My boyfriend and I took the kids here to have some fun and enjoy some pizza. And Angelique honestly made our whole night. She was so awesome!!! She literally brought so much smiles and laughter to the kids. She helped out with tickets and tokens and made sure our kids had a good time. She was the sweetest. Ive have never met a peter piper pizza employee who went above and beyond like she did. As parents, we were so thankful for what she did. Angelique definitely deserves a raise.And I live all the way in peoria which is more than an hour drive but honestly her customer service makes me want to come back to this location again even tho I live 5 mins away from another peter piper pizza.

We brought our kids to celebrate for them doing great in school. So we ordered a lot of items and after an hour and several attempts to get our food all we got was the pizza and drinks. They kept forgetting to make the rest of our order. Pizza was ok but one of our kids wouldnt eat it. He was waiting on the items that never arrived. We got a refund on the missing items. We had planned to do a birthday party here but not now. Very disappointed. Probably wont ever come back.

Would have been great if our order was right and our pizza actually had cheese. We ordered bread sticks and got mozzarella sticks 9Which were disgusting) and the pizza was devoid of any trace of enough cheese. Only saving grace were the chicken wings were decent.

You know for it being a pizza joint it wasnt bad. Games were okay, the environment was very well maintained and the pizza was actually good. Peter had stepped up his game.

Last night at the casa grande location the staff wouldnt pick up the phone at 10:22 website was down and wouldnt take orders. Physically went into the store at 10:37 and they refused to take my order, operational hours states they were open till 11pm. I didnt think calling in almost 40 mins before closing was out of line to order a pizza but maybe I was wrong. The pizza is decent and the games are great for the kids but this store just doesnt have the right people working there.

Me and my family came here and we order our stuff then started playing games, the ganes wouldnt give us our tickets then we told the people who worked here and they wouldnt give us our tickets then it took two hours and some complaining before we got our pizza and they wasnt even busy. The food was good but thats the only thing good here. Wouldnt come again.

Its just good food pretty cheap an easy way to entertain an ware out lil ones for a while without emptying the bank

They got our order wrong and then the guy in the back made a face as I approached the counter with my receipt. The pizza was soggy and we waited longer than necessary for our wings and breadsticks. They had just been sitting on the counter and they got cold. They wouldve been there all night if I didnt go back up to ask for them. The manager on duty was very polite and professional and corrected my order immediately. When we did get our corrected pizza, it looked as if it was just thrown together carelessly. Most of the toppings were just glopped in one place. Just moved here to Casa Grande and we were excited that there was a PPP here but we were very disappointed with our first experience.

I work for a delivery service. I always regret picking up from this location...Why?1. Pick up take 20 minutes or more.2. Staff is slow and dont seem to care.3. The manager is rude and doesnt seem to care. I was waiting for an order and she loudly complained to her staff about phone orders and how she asked them twice but they didnt listen. Then complained about being there and couldnt wait for her days off. Made it very uncomfortable for me and another customer who was waiting for pickup also.

Visited for my daughters birthday party. Was an amazing time with the family. Games were limited due to covid-19 as well as seating. The staff is what made this entire visit the best experience. So helpful and caring they were all personable and tentative.

Consistently some of the worst customer service Ive ever encountered at any restaurant in the area. Ive interacted with much more friendly employees at Little Caesars, which is really saying something. Their website is also a dumpster fire; it is impossible to pay for your pizza online for easy pick up.

When my wife and I first walked in, completely dirty.. very unsanitary.. very shocked on how this location was.. fountain drinks ( absolutely horrible) had to ask for a refund because it was that bad. Pizza was full of grease and I couldn’t eat it.. such a shame..

Decent for kids parties. Poor for pizza. Noticed that kids are enjoying Peter piper less and less. They need to update their games and their style if they want to stay in business. Employees and staff do not seen to care all that much about their job, always seems dirty, or at least not particularly clean. Gross bathrooms.

Alway order delivery and have not yet had a bad experience. Order their special one medium pizza, one topping, 6 wings, and 2 sodas perfect for two people. Amazing sauce for both the pizza and the wings.

This Peter Piper was decent. The staff seemed was friendly enough, the food was good and we were notified promptly when it was done. There were quite a few games that were broken, eating tokens, and they werent marked as inoperative. It took 15 minutes waiting at the prize station to redeem our tickets as no one manned that station and they forgot that we were there after we told them we were waiting. Avoid.

We enjoyed our Birthday Party. Even though there was alot of people our service was great. All our food came at a timely manner. Our family and friends had a great time.

Im a doordash driver and I refuse to go here again. The first time I had a pick up here i was told it was a 10-15 min wait. After 20 mins I asked about the order. The lady informed me the pizza got burned and they were restarting. She gave me a drink on the house which I thought was nice. I didnt leave upset but after situations like this happening repeatedly its at the point that I feel the need to warn other doordahers. This last time I stood in line for 20 minutes just to have them tell me the ipad was off and they just now got the order. For delievery drivers time is money and this place is a waste of time.

