Awesome hobby store... I like the deals on the plain colored T-Shirts... 3 for 9.99... Its a great deal as oppose to other stores who sell theirs for 5.99 each... They have a wide variety of colors to choose from and theyre really comfortable...

The store is a real crackerjack place to go. They have a lot of great things to purchase for arts and crafts. Ive bought pens, pencils, markers, brushes and sketch pads. They also have various canvases too. And right now the Halloween items they have are cool beans. They have supplies for just about any type of arts and crafts. And also decorations as well.

It would be nice if this store location had the items that are on sale. Been checking for an item that’s on sale. I go to order for curbside pickup, nothing of that item restocked all week long. Tells me to select another store and the next store is an hour away. Not fair for people who don’t drive or has to make plans for a ride to get items. If this Michael’s is going to participate in your sales, shouldn’t they have plenty of those items on hand? I’m not going to order on line, it costs too much and I’m not going to buy $50 worth of items to meet the free delivery. Sorry, but I feel corporate needs to know and you all need to fix it!

The posterboards ordered online where nowhere near clear/transparent as described, and now I cant return them due to the virus. Thats great, good teamwork all around you guysss.

Michaels is always a fun place to go. Theyre a little pricey when things arent on sale but theres always a coupon of some sort available.Friendly, knowledgeable staff too.

I love art and creating things. This is my go to place for almost everything i need to satisfy my inner artist! Staff is friendly and most of them pretty knowledgeable about where things are located in the store. Great coupons everytime I shop help me save money or allow me that extra room to get one extra.

Always someone is there to help or ask questions. Clean and organized.

Just fair warning I would not recommend this store for framing at all this store subcontracts are framing out with a company I had artwork to be framed and the framer was in and out and when I finally got in touch with her it was two weeks later then I get there she goes on lunch break then I go to go get it picked up and the framers made it right im a pleased customer thx to aaron brothers

I usually like Michaels they usually have lots of things for me to buy. Ut this location is the worst. The merchandise is broke and on shelves for full price and I would be careful buying any of the candy by the registers they all look like kids have poked them and played with them. And this is even one of the dirtest locations I have been in.

Great place and helpful staff. May lack a few things that most of the bigger stores have but they are always willing to help find or suggest something to help.

This is a smaller store. We did like the fact that there was only 3 shoppers! Not very clean...a little messy.

Employees are rude and always distracted on their phones or conversations with other employees. Called to ask questions about a sale they had going on was told the item I was looking for was on sale to arrive and be told that wasn’t true . Asked for a manager and was told they didn’t have one their at the moment .

Asked if they had a couple things a male employee said Yah over there. No aisle number just over there. No name tag either. Another Female didnt see her name tag she jumped right in to help.

Goo place to shop, good steps taken to pretect from covid.

I like Michaels but the store has an overbearing smell of pine cones. Which makes me sick every time I visit the store.

I love Michaels! I go there for all my arts and craft projects. They have good prices and better with the amazing deals they give. Even if your not a rewards member, they give awesome discounts on their receipts as well.

Great place! Many times I needed something and I know that I can find it at Michaels. I wanted the mason jars for drinking my tea during the summer. I go and check Michaels which had them with the choice of the handled ones. I wanted a bread machine, the others store didnt have and I did not want to travel out of town. Michaels had bread machine there, I compare them. Only at Michaels!

Lots of great options, however only some coupons apply to certain items. Such as the books, coupons never apply to them. But overall; prices, customer service and options are amazing! Their seasonal selections are always great and reasonably priced for great quality.

I love to paint and for a starting artist its the perfect stop shop!

Very helpful young man assisted me with an on line school project for preschoolers. Numbers letters posters ect. His customer skills were amazing, check out was quick and easy. I will definitely return to this location

The prices arent quite as good as online, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. Plus, I found some items for other projects I wasnt even thinking about at the time. So, being able to look at all the inventory is still pretty useful.

Depending upon what you are looking for this store could be great. If you are looking for holiday decorations you can get lucky here. I came in for a few different crafts looking for paint and pens and ended up going somewhere else.

I found very interesting stickers for mailing to my 5 year old nephew and 24 year old nephew. The store was very clean and organized and well stocked. It was difficult to find any staff besides the registers. This is such a great store with a huge assortment of artificial flowers, paints, papers, frames and all varieties of decorative items. This is a fun and easy place to find gifts for loved ones.

I can usually find what I want. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Go to place locally for all of my crafting needs and the occasional home decor. Love michales!

I love this place. I went in to shop for the holidays, my brothers are very artistic. The staff was so helpful and the manager allowed me to use digital coupon with no issues.

I love Michaels but this store seemed small and kind of cramped. It was Hot inside the store even though it was evening. I dont think the a/c was working well or at all. I saw 3 employees, one of which followed me and my daughter around the entire time. Wed go down an aisle and there shed be. Turn the corner-there she is. But she never talked or asked if we needed help finding anything (Which we did) but we decided to just leave and try a different Michaels on another day. Not the best or friendliest Michaels Ive ever been to, thats for sure!

Not as much art and crafts things there. I expected at least them to carry gel pens. A little disappointed in this one.

I found what I wanted. The staff was very helpful.

I went in to try and get a frame for a concert poster I had but nothing fit it. So when I thought I was out of luck on of the managers helped me with doing a custom frame. Mark was so helpful and if you need help with anything I highly recommend asking for his help.

Really cool art store but everything is admittedly overpriced. It is a very cool place to go and walk around though and see what they have but is somebody who buys art supplies regularly I cant really recommend Michael all that much simply because as I stated before it is overpriced Id like to be able to walk in one day and buy more than just a pain or more than just a Sketchbook I appreciate that their products arent cheap $1 store quality but I dont really appreciate that Im giving up $5 for a single pen it would be really cool in the future to see them have more bundle deals on art supplies rather than going in there and spending $15 on a few pens I would expect to spend $15 on something actually worth $15

This is a smaller store than the big city Michaels. There is less merchandise and inventory. Management and customer service is 10 out of 10 fabulous. Use a coupon for the best deal.

The store is clean, however the stock is somewhat low and disappointing. I am also disappointed in their pricing at all Michaels stores. Prices are set so when there is a sale the sales price is what the product should be at from the get go, and then put it on sale. I do not know why corporations think the customer are too stupid to not realise this.

I have grandchildren and we go here for our special projects right now its rock painting so we purchased paint brushes and a paint kit it w az shes of with soap and water..perfect
