I went here for my little cousin birthday party . It was in one of the private rooms. I think it was a party of 20 people. I’m not sure of the price but the package includes wristbands and a pair of socks. The party lasted for 3hrs. The balloons were already setup on tables. The pizza came with the deal and a carter/host for the . We had so much fun. Everything went smoothly.

This location always has technical issues with their system. I have been twice within the last few months and have had to fill out a wavier every time. The receptionist excuse was that their system has been acting up every since COVID 19 happened. I will be making a formal complaint with the corporate office because this is ridiculous. I moved to the Cedar Hill area because of the amenities. So far on a scale of 1-10 my experience has been a 4.

My kid and I really enjoyed this place. He had an amazing time.

My first time being there. If you rent the top part for a party, the steps that lead up there are really sticky. They do have seats in between the trampolines to sit and supervise your kids. My little sister had lots of fun and it seems like an average place to jump at with enough areas to jump in. They have a foam put which looked nice and 2 basketball nets from what I could see. I just wish that there was more order at the place sense some kids around the ages of 14 and 17 got really hurt and the ambulance was called. Or maybe the parents of the children should just supervise their kids better.

Attended a Birthday party. We enjoyed ourselves the DJ music selections were off the chain. I felt like I was at a nightclub but he kept it kid friendly during music play.

I brought my 8 year old daughter here, in the evening after 6pm. The workers on the floor was not being attentive to the children, pushing .. Shoving.. Throwing water and hitting. The lights went out and there was a lot of small children on the floor and the older kids took off running through the facility, hitting and pushing. My daughter was hot several times and shoved down. We just left, knowing that it was money wasted. Never Again!!

This is a very cool place to enjoy the day with the kiddos and get a workout. Their snack selection isnt that great, but overall we had a fun time.

Nice place to bring the kids. I wish they had a special area for the tiny ones. The big kids kept running over any little kid they came across. The place was pretty clean and it actually didnt stink like feet LOL Lets you know they do clean the areas. Just wish it was more toddler friendly.

Fun for all ages. I take my little ones during toddler time in the weekday mornings and we practically have the place to ourselves. You will need to buy socks from them the first time, staff is cool.

Weve had our son a birthday party here twice. The staff is great and very professional. The kids had a ball and the adults did also!!! We could barely get them to stop jumping to eat cake and pizza!!! Lol!!! Book your party here or just stop in for some jumping fun!!!

Fun place for all ages. My only complaint is they need an Adult Supervisor for the staff. Kaja the girl at the concession stand had such a ugly attitude if you cant handle working at a fun place for kids go work somewhere else.

We attended this location for a birthday party. It was okay... a little crowded (definitely needed more seating), but the kids had a blast. There are some massage chairs so you can relax while watching the kids and the staff is...(they do their job)Definitely room for improvement, but still an okay option for kids.

This place is great. Super clean and the employees couldn’t be kinder. My little girl bit her tongue while jumping and one staff member got her an ice pack while Tabitha made her a complementary Icee. It cheered her right up.

Great last minute change of plans for my daughters 6th birthday. Staff was a little behind the ball when we arrived as far has helping with the process. Once we got our party host he stayed on top of it and was a great help. The price for parties could be better for two hours but its no worse than these other kid places.

We come here frequently but cause our children enjoy it but it seems they just cant ever get the environment right. Ive attended and thr music was inappropriate, playing swear words and other days, its old slow 90s soft rock the children dont know and surely the kids who work here wouldnt know either and quite frankly just boring. Also, its good to have a job and be young and energetic but the staff needs to be more attentive to the children.

I am an adult who visited this place with my two nieces and nephew and PAID for my entrance (you can just watch your kids for FREE) so that I could have fun with them on the trampoline floors, basketball and dodge ball court. However, the teen staff are NOT A SAFE option. I jumped into the foam cube pool and I sunk! VERY BADLY! VERY DEEP!After a busy day, the cubes were all piled at the opposite edge of where one jumps, so I was grabbing a few and placing them in front of where one jumps so that others would not sink and so that I could CLIMB OUT of the foam pool. The teen boy whistled and DEMANDED me to get out even when trying to explain why and what I was doing.

They hosted a fundraiser for us and we had a great night

If you have little ones that have EXTRA energy this is a great spot for them to run and jump.

Great and fun alternative for the kiddos! Safe, clean and not as crowded as other locations. We had a great time playing. I highly recommend Altitude Trampoline Park. Your kids will have a great time, specially during the winter, its a fun alternative for playing without being exposed to cold weather.