I love Peter Piper Pizza. Good games, even better food, its one of my guilty pleasure. But its just a little too expensive at times. But when they have their deals its great.

After leaving my take home on the table along with 3 cupcakes that were given to my grandchildren,, by the way happy birthday Rowen! While playing games with my family,, the table was cleaned. All was thrown away. All that was left was my granddaughters jacket. I asked the casher what could be done. She immediately replaced the . And gave my grandchildren 3 ice creams. Thank you! Next time I will leave a note on the table we are still here when we go and play in the arcade.

This was the first time Ive had the buffet and I was surprised with how well they kept the pizza hot and fresh. Overall experience was very good.

Good food. They should have two registers open on Friday nights. Took a long time, more than 30 minutes, to place order and only order taker also had to take phone orders too. New York 3 cheese pizza was delicious.

Super slow service. Waited an hour for part of our order. Went to see what the hold up was. They never made it. Super bummed. Had brought our kids to celebrate doing great in school. Not sure if we will be back.

Casa Grande doesnt have many options so this comes in pretty high on my list for the area. Its no Chuck E Cheese but better than nothing.

We drove over an hour to get to my nieces 10 AM party. The sate of was the bathrooms...(shudders). I added photos for your viewing pleasure. Little kids cant reach the sinks and cant open the doors on their own. A good portion of the games are out of order. I didnt get a photo of the soda fountain but I would be surprised if the health department took issue with it. I mean come on people. For the money grab that happens here it could at least be clean in the morning. The food seemed fine but if what Im seeing is this bad then what isnt seen.

In short, employees are completely incompetent @ their job or they have defective ovens...first my order was wrong and secondly I received doughy pizza. I went back to get my refund and drove to Peter Piper Pizza in Chandler, AZ where everything was completely perfect!

Great wonderful Place to eat and play games. My girls love the Claw machine to win a spikey ball. Just wish the games didnt cost so many tokens and they only have one game there that has 1 token all other games are 2 or more. But other than that the facility is clean and well managed, I will definitely be going back so my kids can enjoy themselves! Buffet is wonderful from 11am-2pm and very cheap pricing for children and adults.. Just wished their time limit went farther into afternoon we usually get there around 1:30pm and that doesnt give enough time to do buffet some times. But the Pizza is always Yummy.!

Took my grandson here for a bite to eat, what a great place to bring young kids! He had fun playing all the games and riding the rides designed for little kids. The pizza was delicious and hot. It was fun watching other people celebrating their childrens birthdays. What a nice place for that. Their pizza tastes like cardboard. Little Cesars beats them by a mile. Place is for kids to play arcade games pretty much, their food is just plain garbage. Save yourself money and go somewhere else.

The games are cheap. The selection is good. Nonetheless, a few of the machines are down. Hopefully, they are back up soon. Moreover, I hope this doesnt drive up the price of the games.

Pizza was surprisingly tasty, games give tickets and staff was kind. They also sell beer, parents! We just wished the coin cup was rectangular to hold tickets too!

Oooo my, walked in and the entire establishment was filthy! Took a look at the large pepperoni pizza I ordered with only 8 pepperonis, I laughed and politely said Ill pass!

This peter Pizza is a little more Cozy. The Manager was absolutely great and accommodating. He worked with our party and our guest without hesitation. The game room area is a little small (think half of CEC). Personalty i found the Pizza much better than its competitors. if i had to criticize one thing would be the food Pick up. customer needs boxes or a better distribution way because caring a hot item with paper plates can be a disaster . For those who are wondering there is no Salad bar in this PPP. However you can order salad on the sides that were fresh. Over all if you are looking for a small group of friends or family i say this place is fine just a little cozy.

Got here at 1:02 pm. Was excited to have the buffet. Well there was no pasta, bread sticks, or desert pizza. Decided to try the salad. It was really good for the 4 bites that was there. Finally desert pizza came out at 1:42 and was gone within 3 people. Daughter had a great time playing the games.

Worse service ever. Pizza dough was raw and the wings we still frozen in the middle. We waited for an hour and a half and then food was not even cooked. We asked for our money back along with about 10 other customers that I know of.

Manager or rookie lost my receipt. Told it will take an hour to forty five minutes for my pizza to be ready,not even, tried to go back for my pizza my pizza wasnt even prcessed. Had to wait another forty five minutes for my pizza. Was not satisfied freaking had to wait.

Tables too crowded in. Barely any moving space. Pizza (all 4) was not cut completely thru. We had to tear off slices. Small cups are wayyy too expensive considering the size.

The customer service is horrible. The manager on duty was extremely rude there. They dont wear gloves when preparing the food. I would say dont waste your money. The pizza is way over priced and the games are junk.

