We come as often as possible during the week and on weekends to get the best bang for our buck and the most laughs for money. The cinemas are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. About $5 pet adult ticket makes it affordable for everyone, even large families can bring all the little ones along! I like the arcade to keep your kiddos happy while you buy tickets. Great place for your money!The cinemas usually play movies that have been in other theaters for at least a month. Some of the theaters are very small, but they all have excellent seats, screen and are usually clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful.On the other hand be prepared for the crowds. Some people like to cheer, scream, and depending on the movie they applaud during and at the end of the movie. So I would describe this place with three words: Colorful, unique and etnich.

Its an okay old theater..One of the employees basically follow me to the restroom and told me to make sure I flush toilet I thought that was rude and weird..Then he told me thank you for coming in after I left the restroom LOL I wont be coming here again and I dont recommend anybody else coming in to get treated that way

Everything was fine up until an employee usher replied with what?! In a rude tone, after I said excuse me, may I ask you a question. Then, after he said Im gonna have to do a bag check, I honestly felt profiled because Im dressed in comfy sweats and flip-flops & a high messy bun, maybe thought I was ghetto, coming to a ghetto theatre and all. I got my money back I wasnt having it tonight.

Top notch. Best value around. Went here for the 1st time to see Jumangi and now Im going back tomorrow to see Joker. Thats how much I like it. Thank you, Regency!

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the theater has changed since the remodel. Great value and super comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone in the valley.

Regency 10 is one of the best theaters ive been at. Its good price, puts out the most recent movies,and that you can put as much butter on your popcorn as you want. what I dont like is that the seats are not adjustable even though I know its a lot more expensive youll make a lot more profit off of it and what I also dont like is that the arcade is never fixed thats a big problem cause you know I be wanting to play those man. Regency 10 so far their doing good its just that thats been holding them back.

Ive being coming to this theatre many years but unfortunately this will be the last time i step foot in here. TheManager (white bald tall guy) was very rude to me. They dont have a policy of refills of any size of soda cup, however he didnt let me get a refill he stopped me right in front of other guests. Again its never being an issue until now..please posts somewhere in the theater so people know there is NO refills on regular soda!

Ya know, for $5 movies before 5pm, how can people complain?Just sit, enjoy the show.Carpet is newish. although the seats seemed a little worn, in reality its not much different than the amc near me, but with slightly less cushioning.Id advise sitting closer to the back as the seats are not truly stadium so when sitting in the middle, you are looking upwards to the screen.

Looks like a fairly new place, very comfortable seating with lots of leg room. Staff was very friendly, everyone smiles. I had a great experience.

First the good news: they have fairly current movies and there matinees are only $5. The senior rate is also $5 all the time. Popcorn is only $6 for a large and its refillable. The bad news: the seating is deplorable. Although they have lean back seats the armrest or broken the chairs are uncomfortable and its not pleasant sitting there for two hours watching a movie in these chairs. Although everything else is good I probably wont go back to the fact that I want to be comfortable if Im seeing a movie.

Love the ticket price, comfy tilting chairs and they even have audio descriptive headphones. Doesnt have the annoying assigned seating of some of the more expensive places. Has a small arcade. Rather impressed

Clean, co.fortable, and cool. It was 105 outside. Shaded parking a definite bonus. Staff very helpful finding a lost cell phone.

Nice seats, but not recliners. Also if u sneak food in to the movies dont go here they check yr bags. Eat your tbell at a different theater!

This was my wife and Is first time going to this theater. And will be the last. Cant say anything about the concession stand because we had just gone out to dinner but as for the theater itself was disgusting. The armrest to the chairs were crusted black. We tried to look for a clean seat but could not find one. There was truly something only God knows what on every chair. The seats were very uncomfortable. The smell was the worst. Just had a bad musty smell. My allergies were going crazy the whole time while watching the movie due to the smell. The one star is diserved as the staff was friendly and tickets were cheap. However I would pay twice as much to have a clean and comfortable seat and not have to breathe that terrible smell. I would say this is an enter at your own risk theater..Lol.

Concession are pricey and lack quality specify true hot dogs cost $1.50 and they are so bad that they should give them free with admission. That brings up my next issue. They were fine and always packed until they raised the prices for admission by $3.50+ with o movies. Now its always empty

Not fancy, but your not paying for fancy. I can take my family, and have money for plenty of snacks, and dinner. If you just want to see a movie, get out, not spend a fortune on 2 hours of distraction, this is your place.

Although this is a cinema with discounted prices, the movies are not really very old-- it is a great way to see a movie that you missed when it was first released, for example. The seats are comfy and roomy. Its always clean and the staff welcoming. And, they have creative offerings at the concession stand. Well be back.

Nice multiplex theater. Small intimate through large theaters. Nice snack bar with a huge large popcorn. Plenty of handicapped seating either in the very back or front of the theater. The manager greeted us personally and helped us to retrieve our tickets from the automated kiosk. Plenty of parking all around the outside. Lots of good places to eat close by.

