Great place for fun during covid and a date night. Greens are quick, but look new. Honestly cheap for an hour + depending on how busy it is.

There are 2,18 hole courses. I think one is slightly more difficult than the other. If you ask the reception, they will provide you with scorecards. Good place to go to during evenings when it isnt as warm outside. Book a slot before you go. Also there are restaurants close by for nice snack or dinner.

Decent mini-golf for a reasonable price. The courses are well designed and fun. The only issue is most of the obstacle courses need some serious mending. Their holes and alignments are so eroded and mis-calibrated that it is impossible to get any consistent shots. Yes, mini-golf is half luck but we would all like to believe there is some skill to this. Also, each one of the holes was either filled with some foam or being too shallow which made it very difficult to score. Probably will return but only because of kids.

We came here to play golf but we ended up playing more in the arcade. The arcade is small but has many fun games. There was a lot of people the day that we came so it’s a very popular place. I would definitely come again for a nice family day with the kids.

We went to Golden Tee Goldland to celebrate my daughters birthday. All the kids had a great time. They have two courses to choose from. They also have a small arcade area with prizes redemption. When you book a party you have two options to choose from. The price of the package includes pizza and drink for the kids. You have to order additional food for the adults. They also get a game card for the arcade. They have free parking.

This place was bananas, brother. I hit 18 holes and was pooped. Was about to hit the back 18 but my body was weak from the sunlight. I took a nap in the Golden Oriental and it was a fantastic. They offer a variety of sodas (but dont wait up for a diet fanta, because youll be very disappointed brother), and they have some nice pond water to cool off in.

Your kids are so bored during the COVID-19 pandemic. What can do you? Bring them to mini-golf! Reasonable prices and fun courses. Bring a hat and your water bottle, it gets really hot!

Low thrills old fashioned simple fun with no problems self distancing. The balls and clubs are cleaned and sanitized between users and the arcade is currently closed due to covid concerns. I will be back.

A fun family friendly location that is managed with a smile. The employees make the experience all the more enjoyable, kind friendly faces and even excitement that mirrors their customers. The course is challenging for young and old and makes great use of its space. The inside gaming area houses state of the art card technology for paying and receiving tickets and a plethora of enjoyable games of chance and skill. Truly a gem of Castro Valley.

You cant go wrong at the mini golf especially if youre local. Theyve really cleaned the bathrooms theyre spectacular especially since theyre outdoor. Children under 5 golf for free and the prices are very reasonable. I am looking forward to throwing my sons birthday there.

Very nice and pretty mini golf course that put Castro Valley on the map. Challenging yet fun holes. Monday night after 6pm is family night, so its a lot cheaper. I dont know how that works if your single, or a loner. Maybe borrow kids from your friends ?!?! Or go on a diffrent night so as not to be reminded that you are forever alone......in Castro Valley. The bad news doest stop.

Monday night is great for $5/person mini golf on a regular basis. Any other time is too expensive unless its a special occasion. Ive seen people bringing in receipts with coupons on the back. Not sure which grocery store they were from?

My favorite miniature golf spot not named Ghost Golf. Friendly customer service and hard-working employees. Very well-kept and clean. The Adventure Run side is far superior thanks to its many unforgiving obstacles and great scenery. I especially like the houses and gold mine. The nineteenth hole is a great way to conclude as well. The arcade is solid, but nothing too spectacular. Very pleasant location in Castro Valley as well. However, I do wish Golfland offered something out of the ordinary for mini golf, as do many other mini golf places. While the recently installed golf-ball machine is very neat, it feels unnecessary and even a bit tacky to be honest.

Love this place. Make sure you have about between an hour or 2 if you go with a bigger group. Because it gets awesome! Place has an arcade and tickets where you can redeem them for cool stuff for kids! And adults too(they have everything from bluetooth speakers to hot dog toasters.. yes. Hot dog toasters.

This is an awesome local place to get out with the friends or family (or both!) on a nice day, and do something fun together! The course has 2 sides, each having 18 holes. Youll have a blast trying to putt your way into, over, and around obstacles that are harder than you think! The place is impeccably maintained, folks are friendly and theres never a line to get started!

