Staff was super pizza was excellent took my grandson for the first time ever and he loved it. Still social distancing but that wasnt an issue. Highly recommended. Talked with a couple of employees and were super helpful and upbeat

A fun filled evening abode for kids. The staff is really kid friendly and passionate about their job. Location is also accessible for Cedar Falls. Very good option for birthday parties.

Very clean. Staff stayed on the disinfectant of games and had all games and tables distance games perfectly. Even monitor temperature before entering the establishment love taking my granbabies they really enjoy there self even being mask.

Service was helpful and friendly. Food was really good too. This location reminded me of classic Chuck E. Cheese so I enjoyed it very much. Most locations have gotten remodeled and removed animatronics but Chuckie is still here thankfully.

The only place left with an animatronic in our area, electronic games for all ages, and pizza, cake, ice cream treats, as well as the best fresh salad bar around and a great variety of refillable drinks for all ages too. Chuck E. Cheese is the ideal place to bring children for a party, especially with their check in and check out security for them and cameras everywhere for safety, and a great set of staff to help you plan and accomodate your needs- all in one place!

Kids had a blast. Food is just okay. Time pay is definitely a better deal than the points play.

The employees working right up front to take your order and everything were very rude. Youre working at a childrens play place...smile once and dont be so rude when you are asked a question. We were here celebrating our sons birthday and half the games were broken or not giving out tickets and all they had to say was we know.. so then do something about it. These kids are playing to win tickets and when your machine isnt giving them out it upsets them. Be happy, if you dont enjoy your job like it seemed most of you didnt, then you should probably find something else

Had a great time at a friends birthday party. Pizza was better than I remembered or expected. Had a blast playing those games. Im so glad I beat the 50-floors tower game. I wouldnt have got to sleep still wondering about that.

Really not to much to do anymore but beggars cant be choosers we drove from Cedar Rapids because ours closed pizza was good and they had a special $1 gets you 1hr of unlimited games

Super clean, couldnt believe how clean. Games were a blast and food was better then expected. We will be back. Out two year old, five year old, and seven year old had a blast. Nicest Chuck e cheese weve ever been in.

I am impressed at how clean they keep the place, with all of these kids eating and running around! The pizza is good, the games are well-maintained, staff is always friendly and helpful. My kids and I love it!

Great place to take the kiddos. The salad bar could have been fresher but the pizza was good. The credit you get for your tickets is a big joke though.

Ok so we went as do many for the children birthday. Had a good time. But this is what I especially liked. The staff is on and alert when it comes to the children. Its seems as if they are trained to notice everyone in the place. For some reason I felt really safe and secure and I as a 58 year old Grandma even had fun!!!!! We will go again!

This place is super fun for kids and adults, super good pizza and fun games. We went on a Wednesday and got 1 card with 2 hours on it so a lot cheaper then just buying points, especially with 5 people.

We travel all over the US and have a 16 month old. The quality and cleanliness of Chuck E Cheese has really gone down BUT this one was the cleanest that we have visited. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza on the lunch bar was kept fresh and hot with a decent variety for adults and kids. The staff was friendly anf helpful and for the first time this year, Chuck E, himself, actually came out every hour when they announced he would! All of the other places had it announced but he has always been a no show. Good job you guys! Ive probably been to over 20 locations and you are hands down the best!The only constructive I have is that I wish they had a toddler playground for the little ones. They like to climb and slide too (and thats more fun for them than most games) but the big tubes are a little too much for them. And there needs to be a few more baby toy choices with the tickets. It was hard finding something suitable and not a choking hazard. (Rattles, hand puppets, toddler sized soft balls).

Super friendly and involved staff made for a great birthday party!

Geared toward the younger crowd and we knew that going in. Pizza was okay. Facility was well maintained, restrooms clean, tables and chairs clean, floor clean, games clean.

Had a birthday party for my son, pizza was great, it was a bit expensive in my opinion had a short visit from chuckE in which my son didn’t really enjoy do to all the other kids crowding him overall it was a ok experience.

Fun for young(under 7) kids. Games are a little dated in some cases though.Get the all you can play pass for like a fixed time for the most value.Food is alright.

Staff was friendly and lucky for use we were alone lol. Our grandson had a great time! I cannot say anything about the food I havent eaten here for 5 years. Chuck E Cheese is not known to have edible food in general. Im love and hate the new card system. I love how you have a set amount of time to play whatever you want. I hate how you cannot share the same card to play 2-player games. The timer always counted down to zero before the card would read again. It would be nice if you could just swipe 2 times without having a wait time. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. I gave a 4 because about 4 games were out of service. Also we had to stop our grandson from grabbing the cleaning bottles and vacuum that was just left out.

