Followed all covid protocols, which made us feel safe. Had a great time with our family of 4 and getting there at noon opening helped avoid lines for golf & bumper boats. Well go back!

The only thing open is the miniature golf course. You better bring something to drink, because the water is over three dollars and the gatorade is four. It was fun though, except for the multiple courses werent marked very well. I got my first hole in one on hole 17.

Me and my family was visiting Palm Springs from Maryland and we came to Boomers. I was impressed! In particular I would like to thank Rene. He assisted making sure my son was strapped in the go kart properly and then sprung into action when my son was having anxiety issues in the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. And look forward to seeing y’all again.

Went there this afternoon for a round of mini golf with some friends, the golf course has seen way better days. It is in dire need of some TLC. There were many patches (holes) , stains and some courses were covered in debris that we ourselves had to clear in order to play. It would be nice if they showed it some love it or at least clean them every morning before guests come. I have added pictures to showing some of the stuff Im talking about

Its kind of expensive for just 2 rides and miniature golf 27.00 for all day but my grandkids had fun

My boyfriend and I went to boomers in March 2020. The staff seemed friendly in the beginning. Then once my boyfriend and I planned to go to the water ride outside I had informed a male staff so that someone can open the gate for us. My boyfriend and I wait outside and it took some time like 10 mins until I told my boyfriend that it should not take this long to open the gate (there was less than 10 guests at boomers at the time). Once I went back inside I see ALL the staff including the male staff that I had informed just sitting down and talking to one another. Nobody apologized.Then later found out that I had left my phone there. My boyfriend told me that he had called my phone and some girl from there had answered and told him that it was HER phone and she had it or years. Go to boomers next day but they closed early due to rain. Following day, we go there again but boomers was closed due to the virus. I was able to tract the phone for weeks to see if it changed location but it was still at boomers even when they closed due to the virus so boomers is the last place we know it was located.Just spoke with a lady yesterday through the phone regarding the phone. She said to be the manager. That they had thrown ALL items from the lost and found and other items that may have been found at boomers because they were treating the items like everything had the virus. The manager did not even apologize.At the end of the day, my phone was still under contract HOWEVER a phone can be replaced. Money spent can be replaced. But the experience you leave for customers is what is the most valuable. And my experience was not good at all.

Theres lots of stuff to do and they have good deals, like Tuesdays they have free arcade games. The staff is friendly but the place could definitely use more employees. Most of all though, its in need of upgrades. Most of the arcade games are a bit old and the same ones theyve had for years. It needs better maintenance but at least the facility is clean.

Very fun place awesome location.. bring the kids and family to have fun indoors Outdoors go-karts Mini-Golf and other little attractions.. fair prices not too expensive located in a good shopping center I must visit if you are bored or if you are out in the Coachella Valley not very far from Indio..

This theme park is certainly dated. In fact several outdoor venues were either mothballed or simply down for repairs. The putt putt golf ranges are adequate and even fun. The self propelled boats with squirt guns was also fun. The climbing rock is a good challenge for under 10s. The midget race car track is well done and is certainly the featured event. The young employees seem to only mildly care whether customers have a good time or not.

That place was so fun! I love that place. If your child likes fun, then this is the place to go. It has go karts, mini golf, bumper boats, arcade games, and more! Everyone should go here. Best place in Palm Springs!

What a difference employee empowerment makes. The staff at Boomers went above and beyond at every available opportunity to make my 4-year-old son feel special (and to cut dad a better deal once it was clear that we were very frequent visitors). We went five days in a row on a weeklong holiday because the staff and facilities were just that good. The go-karts and mini-golf were big attractions for us. Of course the bumper boats and arcade were pretty great too.Shout out to Rene (employee of the month candidate in my books).

Yesterday, 3 friend and myself, decided to go to Boomers, in Palm Springs, CA. for a round of Putt Putt Golf. My group ranged in age from 36 - 66 years old.It appears, 4:00 PM on a Friday afternoon, is the perfect time for this, because as we walked in...a big bus of kids were pulling out.I hadnt done this since I was about 16 yrs old and since I’m currently 46,I was concerned this wasn’t going to be, as fun as, I had remembered...I was so wrong!It took about 75 mins to complete, (though we could have done it in 55) we brought our small dog with us, and we received an “it’s no problem” from the staff. All the employees were pleasant, the arcade was clean and it was a good afternoon had by all.

