fabulous place to take your water loving kiddos! Lots of fun, with varying sizes of slides and water features. There is also a toddler area and a snack bar. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and great lifeguards. The temperature is in the 80s year round and we will definitely be back. Spread the word, this is a great place to spend the day!

This place is a hidden gem in the Cedar Park/Leander area. Its a great place to take kids 2 and over. They even have a smaller splash pad area for the younger ones. We just had our 3 yr old birthday party there and it was a great experience. We had the private deck reserved and personal Splash Shack assistant to help with anything we needed during our 2 hr time slot. For parents like us that learned the hard way about having birthday parties at your home, this is a MUCH easier experience. Worth every penny. High recommend for parties or just every day experience thats so easy for parents and tons of fun for kids.

This place was AWESOME! Absolutely nothing bad to say. We loved it. My son had accidentally dropped his sour strips that we had bought from the concession stand on the wet floor and they gladly gave home a new one! So sweet the employees! Adults got to play too; my boys found so much joy getting to see their momma loosen up and ride some water slides with them after all we just welcomed a new baby recently. We all needed this little break. We will be back for sure!!!!

This place is fantastic! We came here on a whim with a 10 / 9 / 6 and 2.5 year oldAll had an absolute blast and any child 36in and above can do all the slides! It was a rainy day when we came and couldn’t have been a better way to get energy out.The water park is very clean and bright and really well made.Only thing that needs attention are the bathrooms - unfortunately at a place like this needs to be checked every 15 minutes.Besides that - 5 stars!!

Great place to visit thats hidden in the center of Cedar Park!!! Great staff, very clean,& plenty of room for social distancing. I watched the whole time we were there, staff cleaning all surface areas that were touched with through traffic. Prices are a bit too high but in the times were in & pools limiting &/or closed, it was worth it for a special occasion. You cannot come in & out & the wristband is for the day so if you get hungry be prepared to bring your wallet! You cannot bring in food so I suggest eating before you go. The chlorine was exceptionally strong which I was thankful for! The convenience to have an outing that is clean and safer than a playground outweighs being hungry &having to stretch the next meal time with a few cheaper snacks from concession!

We love going to this place, especially in the summer when it is way too hot to go outside. The staff is really nice, and the temperature is always comfortable. The place is always clean, and they have taken extra precautions with Covid-19. I like that my son can go swimming in the winter time because the place is indoors. They sell snacks here in case you get hungry while you are there. Also a great place to cut you kids loose while you read a book, if you kids are old enough to run around on their own. This place allows you to keep you eyes on your kids at all times while sitting in their comfortable chairs.

We were here from 10:30am-4pm on a Saturday and crowds started to pick up around 12pm. My girls are 7 and 8.5 and they loved it. Picture an indoor splash pad with 8 slides (a few of them are side by sides exactly the same design but no harm in doubling up the fun especially if you have dynamic duos like me) and you have Splash Shack. The huge yellow cup shaped container at the very top drops massive amounts of water and you’ll know when it drops from all the screams. We ordered pizza and it arrived within 20mins. They have about 5-6 family bathrooms all clean and stocked with paper products. If you’re looking for a lazy river or kiddie pool, this isn’t the place for you. From what I can tell they are staying within CDC and state guidelines with three chairs per group spaced at least 6 ft apart, all staff are wearing masks or face shields (by the way patrons aren’t required to wear masks inside the facility), plexiglass shields at all checkin and concessions stands and staff are sanitizing chairs after each group leaves. All in all a worth while visit. It’s a bit more expensive than Rock’n River Round Rock but for littles between 3-9 this is definitely more suited. Wish they had a season pass. I’ll be back for sure.

Good place to keep younger children happy and busy for a couple of hours. Staff has always been friendly and everything seems clean which is very important for a indoor waterpark. Probably would go more often if it was more affordable for just an hour or so instead of a full day price every visit.

It was safe and the slides are really good for small children like from 3-7, maybe up to 9yo. It is good for water slide introduction for kids. Climate was ok. Not if the consession is expensive or not or how the food works for party groups, but as an attendee we liked it a lot.

