Horrible customer service. I’ve been having issues with a ruger 10/22 I bought. I called and spoke to one of the gunsmiths that they have. They told me to bring it in so they can look at it. I went to the store and the guys working the front desk wouldn’t let me talk to one of them. He just told me to take my gun apart again and find out what pieces are missing order them then bring it in. Will never go back here again. Customer service has gotten worse ever since they moved.

Best firearm shop I’ve visited in AZ by far. Best prices (pistol I bought with multiple accessories was still cheaper than just the base firearm at the pawn shop), best people who are very knowledgeable, and service you can’t get from online retailers. Would rate 10/10 if I could. Shop here and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

I was in this store recently and had the best service. The sales people are helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very at home. I was able, with the help of Dan, to pick out the right gun for me. I hope to take the course as soon as I am able.This comment is in response to Karen W.; I was there the day one of the employees picked up the used tissue that was thrown from the window of a car right in front of the store. I saw her open the window a little and toss it out. If he hadnt gone out to pick it up and ask her not to do that, I would have. He was being a responsible citizen. I cannot say the same for the woman who littered.

Love the new location and store! This location couldnt be more perfect and convenient for anyone in Casa Grande or traveling down the I-10 between Phoenix and Tucson you can just jump off the freeway and youre there. The staff is super friendly and the most knowledgeable that youll come across in the business. Lots to choose from and pricing is reasonable! Stop by and check it out! You wont be disappointed!

Ive read some of the reviews and have to say this place seems great to me. The staff seemed knowable and friendly. I havent bought a weapon in Ive 25 years, but will be in the near future, and probably here. As far as there pricing, I have no idea how they compare but seemed fair to me.

Definitely get treated differently than most people when I walk in maybe it’s because of the tattoos don’t want to attribute it to the color of my skin the only reason I’m giving this place a Five star is Chris Andrews he really is a true American does not judge people by the content of their skin and every time I go in there he’s an amazing guy to work with I will keep going no matter how much they look at me funny and or follow me around the store thanks to Chris

This place should have ZERO stars but unfortunately thats not a choice!!! My husband and father went in to look at guns and ammo and my mom and I sat in the car waiting. My elderly mom opened her door to adjust seatbelt and a tissue fell onto the ground. Two male employees in black shirts had the audacity to walk outside and pick up the tissue and knock on our personal vehicle telling her that this is littering!! The nerve!! Why support these local jerks!!!??? Its worth driving 15 minutes up to the valley and pay more. At least you will be respected! Not to mention their prices are way higher than anywhere else!

Called ahead 3 times during my hour and a half drive to verify they had a holster in stock, each time it was verified to be there. When I showed up, I was informed that they dont, nor have ever, had it. Then was essentially told oops, oh well, sorry. At least give a guy a sticker or something...

If I could, I would give them a 10/5 rating. I had no idea what type of personal protection would be right for me. Vanessa narrowed that down very quickly. I took the CCW course with them. VERY professional and extremely informed. At the range their team went above and beyond to teach and facilitate use. Dan the Owner and Dan the teacher, Adam, Chris, Vanessa, Deb are tops and know what they are doing. The entire team is A1 and are absolute professionals. Thank you all for the extremely positive experience.

Changed their hours due to covid, but didnt really try to make anyone aware of that. Their main page online mentions their old new hours but you have to navigate to the contact tab to see the actual updated hours. This new location is not convenient at all and located on the outskirts of town, so it felt like a waste of time considering i sleep during the day. Im sure they have a good selection of firearms and accessories though but the communication needs improvement. Thought i would give a local business a try before going online but it looks like ill have to go with online once again.

The salesman at this shop is so rude, insulting and condescending!!! Even his tone of voice was extremely rude and arrogant. Very big turn off!I would never return to this store.

Not suitable for senior citizen ladies! My wife left the class in tears feeling harrassed, intimidated and humiliated. She understandably was removed from the class for `unsafe acts`, safety is number one, no question. The instructor noted her anxiety, stress and apprehension and said they `had seen it all` and would adapt to any situation. Instead, they treated my wife with NO flexibility, empathy or patience.I went to the store the following week to discuss the unsatisfactory class experience with the owner. I explained to him how the ladies near me in class who also had little or no experience with guns were afforded ten minutes of patient, respectful attention by a different instructor and did fine in the class. The owner grew agitated, began to yell at me and refused a refund or ANY remedy.After asking the owner several times to not yell at me, I concluded the conversation was at an end and turned to leave, saying we would agree to disagree. When I was within ten feet of the door, the owner yelled one last time that I was `permanently banned from the store` and if I came back he would have me arrested! Wow, I was in the retail industry for 40 years....never was a part of anything like that....

I went to the on sight training school recently and it was amazing. If you think you know all about guns and safety of guns your are wrong. There is so much to learn. You can learn something new everyday. Dan the owner and his staff are exceptional in their knowledge. They will work one on one with you. If anyone is thinking about getting a CCW I recommend this school

I have never been to this gun shop before and was finally able to go. I was just walking around and seeing what they had to offer. I did not think that i was going to be there for over a hour having a great conversation with one of the co-workers there. He was very pilot and extremely helpful with all questions I asked. I highly recommend this place hands down. They have some of the best prices for guns I have seen for a long time. And great customer service. Keep up the great work

I can only add to what the others have said. Dan is both fair and honest. They will do what ever it takes to make you happy. I would recommend this shop to any one looking for guns and/or accessories. Especially new shooters should go here as the staff will really assesses your needs and not try to sell you something that is not right for. I also think that this is without a doubt the best gun store in Casa Grande, and one of the best in the state.

Dan and his wife Dee along with the rest of the crew are very knowledgeable people. I wont buy a firearm from anywhere else and I always try to go there for parts. These guys kick ass I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out

They advertise a shooting range which they never had and they are a bit on the pricey side.

Very happy..they worked with me to find a gun that would work for my arthritic hands. We have used them for everything gun and ammo , will continue to use them. They are all very knowledgeable and are happy to work with you for the right fit. Cant say enough about them.

Was there 2 days in a row . Ist day to buy a couple of speed loaders 4 a revolver, they would not work because of the grip on my gun. Went back the 2nd day to rectify this , got some speed strip loaders and a fashlight in exchange 4 my prior purchase ! Nice folks Ill be back.

I have had several great transactions at this gun shop. In my opinion its the only REAL gun shop we have in Casa Grande. When the shop first opened it was incredibly small and there i thought it would remain. The shops inventory years later is much larger and the prices have not grown to match the inventory which seems like a very honest couple owning this place; since they really are the only game in town for large inventory firearms related items.HK mags are cheaper here than Caswells in Mesa.Laser sighted my new scope i purchased.If nothing else self defense ammo is always availableFirearms prices are incredibly modest comparatively