The arcade games are getting better every visit, still a family favorite.

We had a blast here. 3 mini golf courses, we played course 3 and it was the fairly challenging. It started to rain so we spent a lot of time at the arcade inside. $20 got us a lot of tokens. Lots of fun games, about half give you tickets and the other half are adventure type games. Typical small prizes at the counter to cash in tickets. Only downside is they are still coin based and physical tickets, no e-tickets or credits on a boomers card. Had a lot of fun.

Great place one worker was so nice i believe her name was Jocelyn. She was great!! She instantly made the experience better and made the place all together fun 100% would come back just to see her she was the best!

Had a great time. We were a group of 4, and got there right when they opened at noon. Staff was great, especially Rene, who ensured we enjoyed the activities and went out of his way to make our visit memorable!

Me and my brother have been going here for about 4 or 5 years, we couldnt get off the go karts, the arcade games are super fun, we plan to go again this afternoon. 5 Stars!

My kids had a wonderful time

We were concerned about the property after reading a few reviews but our experience was outstanding today. Mini golf course was in very good shape...looks like it was replaced. Gokarts and bumper boats were a blast. All really great Arcade games were working...just a few not great games were out of order.

The visit here was ok. Nothing to right home about. The younger staff were up informative and really didn’t care about much. We played a round of mini golf. They gave us no direction and failed to tell us that there was 3 different course to choose from. I found the place dirty. Is what it is thou I guess. Not many other options when it comes to this type of thing.

Like Chuck E Cheese, but with considerable price for tickets for the outside area. The golf area is very confusing, but beautiful. In my opinion, the only good thing to go to is the midget car track. However, many of the games there are dated or a ripoff. Its still an okay place to go, and is especially fun in large groups.

We were at Boomers at the end of January on a weekday. Had the place to ourselves. Staff took the time to ensure our kids had an amazing time, especially Rene! Thanks so much! Will b back!!

It ham0d been a while since I was here. I felt likep ll)0p taking my daughters and wife out to have some fun. We had a great time in the go karts and mini golfing. With not many options of which to have fun here in desert ... Have fun with what little you got.

I brought my daughter here for her birthday on Sunday December 08, 2019 and she had a blast. We stayed there until closing time and I just want to say that Rene, Tevin and Seth were absolutely awesome!!!! They were very outgoing and helpful and their happy and joyful personality just made our day even better. I would like to add one Gentlemen helping out at the prize center as well, he was just so admirable as well.I didnt see his name but he was tall with long hair and blue or green eyes and was a doll.These Gentlemen deserve a promotion. Mostly everyone there is just great and cheerful. Thank you for giving us a hell of a wonderful experience. We will treasure that day forever. Thank you Boomer Staff!!!!!

Go karts and golf were good. Would have been nice to have more than three 2 seaters in the golf kart track so all the kiddos could ride in the same race.

This place is a blast! They have amazing staff, really friendly and easy going! They are always adding new games! Guys like Rene and the others are really there for you to make sure you have fun.

Rene at the rock climbing station was very polite an helpful,he really made myself and my kids feel safe explaining an answering any questions they had and making sure they were fastened properly.Rene is most definitely an asset to Boomers an deserves a promotion,I will bring my family back very soon thanks Boomers for the fun experience and again Thanks RENE for keeping my kids safe at the rock climbing station.

You can tell this place is under management that cares now. this wasnt the case many years ago. i dont leave reviews often, but this place, while not quite renovated as it should be, is now a fun family experience. fantastic customer service from all employees. keep up the good work management.

Wonderful experience, great fun! We went twice in our short 5 day holiday with our 4 year old because it was so super fun!! According to our son & we agreed. Amazing, friendly, helpful staff, everyone single person we dealt with, even when we ended up being the last at close were fabulous. We played 2 courses of mini golf, go karts & the bumper boats. We saw the staff be incredible with every person, they never waited for a group, they let you on the carts or boats no matter how few. Huge recommend.

One of the attendants, Rene, was helping with the go karts was very friendly and you could tell he took the safety seriously making sure my kids were secure in their seats. He and all the other staff were good about letting the younger rowdier drivers know that bumping and careless driving werent acceptable. Will be going again!

