Took them a week to respond to my emails. Ive also called several times and left several messages. No one ever picks up the phone, and no one ever returned my phone calls. Will not support this company due to poor communication and disorganization. Will try another company.

My kid loves the program in school. He had so much fun join the program for a year now and he loves his coach. I’m sad that I have to take him out of program because the lack of communication and poor customer service they provide!I made the payment before season start, but I wasn’t sure if the payment go through since I didn’t get email confirmation like I used to received. So I emailed the company and they never reply . Two months later , (which my kid already attend three classes already ) they email me an invoice and told me if I don’t make the payment , they will take my child out of class . So I called them few times and left two voice mail and they never call me back . So I emailed them again to have them contact me and I never got reply! So I did not want to make that payment since I wasn’t happy about it . Then a month later , they send me invoice again ! I guess it’s ALL ABOUT MONEY to them !! I reply to them back and told them that they never respond my call or email and just care about money ! Keep sending me invoice and never address the situation! I want to communicate with them but they seem don’t care , and keep telling me to pay ! So I told them I didn’t make the payment and they made it clear that they won’t take my child to next class but they still take my child to the classes so they can MAKE me pay !! And told me my kid went to the season so I have to pay now !!! And at the last email , they reply “ As you have made it clear that you will not pay the invoice, we can end communication here.” That is so unprofessional ! We can end communication here ?? Wow Really?!! I made the payment because I don’t want to owe them money since they took my child in to class even thought they say they won’t take my child to the class !! It’s definitely poor customer service! And at the end , it’s all about money to them !! Never apologized about the situation !Unbelievable!

Absolutely the worst customer service. I paid for year round soccer shots in November 2018 and received a receipt for dates of January though November 2019, 44 total classes . When my son wasn’t included in the classes at his school when the season started in September I reached out to the director , who in turn tells me that there was a misunderstanding and that I needed to pay again since the classes were only through May. This makes no sense to me as a paid for a full year 44 classes , not the 20 classes that were given . When I provided the receipt the director and requested where the misunderstanding is the director just now ignores my emails . I’m not sure how this company takes your money and then doesn’t provide the service you paid for .

Great 3 to 5 year old program. Kids have fun while learning skills but arent thrown into competition right away. Very relaxed and age appropriate.
