Staff was great setting us up. Our first time there. There was some issue with my station (xbox) but moved me quickly. Overall, good experience. Would recommend.

PLAYLive Nation provides an excellent, fun, safe, clean environment for gamers. My kids always enjoy the experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoy it so much we purchased the monthly membership. Your kids will love it!

Shut down early, no problem. Just wanted to check out the space to see about holding a party there. Asked if we could check out the facility, got a rather rude attitude of I guess, but cant you just see everything from there? response. No attempt to see what our interests were. When I went to sit down for a moment to see how comfortable the chairs were (they arent), got yelled at along the lines of dont, Im not giving you permission .Sorry crotchety manager lady, thats why we asked if we could check out the facility first. Maybe you should spend more time being open during posted business hours and cleaning your dusty and sticky room than driving away business with your poor attitude.

There was a costume/employee dispute and I feel like that employee running the place was unprofessional and escalated the situation when you didnt have to. Using profanity in front of children and raising his voice. He should have called security if it was getting that bad.

I take my son here to hang with his friends and meet new people. Its a great place to let you kids play while you take off and shop and or eat.

Great establishment, with great staff, commutable couches, great vibes, games and always great times. Would reckoned to any dude waiting for his chick at the mall. Great place to kick back and unwind.

My son liked being able to try a few games he didnt own. $10/hour goes by fast though.

Great idea, good venue, faulty equipment, and poorly managed.I’ll use gamer terms to provide a more translatable perspective.It wasn’t for lack of trying because the guys were nice enough but I don’t pay for a partial gaming experience, I pay for a full one. Went to do some multiplayer online sessions and the controllers kept disconnecting, the headset jacks weren’t working right, and I had to interrupt my game with my team to switch controllers every twenty minutes. Talked to the dungeon master and they just dismissed it as ‘business as usual’ and kept ‘patching’ their way through their service.Room for improvement: Don’t dismiss tech problems with a ‘that’s just the way things are’ attitude. That gives the impression that these kids parents are getting hustled out of their money. Invest in enough serviceable equipment and an accountability system to keep the equipment from getting abused. UPDATE your website (seriously, you guys are in the TECH ENTERTAINMENT business, so promote like one) to allow online bookings and transactions. Finally, train your staff not to act like noobs in the customer service business, people work hard for the money they spend on your guys’ wages.

Staff are very friendly and respectful . Place is comfortable and relaxing and I feel kids are safe if you decide to step out into the waiting area outside playlive .