Totally worth it... in the dead of winter. I’ll admit that I would be 100% for this place with this past winter we had. That said, when the weather is nice, just be outside, use a garden sprinkler, or go to a neighborhood pool. The price for adults, whether you participate or not is $7. Just a little less for kids, depending on their height. Once inside, you’re at the mercy of the Shack and the old “nickel and dime.” The snack bar is overpriced (no surprise there), drinks are $3, and pizza is ordered from Domino’s with an added fee built in to the price. We were there at a time that had about 25 other people (kids included). The pizza we ordered had to be eaten at a round table because we were told the bench we were sitting at was “for rental only.” Not sure what the difference was because NO ONE was occupying the tables. My kids had fun, but for busy toddlers who are adventurous and not afraid, there’s not much for them if they are the type to lose interest easily.

This place is amazing. My son hated it because of the noise, if you have noise sensitive kids you may want to ask to take them in for a second before paying to see if they can handle it. This was a great place to spend a Saturday morning with my three-year-old son oh, he had a blast! People of color!!!!!!!Do not go to this place. First of all the staff was very rude. It was as though they did not want blacks there. We were there for my grandson birthday. They were rude to the kids. One incident one of the workers was letting the little black kids wait till the white kids go. They smiled and welcomed the white children. All they did all day was address the black children. I am no way a racist person. One of my best friends is white. The staff kept going to each other staring at us making us feel so uncomfortable. All children should be able to go and enjoy themselves without worried about the color of your skin. I will not be returning. And if you are of color be careful and watch your children while you are there. They are very sneaky and it dont make since a child has to endure this treatment. I would not bring my dog back there. Regardless of the color of your skin you should be able to enjoy yourself just like everyone else.Kids of any color should not have to endure racist acts....smhIt was entirely too much chlorine. $14 is too much for a six year old but a adult pay$6.For them not to allow us to bring food the pizza was very pricey and also the snacks.I will not be returning.

It’s a beautiful new building and the aesthetics and overall feel/experience are wonderful. It’s a little pricey though, for its size (it’s cute and fun but basically just a set of slides, no pools or wading areas etc). The baby area is under a huge splash zone, which is odd. And one of the toddler size slides is not operational...seems like it was a design flaw (end of the slide runs too close against the dry area) that they don’t want to remedy? My husband and I had fun doing some of the bigger slides ourselves. I would say the optimal age on kids is 5-10. Ours (ages 2 and 4) were a little young to enjoy the whole thing, especially with that size slide not being an option. I will say the staff is very attentive and sweet.

There was only one review on Google and no pictures on their website when I sent out the invites -- but it was BEYOND worth it.There are no pools, it is a true splash pad. It doesnt get deeper than to the top of an adults ankle. There is a toddler area and plenty of slides for varying ages. I took my family for a day of fun in the water. It was me, my wife, and 2 young kids. The first thing I would like to point out is that the pricing for kids is not transparent. The price board is outdated as it initially had a price for 2hr, but they have taken out that limit with an updated price. I paid about $35, but the breakdown is not shown on the receipt.Once at the water area, my 1YO wasnt really interested due to the noise and water being too cold. Hence my wife stayed with her and did not participate either. We asked for a refund for both, but were told thats too bad, and that we should talk to the manager. We ended up leaving disappointed. One time, no repeat.

Very cool place to bring the kiddos. The pricing model is a little weird... 2 hour experience for a flat fee, then additional cost if you stay longer than that, but I felt like 2 hours was about right anyway. They have a neat structure and 6 or so slides, which was fun for the kids, but they did start to get a little repetitive after that initial 90 mins or so, which is why I felt that the 2 hour block is plenty. Even so, they have already asked when we can go back. We will likely return for another visit. Kids aged 6 and 8. They also had a toddler area that was roped off from the bigger kids area.

My 7 year old did like the couple of slides they had, but even he was ready to go with how much his eyes were bothering him. Also, very upsetting that one of the places for the younger kids to play was the spot hit the hardest with the splash bucket (saw many younger kids crying) the only other place for them to play is out of site of the sitting area.Also- the sitting area was VERY limited. I stood around with my bag for about 7 minutes before a lady told me that if I couldn’t find a seat she would share one of hers with me.
