I called up there looking for a certain item and the manager Adonis went above and beyond looking for the item and holding it so I could get to Cedar Hill from Arlington. Amazing customer service. Worth sitting on hold for a bit because I knew he was looking very hard for something I tried to find at 2 other store and he found it! Made my day. Amazing manager. Amazing person. Amazing customer service.

They dont have an extense variety of baking pans...I just found like 2 8 and some other type...big store but not a big variety...its my favorite craft store and the one thats near me...such a shame...but great customer service...the cashier very nice attitude

Just called on 05/13 at 3:50pm. Got an email earlier in the day saying my order was ready for pick-up. Got another email a couple hours later saying “order has been cancelled and a refund will be issued”. Called the Cedar Hill location to clarify whether or not I could pick up my order...and the associate hung up on me. I appreciate ppl working during this time (I am working also), but COVID-19 is not an excuse to be disrespectful.

Customer service is not good, if you can find anyone to help you at all. I drive further to their competitor because its worth the service and better product selection.

I have no idea what happened at Michaels!, but this encounter was not okay with this tall man that has long dreads that works for Michaels! There was two elderly women in front of me in the line and he aggressively pushed their cart out the way to get by! This is NOT OK.

My daughter and I love this store. Every time we go we stroll up and down every isle, which are wide and clean. They have a good assortment and the shelves are stocked. One of my favorite parts is looking closely for clearance items that are tagged on the shelf as opposed to in the back. I have come across some incredible deals.

Ive always been able to find the craft supplies I need here, but the service has been consistently poor. When Ive asked employees for help, they help at the absolute minimum, and the people at the checkout always act annoyed with me. They also seem oblivious to whatever special offers or sales are happening in the store. Its been handy to stop at this location since its right next to Target, but the service has me searching for a better craft store option.

Love this place! I can always find great deals here and if they dont have what youre looking for in the store one of the friendly staff will find it at another Michaels location for you or order the item for you if its available. The store is always clean and organized even the clearance section stays neat. However as much as I love this store I had to deduct 1 star because if you need something while shopping there is rarely anyone on the floor to assist you. Its seriously easier to find Wheres Waldo than a staff member. Seems like the staff is busy at the front register or who knows where. Other than that this is an amazing arts and crafts store that I can always find what Im looking for especially for last minute projects or decorations for my home and parties.

The store manager(Edie) is snarky and just rude. Their system is down this morning and none of their discounts are ringing up accurately. My teacher discount wouldn’t go through and the manager told me my discount would have worked if I already had it set up with my phone number. She then argued with me when I told her it’s been set up and I come here all the time..It took 30 minutes for them to check me out. It took so long I left without buying half my purchases.The cashier was very sweet (Jessica).. Jessica asked the manager for assistances since she was near the front and the manager says with a snarky tone, “ I didn’t hear you over the radio.”

Horrible Customer Service by Manager- will not return to Cedar Hill store.Product was defective. Manager did not want to refund my money.She finally gave me a refund and stated,just this time.I told her there wont be a next time. She shrugged her shoulders and rolled here eyes. Do NOT shop here. They do not abide by their ads. We shopped here for Black Friday. We pushed our tree up to the check out and before we even put our stuff up on the counter the cashier said uh the coupons don’t work on trees. The coupon states that it does not work on doorbuster items and the tree we were getting was not on door buster. We asked to see a manager and the first thing she said when she got to our counter was I have worked here for 13+ plus years and we never take coupons for trees. The manager did not even listen to what we were trying to show her what the Michaels ad said. So they denied us what their ad said we could do. The manager was very rude and “sassy”.

Yarn selection is limited and the stock is all jumbled. Cant find what I need, or its unraveled and in a tangle.Not enough registers open for high traffic times.

Great place for home decor, special occasion supplies, art / hobby supplies and cake decorating supplies. They give coupons on receipts after purchase and also have some on the app. I feel like a kid in a candy store whenever I go in there. You could spend hours in this store trying to decide what to buy. Staff was plesant, when checking out. I did not see anyone on floor to ask a question to but the app told me where the item I was looking for was located.

This location seemed pretty small, smaller than most that Ive been too. Had a hard time navigating my way through the store and locating what I was trying to find. Couldnt get through some areas without bumping into something. At the time only saw two employees working, both busy with a line of customers at the checkout.

I ordered a jewelry stand online to pickup in store. Process was super easy! The store is always clean and staff pretty friendly and helpful if you can find them. Checkout lines can be long and theyll only have two registers open. All in all good crafts store.

This store is pretty well stocked, we went to hobby lobby first to buy some baking pans, but they were about to close, so we went to Michaels, they close 1 hour later. The employees were nice and helpful, the prices are somewhat expensive, but they do have coupons and they honor competitors coupons to, so i thought that was cool. My only issue was its somewhat expensive.