A good miniature golf, still holds up even though its older. 2 courses, lots of fun structures and operating obstacles. Easy parking. Didnt eat here, there are several places to eat nearby, I suggest Rudys donuts across the street

I am actually fairly discerning when it comes to mini golf and I can say that this place has great mini golf! Lots of fun challenges and structures, well maintained and the ball rolls consistently how you expect it to. Its only $14 for 36 holes, less for kids and less on weekdays. Theres also an arcade inside. My only complaint is that there is no snack bar. There is a basic vending machine though. Still--will definitely take a date here!

I played mini golf with my friends. I scored a 52 on enchanted journey. We saw some cool backpacks. I love mini golf. My friend from japan never gets to play. He used to love mini golf. I think he still loves it but sometimes he says he doesn’t. The hole with the bucket I think is the hardest hole. If you hit the metal below the bucket it will roll back and you have to hit again. Don’t score too many on this hole or you might lose. The par on each hole is 2 but we play where you can’t go over 8. I hope to play with my friends again soon. Thank you!

Always a great time. Been coming here since I was a child and it never fails to provide some good fun! The arcade has evolved through the years and is a great time for some continued competition.

Best mini golf course in the Bay Area. Holes are challenging, but not so much so that it makes it not fun. The greens are maintained well enough so that you never hit holes where something is broken. Arcade is small and underwhelming, but no one is coming here for the arcade. Hope they bring back the $10K mini golf tournament - which was always a blast.

Did the Adventure side; the courses were nicely maintained and clean. At night, the park is lit up and its quite pretty to play in.

Excellent miniature golf course. Most miniature golf places I have been to only have one course. This place has two courses. The courses are clean and well maintained. The upper course tends to be the favorite of most people but the lower course has some fun and challenging holes as well and should not be overlooked.

But its still funThey have a decent arcade, not a lot of room in there so it isnt huge, but very good nonetheless.My son has already had his birthday party here and it was lots of fun, helpful staff and everyone had fun.Good place for the family!

A fun place to go and challenge your son to a putting match

This place is a mini golfers dream. My group of friends and I played the Enchanted Journey side and had an amazing time! We found the course challenging but not overly difficult. I shot a 54 on 18 holes but had to take a couple mulligans for some of my initial shots rolling all the way back out of the hole. Definitely would recommend and am planning on going back to play the other side!

Went there with my boss and his little girl. They have 2 courses and a well. Maintained arcade. Had fun. Played the back 18 . Then played some games. A hard Days work starting with donuts at Rudys . Trying to keep up with a seven year old makes for a fun day.

Elevation changes, masterful props, great lighting all set a scene unseen by me before.A well curated but small arcade has something for most everyone. The air hockey table was especially fun and novel. While Im am of the opinion that nearly every arcade is highway robbery this one isnt as bad as some.Cons:No concessions, just a vending machine.No alcohol

Top notch mini golf. The layout this place is awesome. The holes on the more difficult course are just that, a little more difficult and creative. Would highly recommend going here if youre looking to kill an hour or so.

I use to come here as a boy. It is still in good shape. It has two courses. We took the less popular one closer to the road. It was fun and enjoyable. Pricing is competitive. Parking was okay. Family doing birthday party in glass enclosure in between both courses. Some video games inside. You can buy pizza. But this place has many memories for me as a child, teen, young adult and now as a senior citizen.

This place is AMAZING!!! My husband and I love mini-golf, and this is by far our favorite place! They have motes with a fake gator in one, and my husband landed his ball in the mote and I couldnt stop laughing. We had a great time, well definitely be back!

We like this amusement center. Good prices and nice staff. I am docking a star because some of the holes need a refresh, but I understand theres probably not a huge profit coming in on a place for kids to hang out so I overlook the little bit if wear and tear.

Overall, a solid experience. The carpeting seemed fairly new (I didnt see any noticeable rips or tears), all of the holes are functional, and the course presents a good challenge without being overly difficult. I played the course that is further away from Castro Valley Boulevard. My ball got stuck on one of the holes (stuck in a corner for one of those hole in one holes), and staff was really cool about it when I explained the situation (and gave me another ball without hesitation). Getting out of the parking lot and into the street after youre done can be a challenge if Castro Valley Boulevard is busy, but its manageable.

It would get more stars but the new ball machine is terrible! It basically didnt work. At some point you should just start handing out balls so people can play.
