If you want a nice, clean, quite place to live this is the spot. Park has rules to follow that make it a great place to raise your children in a safe and secure environment. Plus the perks of living in the community are nice. I would recommend this place to all especially to the ones with small children. everything is close by this place is in the center of it all.

I truly dont understand why this lady kitty is still working in this office..she is very mean and rude...and makes u feel so uncomfortable when you walk through the door...like what the hell do u want type of look....??? The park is awesome but u wont have many customers bc of her....she would turn people away from this place bc of her rudeness....!! Like I said the park itself is awesome..and u should AT LEAST have someone with a lot more respect and welcoming spirit to represent the place! My best friend came here and love the place but said she didnt wanna deal with someone like kitty..

Took someone in to see if they had a home for rent. When we got there there was a sign on the door saying that they would be back in 15 minutes so we waited. When they got back, we were parked right next the to the door. They walked by us, didnt say a word. We went in and the older lady just stared us like to say what area you doing here. Never spoke nor smile. Ive never received this type of greeting like this before. I had to smile and she didnt smile or ask could help me. I just began talking. I asked about renting and she said it was $850 plus $2500 down because they only do rent to own. I said ok and couldnt wait to walk out. I felt she didnt want any black people out there and I never play the race card but thats all you can call this situation. I wish I could give a negative star.

I dont understand what these guys are waiting on to get kitty out this office....she is a horrible person...I know this and dont even live out there...plenty qualified people I know been out there but was ran off by this beast in the office...smh ...I feel sorry for her or if she has a spouse...they are ruined...lol...she going to be a bitter,lonely o,beast with a lot of cats!!! Just LONELY....HOW SAD...She obviously brings her personal problems to work bc she talk to people like they are trash! Whoever hired her should be ashamed of there selfs

I have to say kitty is the hardest working landlord I know...she came over on her day off because my water was not as hot as I wanted it to be. The care that she has for her tenants means everything to me and it shows. Ive rented and had a lot of different landlords but nobody, I mean nobody like kitty Im so glad that Im here, Im so glad to be a tenant of hers and Im so glad to have her as a very caring, loving, landlord she goes above and beyond ,thanks Kitty, you rock girl!!!!!! And by the way .... Ive NEVER ..........been in a community this quiet and comfortable!!!!!! Its amazing hereUpdate:08/4/19Ive lived here for months now and still feel the same!!!!!! This place is awesome and kitty still is as well!!!! I feel so safe and comfortable here! Never felt this way about anywhere I lived before! 09/01/18This place Looks fantastic ! ! !Clean and quiet looking ! ! I could not believe the place ! !I was only interested in renting a mobile home until I came across this place.I was considering giving it a chance you know , purchasing a home. pay a lease for the land. I was looking forward to meeting this KITTY, that a few other reviews spoke highly of.Unfortunately I was met by kitty standing in the hall way to her office just staring at me.. . know , Good Morning , how can I help you.Just a long pause of a stare , so to kick it off, I initiate the greeting Good Morning ! ! ! Met by dull Good Morning, back to the stare...pause . can I help you? Yea Im trying to find out about renting a place. Oh we only offer homes for purchase. Ok ! ! At this point she didnt even bother to ask me if I was interested in pursuing home ownership. (Guess cause Im a young black man I cant afford to purchase a home or so she must think) .So I initiate that Im interested in that too ! As I waited for her in her office , I changed my mind about living out there bacuase of the way I was treated. I got plenty of money , and i will do business, where I am welcomed.Update 11/01/2019I live in a gated cumminty now very very nice.

I First moved here on 2003. Westwood is a quite place to live an a safe Place. Ive never had any Problems here.

Low cost is the only perk. Office makes you pay to use the pool $5 for everyone that doesnt have their SSN on ur lease, including children. The 1 time I used the pool 2 years ago, the office manager stood there and waited to see my kids moving too fast to call them down even though I was on top of it the whole time. We ended up leaving bc of her. The entire property near my house is infested with roaches. I have poisoned continuously, but they keep coming in.

Not A Bad Place To Live its just that they need to spend more time cutting down the trees as they promised and stop raising the lot rent if they promises arent kept . Fixing the cross path in the back by the dirt road would be awesome before it damages someones car.

The grass is very overgrown in common areas, the pool is in need of repair .

Its nice and good management but some rules seem crazy

We was at the pool with our friends and we left for not even 5 minutes​ and she told them that they had to get out the pool. So they got out the pool then she said get out the gates. But this time we was there and I went to get the pool floats and she said why are you here get out. And I told her Im hear to get the floats because you kicked my friends out for no reason. She then told me for future reference guest have to be accompanied and I told her well we were here but I forgot my bathing suit and we wernt even 5 minutes she told me you better leave your attitude at home little missy and I then replied that I dont have an attitude. The park manager ( kitty) was very rude and disrespectful twards us. Our friend had two kids with him a 1 yr old and a 6 yr old. She told those kids to get out of the pool while they were playing and having fun just because I was putting my bathing suit on at home. Very very very rude woman that has no respect for people.

Good place to live. Clean and good area.

Tried to get some assistance in buying a home and got a reply a couple of days later and now wont get a reply. Maybe if I could buy with cash in full, I could get a reply back.

Worst place I stayed in history management rude ...you treat ppl how you want to be treated.

Havent seen one speck of trash ANYWHERE and Kitty is one kickass lady.
