Nice little store, just wish theyd have had more Halloween inventory for us late shoppers (we were there 5 days before Halloween). Otherwise staff is great.

I had a new rewards email and the cashier told me that as long as I entered my phone number it would be in my rewards. I also asked if there were any coupons available. Nothing, I pulled my email up and there was a 20 percent off regular priced items . I checked in the car and had to go back in to have the rewards taken off. The manager was helpful and got the discount entered. I assume Michaels isnt allowed to tell you what coupons might be available.

Last visit the young lady that checked me out at the last minute, was great. Very friendly, helpful and genuine. Plus love all my goodies.

Prices good but hard to find pricing or know clearly how their discounts work and what qualifies. Good quality merchandise, but found regularly priced items sometimes high. Not much help available on the floor. Like the store but they need more help to organize store and help shoppers.

I had a picture framed for my daughter and the staff was very helpful! The picture turned out beautifully in the frame!!

I hadnt been to Michaels in years so when I went in and found exactly what I wanted and so awesome clearance deals too, I was ecstatic. I will be going back again soon!

I have always liked going to Michaels theyve got reasonable prices and a good selection but they have a magnet to my pocketbook so I usually walk out of their spending more money than I had anticipated LOL

Waited at check out for a few minutes while workers were all around, just not at check out. Then when two clerks walked up one answered the phone then asked the other clerk, Julia about the issue and Julia clearly had an attitude. Then she looked at me and rolled her eyes and snatched my purchase out of my hands and slammed it on the counter and rushed through the do you want to apply for membership spill. And didnt tell me she was ready for me to insert the card. So when I asked her if she was ready she rudly replied ya. When I got in my vehicle to pull out, I saw her run to get in a passenger side of a blue small suv slammed the door and took off. SO SHE WAS RUDE TO ME BC SHE WAS READY TO LEAVE.... The girl in frames with short hair was really nice! And gave me great info. I wish I wouldve seen her name tag.

Watch for the awesome sales, worth the emails!! Military discount is kinda why I switched from Hobby Lobby to Michael’s but they have great deals, which is why I stayed! Buy one get one free on frames??? That one came in handy!!! Love it!

Very disappointing again! Had a 50% off coupon to use. Picked a skein of purple yarn with NO cards on that brand for sale price. Full price? But NO..... on sale 30% off so I couldnt use the coupon. Asked clerk to charge me full price and then take off coupon. No can do, she said. I walked away...no yarn. Im going back to Hobby Lobby who clearly label sale yarn.

For the items I normally shop for this store doesnt carry a large amount of merchandise because of floor space available. It does carry a good amount of other craft supplies, like bead work and floral arranging supplies. Really like their flowers and they have good sales.

Not a huge selection but I do like that it is smaller than Hobby Lobby. They dont always have what I need but they are willing to order whatever they can or refer to another place if they cant.

Customer service care I would rate as poor as I can with Michaels in Cedar Falls. I called and asked before I drove 15 miles to come see them if they had 9 by 12 card stock paper. Totally said yep we sure do I kindly said would you mind just checking as this is rare and I do not have time to drive 15 miles one way if you dont have. She said nope Im sure Of course driving over I felt man this gal didnt give me the time of day. Owning my own company for over 40 years I assure you she would never work for me. Just disappointed that I was kind and concerned they might not but hey I mean I got a nope we got it. Very disappointed.

Found tons of acrylic paint on clearance plus the door buster deals plus the coupons....I also found stuff I couldnt find at other craft stores like mini clay shapers for one. My only complaint is the isle were a little narrow for the electric scooter. But I was sure happy they provide an electric scooter for the disabled like me. Excellent service with a cheerful energetic clerk. Overall I am very impressed and will be visiting more often.

Great prices on craft items

Typical, large craft store. If your looking for it, they probably have it; from home decor to leather working tools to painting supplies; and everything in between. Store was clean and well-organized and staff was friendly. Prices vary, some things are cheap and others are a bit overpriced, so not a bad idea to price compare with a couple of other stores if youre not already familiar with the product youre buying.

They have a lot of items, so if your wife crafts... Bring a book. Or do what I did and watch Hulu in my truck while she shopped

Great craft store, friendly, helpful employees, but they need a larger yarn section. The website listed their Loops and Threads Impeccable yarn as being on sale,but there wasnt any signage in the store about a sale. If I hadnt looked online, I wouldnt have known until I paid for it,and I would have only gotten one skein, and would have missed out on a great deal.

Good selection of products for a broad coverage store; just dont expect there to be tons of coverage for every art style.Fiancée went in looking for jewelry-making supplies, so I wandered around and looked at all the cool stuff they had in stock. One thing that I noticed was that they didnt have any paints of the type that one would use for miniatures - this is an example of a niche hobby that Michaels wont be a good fit for. On the other hand, they did seem to have a decent supply of airbrush supplies/paint. Your mileage may vary.

Michaels just makes me smile. Not just because its a craft store but it offers alternatives to what some of the other local craft chains offers. This is my god to store for my baking needs with the Wilton products offered. I also love that they provide frequent sales on different depts throughout the store. In addition to that, they offer craft classes for both adults & children.

Im disabled and they have an electric cart for me to shop on.

We went to get a frame and the sales people were absolutely incredible. I cannot say enough about how good our frame shopping experience was. I do not care for frame shopping. But I look forward to frame shopping again as long as those wonderfully helpful frame staff was there again.

There are so many things I didnt know I needed until I shopped for art supplies here. So many cute gift ideas as well. The staff is helpful & friendly too.

I belong to the rewards program. I was told that when you purchase and give or enter your phone number the receipt w/ purchases were saved in your account. I purchased 2 bags of pine cones on the previous Saturday, entered my# and left. After working on the project I thought I needed the pine cones, they werent used. I couldnt find the receipt, so I returned them and told the clerk that they were added to the rewards program. She found them and went to return the$. The only thing! I paid $3 + tax, she was only giving me $1.20 tax included because I didnt have a receipt (showed up on register). This amount was the lowest price in the last 90 days. So, what is this program for? Needless to say, I brought home the cones and located the receipt. No more rewards program and they lost a shopper.
