As a new donor of the Museum of Ancient Wonders during COVID-19, I was fortunate to have a brief FaceTime tour of the museum with the curator. His detailed knowledge of the exhibits was amazing! I cant wait to see it in person. Fascinating treasures await you at MAW.

Went with my wife and son to this hidden museum. The owner/curator was extremely kinds and knowledgeable. You can truly see his passion in this project and I commend him for paying for everything from his own pocket. Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to see this grow and be a part of this community. We are blessed to have him here.

New attraction in Coachella Valley. Unique small museum with amazing collection of reproductions from King Tutankhamuns tomb, dinosaur fossils, African masks, and more. Well organized to tell an interesting story. Great for adults and children.

Absolutely loved it. As a history buff and having actually visited Tuts tomb in Egypt I was taken back by how real all the reproductions seemed. I read a review earlier that said the displays were reproductions. If they were real they could sell them and buy Palm Springs. Really well done. My whole family enjoyed it.

We had an amazing time here! Took the family here for Father’s Day 06/21/2020. My husband has always been interested in Pharos and Egypt in general so bringing him here was a beautiful thing! The gentleman working that day was very profesional, kind and extremely knowledgeable of both areas of the museum, it felt like a private tour. Absolutely recommend it for everyone! Thank you guys!

We had a wonderful visit at the Museum of ancient wonders, with our 5 and 8 year olds. The co-owner, Alberto, answered all of the kids many questions and told us truly fascinating stories about Egyptian culture and the family of the Pharos. We also learned about dinosaurs. Alberto is very knowledgeable and a magnificent story teller! Highly recommend!

A wonderfully eclectic personal selection of copies of Egyptian artifacts, some African masks and decorative items and dinosaurs. The museum is thoughtfully laid out, the artifacts are well organized and the extensive notes provide much detailed information. A lovely place to spend some time while feasting on beautiful objects and listening to music composed by the owner.

Thank you for planting the seeds of appreciating ancient wonders of the world. We especially enjoyed seeing the artifacts from Egypt and learning more about how the Pharaohs lived. The original music in the background set the tone and mood

We were surprised to find this little gem during our recent visit to Palm Springs. We were impressed in particular by the detailed and beautiful Egyptian artifacts replicas found in Tutankhamen tomb and the accompanying historical notes. The remaining collection is also interesting with african masks and fossils. Reserve about 1.5 hours to go through everything and don’t be discouraged by the current location in a modest retail center.

I have never seen gathered in one space such a varied and fascinating collection of antiquities, thoughtfully and expertly curated and presented in four distinct categories: Ancient African masks; three phases of the life of the boy king, Tutankhamun; dinosaur skeletons, eggs, and casts of significant individual bones plus casts of the earliest flying creatures; and official NASA photos of the planets and nebulae of our solar system and beyond. The chief curator, Alberto Acosta, is an informal expert in these fields and is a fascinating guide and authentic storyteller. A wondrous entertaining and informatiive experience for any age, and especially valuable for families. Highly recommended.

I went there on opening day and enjoyed it immensely. There was so much information to go along with the beautiful exhibits that I will be going back again soon. Albert, the owner, is an expert about the Egyptian dynasty exhibits as well as the dinosaurs and African masks so be sure to ask him about any questions you may have.

What a ripoff. Everything is a reproduction, signage is way too long and music is annoying. Id much prefer to see the real things in a variety of museums.