Everything seems alright, but the fact that their is no tables for you to sit down to get a drink or a snack really kill it...All tables are for birthdays only and the ones that are empty they are closed because they are exclusively for birthdays...!!!

Went here for my little cousins birthday party. Great fun for everyone involved. The parents loved it cause the kids tired themselves out. Kids had a blast chasing each other and jumping around. And I got a good workout while having tons of fun. Definitely recommend for kids and adults alike.

Its a good trampoline park it has 2 dodgeball quarts 2 basket ball hoops a foam pit and a decently sized trampoline room with built in platforms to jump off

One of the best places with trampolines in the area or any other, kids having fun, parents sitting talking and some parents reliving the childhood days and jumping as well my lady had a great time so I was pleased. Lots of games to play and different ways to play them staff was great drinks were good all was well and so are we. Would say we are coming back very soon... BTW there are police officers outside one out and one inside to keep everyone safe.

I am not a kid. I can imagine it was pretty awesome for my grand nephews and neices. Had a good time with family. I would definitely recommend this place.

Aunt just had a party there for my niece, spent $400 for 2 hours and it was nothing like u think it would be. Staff had no respect, delayed time to get wrist bands to jump, rushed us to eat our food, then couldn’t cut cake cuz supposedly we were out of time and had to leave area. We reserved an area but then they over booked and we were not given the area we paid for.Security here is a joke for the children it is accessible for any predators wanting to enter the building, anything can happen and the staff nor management would even know what has happened by the time it is over. Toddlers jumping area is not safe for kids to play because you have areas unsupervised and the traffic isn’t being watched through the toddlers area from the bigger kids area so as to that kids are getting knocked over. Staff positioned on trampoline floor are to busy playing around with each other and on their phones to notice when these situations happen. You had lines to play basketball that was causing traffic for kids to walk through and could cause more safety hazards.

My son and his friend had a great time there and didnt want to leave. Ill go back

Great place for indoor fun for kids to burn off energy.

Great location just off the highway in cedar hill. I walked in with my 2 and 3 yr old not knowing what to expect. staff was nice and helpful and guided me to the computer to sign off on the waiver. It was quick, easy and i was able to cash in some coupons i had. my kids were not wearing socks and special socks are needed to get the right grip on the surface for their protection. Socks were $2 a pair, and was not a big deal for me to add, they were thick and had good rubberish material at the bottom for traction. Toddler sizes were not available for my 2 yr old and she did well with out them. The place is large, clean and provided lots of energy-sucking fun to help my kids nap sooner. staff was always around to make sure there was no horseplay. there were more than enough dodge balls around for everyone to play.i had to take my 3 yr old to the bathroom and i was hesitant to take him with just socks on, but bathrooms were clean and there were no issues. i think they allowed more than the 1 hr limit which was a total bonus, because the kids knocked out in the car and im happy for the peace and quiet on my way home. highly recommend. met the owners and they are super nice and run a tight ship! thanks Harold and Kali!! we will be back with my buddies and their kids for another play date.

The facility was clean and well kept, the staff was helpful and the music was appropiately chosen for a family setting. The only reason I could not give 5 stars was when I arrived around 10 am, the first person there, sweaty feet order was lingering.

We went on a Monday, it was pretty empty. Maybe 4 families total.You do have to buy socks from them, they are like $3 so that was irritating since I dont plan to visit again. It was just a spur of the moment thing to go indoor jumping and now I have special jumping socks

It is definitely fun but keep in mind if you have toddlers whom may still put things in their mouths out of curiosity be careful and avoid them playing with the foam blocks which seem to be very dirty I saw dust and even someones hair on them not clean at all.

Had both our kids birthday parties during the week and they were awesome. The customer service was beyond expectation. My kids love coming here during toddler time. I cant say much about the weekend because I know it tends to be busier so we avoid that.

Great place to take the whole family! Ive had my kids birthday parties here and they had a blast. Our party server was very friendly and attentive. They also host parents night out events where you can drop off your kids for a few hours and they can jump their hearts out. They feed them too, plus have Cedar Hill PD onsite. It can get very crowded especially on weekends, so I wouldnt recommend bringing a toddler here during those times unless you plan to jump with them the whole, otherwise they risk getting ran over by big kids.

My kids love to come here. We love the toddler time every morning. Its simple fun to get them ready for nap time. I found better deals on Facebook, but the best deals are through the emails they send out. My 4 yr old begged for her birthday party here, and I paid for an extra hour due to the adults having so much fun.People complain about the socks, but these socks are great when mopping at home, my kids dont slip when they run around. Plus its only $2 and we bring them back to save spending another $2 again.