This place smells like urine literally , go cart line took 1 hour for 1 ride. Staff at food counter was rude . Mini golf was fun and I would consider coming back for that.There was also a large group of kids from coral academy? Rudest most disrespectful group of kids I have ever seen (a majority of them anyhow)

Great place for a date night! My husband and I did Mini Golf and the Go-karts for $9.99 each ($14.99 if you buy tickets there). We had a lot of fun! They were closing early (7pm on a weekday) since it was a slow day. We wanted to play a few games, I went to ask about the tokens and the worker said they were closing in 10min. I said okay and was going to leave with my husband. She was so nice! And came to us with $5 of tokens for the inconvenience. Totally was not expecting that. We played a few quick games and left :)

Fun for all the family. Small but its enough for a family night.We enjoyed a relaxing game of mini golf were most of our day was spent.Its a great way to get the kids out and away from video games. Unless you play at the arcade. If you buy passes online you have to print at home before you go. Must show pass at Park. You can purchase an all day unlimited attraction/ride, or per ride or game tickets. New They have a baseball hitting cage. Tickets are sold separately.

Ok BoomerI honestly didnt like this place very much. Very expensive and the only thing truly worth doing is the go karts. Most of the machines are old and breaking, some you cant even see the screen properly. The staff is nice but I cant see these prices as fair.

As old as this place may be, the facilities are actually surprisingly taken care of/clean. (I say that as somewhat of a germaphobe). It is also just so well managed/the employees are so kind.Had to give it 5 stars!

Today we did an unplanned stop by with the kiddos, really just wanted to do the go carts. Rene was the tenant and he made the whole experience so much fun for all of us. He’s a valuable employee... thanks Rene for making our day!

Boomers has been around for quite some time! I brought students here on Tuesday, when they have an all-inclusive package for $17. They get unlimited go-kart rides, boat rides, miniature golf, video games inside. Its great for the price.

Last minute daddy daughter date, decided to go mini-golfing. The course needs some renovating but is still in good enough condition to have a great time! She didn’t want to leave after she beat me ;) so we decided to try out the go karts which made for the perfect ending! The staff was very friendly and even offered to take pics of us in the kart. We sped around the track several times before leaving for some ice cream...a great time and experience for sure!

AWESOME! I didnt think the go carts were going to be that cool but my son and I had a blast! Good selection of games and decent prices also! All the games we played were 4 tokens or less. I spent half of what we spend at Dave&Busters and rode go carts. Definitely a new stopping point when going through palm springs.

If you buy the all day pass that includes the outside activities only. The arcade is token based and like Chuckie cheeses.Use mosquito repellent when you go if you tend to attract them. I was in Palm springs for 8 days and that one day trip to Boomers got me enough mosquito bites for the week.The staff is nice and helpful.

Bought a package deal for the family. Then it started to rain and all activities outside were closed. They said no refunds! 5 indoor arcade games ate quarters and never played. This place is desperate for a remodel. Save your money.

We played mini golf at twilight...staff needs to take care of lighting issues ...so many lights where out on the course and it was very hard to see...gorgeous sky though!

The employee that we felt with today was an absolute nightmare!! We bought SIX all day passes for go carts and the boats. When we arrived around 1 they told us it didnt start till 4 witch only allows for 4 hours of us which is definitely not an ALL day pass. Besides that when talking with the staff member he very quickly got an attitude with us. Over all terrible experience! We will be speaking with the manager soon! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Was pretty good. Go carts were fun. The miniature golf needed some greens replaced and some light bulbs fixed/replaced. (It was hard to play at night.)

This location could really use a good scrub and some serious updating. It feels like they dont ever reinvest any of the money they make into improving the place. Mini golf course has been in dilapidated disrepair for over 10 years. That being said, the kids still had fun even though $50 in tokens won each of them just a couple of pieces of candy.

There are actually three putt putt courses. Too bad they dont tell u this when you start.

We went on a Tuesday, when there is a deal for all day, unlimited access to the go-karts, bumper boats, mini-golf, and arcade for $22. We definitely got our moneys worth!The go-karts are a blast, and definitely the most popular of the attractions. There is a shaded waiting area, but if there is a long line, youll find yourself standing in direct sun for awhile.The bumper boats are fun, but 2 out of 5 of them were broken when we were there, and the ride is 4.5 minutes long, so our wait time was quite long.The arcade is so-so, with dated games, most of which are either shooting or racing games. There were also several that were out of order.The mini-golf courses (there are two) were entertaining, but many of the holes were in poor shape.