We pay for our tickets and popcorn..they stuf and management didnt let us in .. why are they checking bags for thats disrespectful never going back Im gonna let all my friends and family not to go there

Inexpensive and so are the snacks. Where we live we pay 3x as much. Will keep coming back here when we are in the area. Appreciate it being affordable especially when we are on a fixed income.

It was great, tbh. They let you take in snacks from the dollar store nearby, so its great! Also its very cheap, so thats even better!!!

They have great prices for the tickets. They have great seats. They have a nice staff. It’s just their snacks prices. 5 dollars for 1 nacho. I mean for real. 2 dollars for a drink. They need to lower their food prices. But other then that the theater is cool.

1st time there. Theater was clean, popcorn was ok. Childs Play was totally Awesome!

The bottom of my choices. Its old and outdated. It was tolerable when it was a $2 ticket price for older movies. Now that its regular price, not worth it.

This is locally known as the Dollar Theatre, though it costs more than a buck.It shows the latest movies anything from a few weeks to a few months after their initial release but it has been recently refurbished and is a really nice movie theatre.The drinks and food are not cheap, but they do actually have the coke slushy available nowadays so all is good !

The seats are very comfortable. The staff is accommodating. The prices cant be beat! Hot dogs are cooked fresh & are about $2. WELL Airconditioned! Sound quality is much better then before. The only improvements they could work on are shampooing the seats & making sure the film is 100% in focus. Restrooms are outdated but quite tidy with hot water to wash hands. Hence why I couldnt give 5-Stars..even though Id really LOVE to!

The theater is located in an older shopping center at the southwest corner of Dinah Shore and Date Palm. The center appears to have a new vigor, with some new stores and restaurants. One important change was the reopening of theater. It was closed for a while, but is now open.I like this theater because the setting is smaller making the space a bit more intimate. Although the recent renovations did appear to not include the bathrooms or seating, at least the carpet is new and the place has a fresher coat of paint.My wife and I paid $5 each for a matinee. A few bucks less than other theaters and the experience was fine.If you have kids, or are on a budget, give it a try.

While the price was great for a matinee, the seating is awful. Very cushioned which was nice, but we felt like we were leaning forward and made our leg placement very uncomfortable. I will spend the extra bucks to be able to sit in a comfortable position for up to 2 hours.

The movie was great! The theater is a dump. The seats are broken, you know when you sit in a chair and the back falls back? Well only one side fell. There was also a screw that was supposed to have an arm rest attached to it, the arm rest was missing. However the screw was sticking up and I scratched my wrist almost cutting through my skin. Other arm rests were completely missing! We had to move 2 times to find tolerable seats.

It’s cheap and high quality and you are supporting a smaller service.

We had a great experience since we were the only ones there. After all we were there to see the MOVIE not the theater. Lol. It may not be the same if there were a lot of other people.At first I liked that they had the nice big cushion style chairs. The arms went up so you can cuddle if you wanted. Only reason for the missing star is they have already allow the seats to fall apart! My arms fell down too low to hold the drinks properly. His seat rocks and squeaked so much that it was started to bug me half way through the movie.So if you like playing Goldilocks trying to find a pair of seats, this ones for you.

Look I live a few blocks away from here and just to be honest. This place just bumped up the prices on the films. Now why would you do that and not really change or improve anything? We came here to watch the dollar shows and now its full price. Just answer me this why would I spend my hard earned here when I could go to a more updated and better ing /selection movie theater down the street? Bad business choice overall I think, but time will tell. The only thing great was the welcoming staff.

Staff was friendly. Seats are extremely comfortable. Great sound & picture. Only problem was the bathrooms were filthy. They actually have a baby changing station that was a plus for me. Other than that great place.

I love this place! You have to wait a little bit to see a movie (after they are no longer at the more expensive theaters) but you cant beat $1.50 Sundays!! Even the snacks are cheaper! We need more theaters like this.

Hasnt changed much since I was a kid. Prices are a lot more than back then. Paid 10 bucks for 2 tickets on a Saturday afternoon and like 20 dollars on a medium popcorn and large drink. Our seats where clean and not crowded at all.

Inexpensive movie the Joker is a great movie.

The movie was a REAL tear jerker. I ordered a hotdog, pretzel and an icee (32oz., straw was made of paper so half way through the drink, the straw was falling apart)

Reasonably priced for first-run films.

Good reasonable prices, havent been there in a long time but seats are comfortable and rock which is different to me. Would have gave 5 stars but it didnt have the big crowds that theaters normally have or how this one used to be back in the 90s when it was a $1.

It costs 5 or 7 dollars and usually pretty good movies. Friendly people, very clean and comfortable.

Too expensive now. It was a $1.50 theatre on Sundays. We used to go every weekend and spend $20 on food! Not any more. We will no longer be traveling there. We can just go to our local theatres and not buy food or not go to the movies. Netflix is killing the movie theatre but movie theatres are too expensive for a family.

They were inexpensive, had new movies & were like $3-$5 less then other theaters. But they check your purses. Had me open mine. Cashier was hesitant to acept a roll of quarters. Had to ask his boss first. No lounge chair but they were new & roomy.