Weve been coming here over the past few years and its always been a pleasant experience. The kids have a great time. The place is always clean and the staff go above and beyond and seem to enjoy their jobs. That in itself makes me feel like the 2 hour trip from our home is worth it. We enjoy coming here as much as the kids.

We went for my Nephews birthday party. Overall it was a good time. They had the food out on time were helpful with anything we needed. The only thing I would say that wasnt Great was several of the machines didnt work correctly, but for as busy as they were they did their best.

Great Location. Fast Service. Clean restaurant. Good Pizza. Just watch for coupon deals or join their loyalty program or it can be a bit expensive. The all you can play option is better than points for games. Our niece earned 800 tickets during an hour of all you can play.

Great food and lots of entertainment for children and adults alike. A nice break from reality.

Enjoyed the time-based unlimited gaming with children. It made it easy to set boundaries on how long we would stay and when it was time to leave.

Was a good time with my niece. She had a lot of fun. The pizza was far better than I remember, and the set dollar value for a length of free play is a way better system.

Had a blast and we came all the way from Cedar Rapids.

Employees were very polite to the kids we hadchicken nuggets and fries nuggets had pepper on so kids werent to happy with them,salad bar was good and appetizer plater was ok but not my favorite

Love this place for the kids. They get to use up their energy while having fun. The cheese stuffed crust pizza is my favorite. Much better food than when I was a kid.

It was nicer than the chuck-e-cheese Im use to in Chicago. Still a little pricey but clean and decent food for a kids place.

Friendly staff, pizza was really good. We booked a birthday party online and the process was smooth. Store called several days before to confirm our party reservation. The party did cost alot but it was worth it for the fun the kids had. Would recommend if you can afford.

Great for children amusement. No charge to enter. You can choose to eat and/or just watch children play (or play yourself). To play, must buy a card with points or purchase a time card and play unlimited for a certain amount of time. Tickets earned can be redeemed at the of playtime. Loved it

The kids love this place and we make the 3hr round trip every few months. I love the stuffed crust pizza and the ability to help the kids top up to a longed-for prize. It can get loud, and ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones may be useful for those with sensitivities. The sketch photo machine actually does a great job. My pro tip is bring a marker to label cups, and get the bracelet for your play pass.

The pizza was great. And hot. We got a family sampler platter as well. Never again. 4 tiny wings and they were gross, maybe a dozen fries. The games were fun and they use a card now instead of having to carry a ton of tokens around

Nice establishment that has plenty of hours of fun for any age. The pizza was surprisingly pretty good, but a little pricey. Have a good selection of games that are entertaining for all ages and a play area, with a slide, for the younger kids. Will be back when in the area.

Went with my daughter there tonight she had her little 2year old with.They both got a stamp later his dad come in. As we were leaving the dad and the 2year old went out ahead of us and nobody checked their stamp.I was under the the impression that nobody can leave the place without being checked.So anybody could grab your child and leave. Why did the stamp is necessary if no one check

BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA IVE EVERY HAD! STAFF WAS GREAT TOO! They keep up on cleaning AND it doesnt take long for food to come out!!! Free refills on drinks!

Ive been going here for as long as I can remember. And everytime I come back theres something new or improved going on. This is a very fun place for the entire family. Or just with your friends maybe. You can have birthdays here as well, Everychild will love the experience having one here. There are loads of games and prizes! I rated this 5 stars because there has never been a time when Ive seen a child dislike the experience.

The kids love it, and I mean, its realy hard to mess up pizza. Plenty of seating. Sense they dont have the animatronic band anymore, I feel like there is alot of misssed potential in that area. As far as i could tell, the rides and games were clean, theres more or less somthing for every age range, and i be lying if the parents cant have a good time too. Its never really been overly busy when ive been there so thats good. Pricing, as it always has been, seems a bit high, but overall always a good time with the kids.

Great renovation, good new menu, great updated games

They have cards now instead of tokens which is really nice and their pizza has gotten an upgrade from when I was a kid.

Super nice staff. We were visiting from Omaha and our Check E. Cheese has really gone down hill. This place is somewhere I would take my kid again when were back visiting family!

I like taking my kids to Chucky cheese, but I feel as though there could be more arcade game then it has to keep the kids entertained. I guess Im use to bigger location with more game.