Always a family friendly place to eat. Love the food. Only downfall is when they are busy business does not flow so smoothly. I eat there probably 2-3 times a month and I call ahead but am always put on hold for what seems like forever. My last visit they had only one register with multiple parties going on. I literally had to wait 20 min just to get change because none of the workers could break it for me.

They werent busy, but still forgot.The time before that, they put my pizza in a to-go box and then......... just waited. Didnt buzz my pager. So after some time passed, I go to the counter to figure out the situation and all they could say was Oops.I dont get greeted when entering. I dont get a, How can I help you. Just a long stare in the face waiting for me to say something. Its a long wait for food. I just wanted to play some games and we couldnt even do that.

Service was a joke, the person at register was talking to a girl sprawled over the counter and we waited about 5 min before someone else had noticed.Food was prepared in a timely manner, but was far less than satisfying. Usually PPP has great consistence in flavor, but this location was off. Couldnt quite figure out the difference.Restrooms were dirty and foul smelling, had to rush in and out just to wash our hands.Safe to say, I wont be visiting this location any time soon.

Our son loves to come here to play games and this is our go to in Casa Grande since its a convenient location. Everything is clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful!My only wish is that this location would be larger. The game area is on the small side and its usually pretty full. To be fair, the last time we visited it was a Saturday evening when there were a lot of birthday parties. The employees were doing their best to keep up with everyone but it was a madhouse and the game area was VERY full. We had to side step to get around people.

Nice place to go for a quick meal and a few games. Kids will like the games. There are tickets disbursed as they play the game. The tickets can be turned in for prizes. There is more than pizza to choose from also. You may select wings, salad or dessert such as; ice cream. They provide napkins, plastic ware and paper plates. As many as u need. You may choose from red pepper or parmesan cheese as extra flavor. Shakers are available at the counter. Theres free refills on drinks also.

Very small arcade, large seating area that where we had to buss our own tables and the bathrooms were horrible. The over worst of our experience was that we waited over an hour for our two large pizzas as we watched others who ordered after us receive their food. When I went to talk to a manager the staff said he was outside on a personal call and would come talk to us when he was free... He became free and never came over to talk to us. Overall, this was the worst pizza experience by far and we will happily drive the 45 min to Chuck E Cheese or FatCats rather than come back to this establishment.

Love Papa Johns, Dominoes, and Pizza Hut. Peter Piper is my absolute favorite I dont care who says it tastes like cardboard Lolz. Funny how everyone has these 2 3 topping pies for 5.99-7.99 and the cheapest you can get Peter Piper is 2 for $25. Totally reversed from the 80s. PP still pops off and is the best in my book!

Like the new remodel but a lot of games didnt work but the staff was very nice and apologetic, they were aware and had someone looking into it- and gave us a refund.

A lot of the games eat tokens and dont work. Its very expensive for the tokens so for a lot of the machines to be down is very disappointing. Also there isnt very many games to start with!

Went around 12pm easy to order. But since it was around the lunch buffet . Our pizza took as long as if we ordered it from home . They were more concerned about getting the buffet filled then making one pizza for one family. I would suggest people of your not going for the buffet between 11-2. Wait til after 2pm to order any pizza or other stuff. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Brought my kids here on an obvious busy Saturday afternoon. I knew it would be busy however, I see an issue with staff/management to allow reserving EVERY single table (excluding booths) for birthday parties. Did staff/management think nobody else would want to dine in?! Understanding it was busy I didn’t say anything when it took 1hr+ for our food to be ready but upon receiving our wings they were ridiculously cold. Not only on the outside but the inside was room temperature. I asked to have them remade. The staff agreed to do so however another 1hr goes by and still no wings. My money was refunded for the wings only however the entire dining experience was unpleasant.

Nobody wear gloves there while making food. I watched and tomed on my phone not a single person washed their hands properly within a 40 min time frame. Pretty GROSS sight to see when theyre always touching their phones and their hand held ipad device .Half the games dont work most of the time. I hit 1000 tickets on the spinning machine and it didnt pay out. Cause there was no tickets in the machine. Told the associate working about it all they did was give me two tokens . Pretty ridiculous. Felt jipped.

Had a party for our son and the staff was so helpful and had awesome group deals. Our guests ran late and they were happy to accommodate to our needs even though they had other parties arriving. We will defiantly have to do another party with them thank you Peter piper you have amazing staff

They run out of salad or macaroni dishes early in noon hour and dont replace. And not enough pizza varieties. Mainly pepperoni.

I had my daughters birthday party here. They were very attentive and tried to find me the best, cheapest deals for pizza since i had a party of about 20 people! I wish i could remember the girls name who helped us cause she was very pleasant! Thanks for making my daughters 5th party a very great memory!!