I held my 3 year old’s birthday party at this location this year. The host I had was friendly but he didn’t really go above and beyond to make our experience great or memorable. He brought us a case of water, told me when the pizza arrived, and then brought me the check. Then at the bottom of my receipt they had the audacity to have a blank area for a tip to be left.The two girls who worked the front desk were extremely rude. My guest would go to check in and after offering a very short response, she would proceed to go back to checking her cellphone, which was laid out on the counter. On several occasions I went up to the desk personally to ask different questions and I had to interrupt the two girls mid conversation just to get their attention.When it was time to pay, I asked my host if there was any credit that I could receive since I paid for 10 jumpers and didn’t have that many people in my party. He checked with a manger and came back ensuring me that I had 9 people jump and that everything balanced out. Then he gave me my daughter’s souvenir shirt in a child’s large, even though I requested a small, because he said that’s all that they had.Seems to me like smaller shirts should be ordered once they run out. Especially if you receive an RSVP and a deposit for a toddler’s birthday party in advance.Anyways, after I got back home and had the chance to double check my numbers, I only calculated that I had 6 jumpers. I immediately called the location up to discuss my issue with a manger. He went over the guest names with me and it turns out that the girl who checked us in included myself (who should’ve been free as bday child’s parent), my 1 year daughter ( who I was told would be free because she’s under 2), and then one of the parents who checked her 2 kids in who clearly didn’t jump because she didn’t receive a wrist band or jump socks.Finally I was told that I could receive 4 free future jump passes to compensate me for the 4 additional jumpers that I paid for. I was told that I could come by the next morning and pick them up from the manager who was duty. So the next day I went back and when I told the new girl that was at the front desk that I was there to pick up passes she just looked at me crazy. I had to re explain the entire story to her all over again and then she ran off to the back to talk to a different manager. Then she suddenly reappeared with the four passes and just sat them out on the counter in front of me.I was just in shock that as a paying customer who just spent hundreds of dollars to host a party there was treated in this manner. They definitely need some training in the customer service department and I will not be booking any future parties for any of my 3 kids here in the future.

Appears to be over 80 people here and there is only one safety person visisble on the floor. She is located in the foam pit. Not sure that is safe. Second safety entered area after about 30 minutes with only one.

I love how organized this place is. It comes with socks and based on the color wristbands determines how long you jump. I had my sons birthday here and I had a wonderful time as well as everyone else and will continue to come back

Very fun for the whole family! My husband and I like taking our toddler here on Sundays. We found that 2pm is a good time since it is not to packed yet and you feel free to jump everywhere without bumping into people. Then you leave by 4p or so and go get dinner somewhere.

Boys had a fabulous time. Lots of kids to play with. Good for getting kids running and jumping around.

Its fun for the kiddos. There are a lot of ghetto people that come up there sometimes but I havent experienced any problems. The only thing I DO NOT like is the fact that over in the computer area where you fill out the liability waiver. There isnt anything to hide your information from being seen so if theres someone right next to you on another computer, theyll be able to see your address, name and whatever other information you put in there which I hate. I addressed that with some of the employees but they didnt seem to care much. Other than that, its cool.

I took the boys here on a Saturday at around 11:45 a.m. It was a perfect time because there wasnt many kids there so my grandsons (age 3 &4) was able to jump in all the areas without me worrying about big kids knocking them down. The only area they discouraged them from going in was dodgeball for obvious reasons. There was bigger kids in there and one of the staff said the can get pretty rough. It was clean, the price was reasonable, I can see them wherever they are (except one area around the back side) and everyone was nice and respectful. I would definitely take them back. They had a great time!

We will return! They have an area for the smaller children to jump separately. Good to have this facility around.

If i could give less than one star i would. The service at this park is horrible. For example, while I was paying for my jumpers to jump they let multiple people cut the line for socks, snacks, etc. Once my jumpers were able to jump they were stopped because they didnt have altitude socks. When you look around there are lots of kids and adults without altitude socks (the last time i was here they didnt have to wear altitude socks).So we had to get BACK in line and we saw kids going to the line getting their altitude socks so i sent my two girls to get them socks and they were told no and we had to wait yet, while we were waiting kids were still going to the side getting socks. When we finally get to the front someone jump in front of us to get altitude socks. And when he did the girl at the register got an attitude with me. So, a different worker who was more kind helped us. We got to altitude at 7:00 pm and my girls werent able to jump till after 8:00 pm. The workers werent paying attention to some things and their customer service was horrible. If you go there I hope youre patient because these people can work your nerves. Good Luck.
