Great experience. Very nice staff that took great care of us efficiently and with some wonderful smiles on too. Theater was clean and comfortable. Best time at the movies in a long time.

It was fantastic to see Raiders of the Lost Ark on big screen thanks for bringing old movies back to the theaters.

This cinema is a favorite of my family. We used to go to one across town before they added recliner seats. The seats are comfortable and large. Food and Drinks are expensive as always. But they have a nice selection for what you want. It is smoke free and has polite employees. My family always has a nice experience and I hope you do too.

Trash! The employees were rude! They didnt even say enjoy the movie!! And then in studio 9 they had garbage all over the floor, under the seats, and trash still in the cup holders!

I love this place. Only thing I didnt like was my chicken strip basket, 3 of the smallest chicken strips Ive ever seen and a hand full of fries for 11 buck. But the seating was amazing, and the bathrooms are clean. Love love love.

Definitely a 5-Star experience. We went and saw Alita: Battle Angel. Great movie. The seats are amazing in this theatre. They recline and they are leather. Great picture and audio on the movie as well. Definitely recommend this over any theatre.

Good theater, comfortable seating, usually fairly clean... BUT, Ive seen clogged, overflowing toilets go unfixed/uncleaned for the duration of an entire movie. Mentioned this to staff and they said yeah, we know and then walked in the opposite direction.

Its a great place and theres great service and snacks but there is a smell. Like Old Water, dampness, mildew and a musty moldy smell in the theaters and hall.

All of the Studio City movie theathers are very nice. i usually go to the Studio City Mesa West, but i went to a showing at Studio City East tonight. they have actually done some nice rennovations to their theaters and it was a nice and fun experience as usual.

Went to this beautiful new Theater. Its so new that it has the brand new smell to it. Love the new reserved seating theaters have now. Seats are plush and comfy. (Seen: A Star is Born)

I like the Mesa Theater. The reclining seats are nice. They make it a lot like watching a movie at home except its a big screen. There is also enough room that you dont have to mess with your seat or legs when someone wants past you. If you go on a Tuesday most of the movies are $6 even at night. Cooper shows and 3d shows cost more.

Always clean and its upgraded pretty nice inside

We decided to go out and skip dinner to grab the food from the theater. I chose pizza. They were out and so we substituted loaded cheesy tots. They were tater tots smothered in cheese, sour cream, bacon and chives! Sooooo good! I would not have ordered them normally but Im glad they were out of pizza. The chairs reclined and were a calming teal color. The nutty bavarian nuts were on sale. Buy 1 get 1 for a discounted price. We saw Us. And it was a great experience. Will definitely be back!

Comfortable reserved seats. Concessions are reasonable as far as movie theaters go. A lot cheaper than the theaters in the Las Vegas area.

Nice place to go watch a movie

Went to see Avengers End Game and they played a trailer with a spoiler in it. Spoiled the movie I was seeing as I sat down to watch it. Only reason I didnt give it one star was the fact that the theater is pretty nice.

Electric recliners, great audio (a little LOUD), large silver screen, decadently delicious popcorn. Heres a good example of why to watch movies in a Theater rather than stream at home.

I scheduled my daughters birthday party here; the manager went above and beyond to make a great experience. Personable, created a birthday table and decorated, provided and the drinks and goodies (including pixie sticks), roped off our seats. Wow, amazing! Thanks, we had a great time!

I like seeing movies here for the most part. Its good concessions, visual and audio quality, etc. Seats comfortable.Theres a couple of things I dont like though. One is the ridiculous way that the theaters are numbered. It just makes it hard to find the one you are looking for really. I would understand if it were some kind of way to advertise to people with posters in the hallway but the hallway is just a bunch of posters and stills from REALLY old movies. Like the dawn of film to the 50s movies. Its more like they are forcing you to celebrate the history of film? Maybe? I dont get it. Thats not TOO big a deal, really. Just an annoyance.What really gets me is how completely understaffed they are. I dont know if the management there is just an AWFUL boss or something but when I go there they seem to have like two people in the entire building. Maybe 3, and that third person is just darting between the register and cleaning the theaters, doing their best.Tonight was December 15th, and the date that The Last Jedi started being massively seen by audiences. I dont know if this theater had any early screenings or anything. Either way, the movie is huge and you would think that there would be more staff to handle tickets and food sales for it, not to mention all the other movies.The film could have been completely ruined for my husband and I, by a drunk man in the audience. He was very obviously drunk. We were like two rows away and could smell the alcohol. He kept talking during the movie, and had an open bottle of either whiskey or rum in the cup holder. He made the both of us nervous so my husband went to get an usher or something. Apparently he got the manager guy, who did......nothing.The manager came in, and stood by the entry way. Just stood there. I made sure to get his attention (quietly) and point to the drunk man. The manager nodded. And continued to do nothing. He stood there for like 10 minutes, and now there were just two people making us incredibly nervous. After that the manager left. After a while the drunk man left on his own too, leaving clothing behind, and spilling his alcohol, stinking up the theater. Thanks manager guy! You helped? (Thats sarcasm and obviously I dont give manager guy any of the credit.)So my husband missed part of the movie we have been waiting to see for years, we felt incredibly nervous, grossed out, and disappointed in management staff. The 3 stars is literally just because TLJ was really good.So yeah, go see it. Just, somewhere else.
