I live at Plainview and a nice brand new trailer but not the one on the picture
The park its self is very quiet & out of the way, yet right off the freeway so commuting is very easy. The dirt road coming into the park is much improved but not a joy to travel in the spring rainy season, as it is a potholed mess. A well made 4 wheel drive is highly recommended.Park has wide, paved roads & spacing between homes is quite nice. The negatives are yearly Christmas lot rent increases & no fences are allowed for tenants . If you were lucky to be grandfathered in, you could have a fenced lot, but thats no longer allowed.
Awesome customer service Donna is great found us a home the same day and they have in-house financing also show you the house the same day dont have to wait for a realtor to make an appointment they have houses from 10,000 to $50,000 and do in-house financing with large down great interest rates and great customer service Donna and the ladies in the office are amazing
Nice trailer park. Fairly well maintained
Parking lot is small and not paved. Otherwise very clean and easy in and out
Quiet living area
Its a bit plain.
Visiting friends that live in the park, seems like an okay neighborhood.
We couldnt find a public park, so we went to the playground here. There was cat poop in the gravel.
Great
It was a very run down looking area. Not a good way in because of the potholes covering the dirt road in.
A ton of rules
Hell of a ride
Not worth it
Management sucks here
