Small claim on this park.Where is my deposit I move out there 3 or 4 months ago called your park manager never there on and yeah you charged me 750$ for a dog that I barely had a week there and charged me 2 days before I left the park but you cant return my deposit come on.i dont need the phone number for the manager and I need the owners number! Sick and tired..Unit #34.I have all receipts from last payment I didnt missed a payment from what the system of your manager said.i retain my medium size chow dog one week before we left.The manager charged me a day before we left 750$.A 30 day notice was given before leaving.The trailer was sold to A park tenant.I have all the paper work I dosent matter if I live in California now Duh.we will press legal action!Haha intimidation at its best good luck! And wait for legal action

Horrible place to live in. Do not recommend this place at all. Everyone in town knows not to make business with the Pulsipher Brothers.

Worst place to live in. Owner will not return your deposit back. Most dishonest business people in town.

Horrible living conditions. Over priced trailer homes that are falling apart. If needing cheaper housing check out libertab or Kensington apartments. Avoid this place

If I could give you Mammoth mobile Estates a 0 or no Stars I sure will my experience with you guys was horrible they never came to fix anything and when we Moved In we had to pay a cleaning deposit but yet the trailer was disgusting with boogers on the walls and falling apart . when it came to us giving our 30 day notice it took them 2 months to give us our deposit back and he Ended up keeping most of it anyway. We were out by the 9th of that month even though we had paid for it i left that place so clean that he had that trailer rented out in a week or so but yet it took him 2 months to give us our deposit back so I dont Recommend anyone to rent or buy from this place Absolutely disappointing.

There are some good people but its still a Utah ghetto

It sounds like someone is a little bias cause she works for them. I lived there 5 years ago. And the owners will suck you in and then get you when you are down. I was relocated by my job and behind on rent, When I tried to contact about what I owed they never would tell me. I gave them property to hold as collateral which was only cause my wife and children were there and I was in texas. To protect the family I did what I had to do. But when I want to collect my stuff and pay them they never responded. Let someone say my review is false they have no clue what happened to me and my family. Just me my wife and the owners do and no one else.

Not the best kept, but the people running it are trying to improve the park. Management is cooperative

The Pulsipher brothers are two of the biggest crooks out there, in fact while living in one of their prehistoric tincans in that sh*thole trailer park I watched one of them (Kyle) get arrested outside their office one day.Their unlicensed ex-con repair man nearly killed us by not attaching the gas lines to our ancient furnace properly. I saw several other tenants get behind on their rents and the Pulsipher bros would force them to give up their trucks and cars as payment. And of course, our deposit of $1200 (on a $400 a month rental) was stolen by them although they told us the trailer was fine during the final walk-through. Fun times.

My friend went looking for a place there and their trailers are so bad they should be condemned. Also its drug Haven and illegals. They dont do background checks so I guess thats why they dont mind what the trailers look like and $1,500 to move into one of them wow

This mobile home park is the worst of the worst. I rented a M.H. from them and paid a months rent to hold the home then I paid a deposit of $400.00 for my two cats and a $600.00 security deposit. When I got to the home and got inside the smell of cat urine was so strong and the mobile was in such bad shape I turned around and walked out. I did not spend ten mins. in the home and yet I am being given the run around on returning my deposits. its always next week, or the owners have to sign the check or they just wont answer their phone or return my calls. I understand I forfeited my Feb. rent but those deposits need to be refunded. oh and also the pictures she sent me were from a long time ago before the home was ruined. Stay clear of this ghetto at all costs. They also have a Uhaul dealership I would not recommend doing business with.

I moved in here on January 1st, 2013 and am enjoying it here very much. Everyone is very nice and when there is a problem they take care of it quickly.
