Nice swimming area complete with lap pool and toddler area. Next door is a kids park and little further into the parking lot is a dog park. Free to the homeowners and their guests in Terrain who are in good standing with their HOA.

Too crowded. I dont know why they have reservations when they allow 250 people in for every time frame.

The HOA here costs almost as much as the meadows and yet our amenities are terrible in comparison! The pool is very bare, with not enough furniture, no snack bar or vending machines, they eliminated the lifeguard service to hire a pool monitor who enforces the new rules that are terrible! We have a hot tub that children under 10 cannot get into yet the pool is not warm enough to enjoy. There are no extras like slides or anything for the kids. It would be fine if the fees reflected the lack of amenities and lack of common grounds maintenance. They are building more houses and collecting more dues, when will they put the dues to work for the people who pay them?
