Interesting place. Wish theyd have plaques or some information at the site so I wasnt trying to read my phone in the sun. Lots if potential here.
I run through here every morning around 6. Theres no homeless people that Ive seen. Its nice that its still standing, but it really is just a few brick buildings. You wouldnt really know what you were looking at unless you asked around. Theyre developing the land all around it into more apartments, so eventually these will most likely just be bulldozed in the name of commercial real estate - come see them while you still can.
Great historical place to visit.
Nice place not too croued.
I worked at this location until we moved the manufacturing to Lexington. The history of the family is very interesting.
Grat history in this place. Love walking around there
What you see is what you get. Good for drive-by touring; everything outdoors & visible.Imagine the history here.
A really neat place. although I wish there were historical markers or signs to tell onlookers about this piece of history. There are really just the kilns and nothing else.
I used to come here with my dad when I was a kid. Back then it was just a weird empty space with stacks of old bricks and abandoned kilns. Now its a gathering space. Gets really hot on hot days.
Nice place to go if there was parking
I enjoy the historical atmosphere.
