Would be 5 stars if everything was open. Only issue is our neighbors have 2 dogs who never stop barking. And they leave their windows open.

The facilities are nice with a beautiful desert scenery. The service is not what it should be, office is closed and limits access to pool. Nothing else special in the facility. A lot of long term resident with attitude. I would never come back.

To be fair, I have not stayed at this resort but I was visiting there and inquiring on staying there this season. VERY friendly staff and a nice park offering two pools, shuffleboard, clubhouse, basic cable, laundry and showers. Park looks clean and well kept with gray mountain views and easy access to area stores and attractions. Very much anticipating our future stay!

We stayed here as part of our Thousand Trails membership, and were pleased.A little crowded, but the spots were clean with water, electric and sewer for our rig.The pool, although small, was clean and the area attractive for a good cool-down.The staff in the office were helpful and kind!We shall return.

Stayed a couple of nights. Nothing fancy but located in town near airport (quiet) Two small dog walking fenced in areas. Has two jacuzzis that were warm enough. Spaces are wide enough 4 your RV and the toad. Very few trees. Just a bunch of RVs packed in. Gas ,supermarkets Etc within a mile or less. Has a pool that I did not try. Restrooms were relatively clean. Office staff was wonderfully nice. Seems a little pricey, but you are in town and I was there for the high season.

This RV Park is OK if you just want to stop for a few nights to visit Palm Springs area. It is not a place for extended stay. The lots are very small and you have no privacy as there are no trees or fences to separate them. The pool and the hot tub water are not very clean. The bathroom and shower rooms need major upgrade and they are not very clean either. The Landry room also is not very clean. Most of the lots are not leveled so it makes it very difficult to level our RV. Sometimes you have to jack the front of your RV many inches and it becomes difficult to access your stairs. All together, I think that I am being generous to give this RV Park 2 stars, it is mainly because of it’s excellent location near the city and close to lots of stores and restaurants. One more think, the Park is located right in the line used by the planes when they prepare their landing at the Airport so every 5 or 10 minutes you cannot ear anything but the noise of the plane .There is also a fire station nearby so you have continuously day and nights the noise of the emergency vehicules leaving on calls.

We saw the 4+ star reviews, we booked our site. Too bad. It’s basically a cement parking lot with no trees. The surrounding community is beautiful, but not the RV park. Although there is a pool, spa and laundry, when you look at where you are staying, close the shades and hunker down until you leave. Sorry. Plant trees, grass and spread thing out, and I’ll give you a 5 Star rating.

Not overly impressed. We arrived just before 2 PM and there was one RV parked ahead of us in the registration line up with the owner pacing outside. My husband walked over to him and was told that there was no one in the office. Just a sign saying: Out for lunch! Never have I been to a campground registration office where there was no one to welcome you and register you. I had booked our reservations months before our arrival and since it wasnt that busy, I was very surprised when they gave us a spot right next to the fence separating the campground and the main road. It was so noisy from the car traffic and the airplanes traffic which started bright an early around 5:30 AM! There were plenty of empty spaces within the campground so we really didnt understand why we were given that spot. Most of the other Rs were the big Class As whereas we had a 30 Class C. I guess they didnt want to mix them up, who knows??? I would not return there.

Horrid place. Packed in like sardines. The free WiFi doesn’t work. The paid WiFi doesn’t work. Called the paid WiFi and in essence the only way you are going to get WiFi is if you pay to have them come out and hook you up at the site for a month. It appears that most people live here, but for a short stay like us that’s not realistic. Tried to do laundry and you have to use their prepaid card which they are out of. How ridiculous. Oh and then there is the incessant barking of dogs both outside and people who have left their dogs in there Rvs with the windows open. So there is never any peace. By the way we have a dog and love dogs but listening to non stop barking is not ok

Have never been to a RV park with the spaces so close to each other. No greenery, just unkept and weeds in the gravel. For the price, the grout in bathrooms should be cleaned, broken tiles repaired, walkways swept, pool chairs scrubbed, etc. Plus a $2 a day resort fee....for the one newspaper everyone can share?! No refunds if you want to leave early....

Clean and well cared for lot. Over priced for what it is. Pay for wifi. Pet area is a joke, you have to leave the park and walk your dog on the street! The spaces are very close together. I prepaid via phone but got there after hours (they close at 230!) so no pool or restroom access for me. In a quiet part of town.
