We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door We had coupons which were honored and made for a great Sunday afternoon family day well spent on a budget. Because of COVID several of the games were shut down which we understood and respected and it did not take away from the fun that our family was able to have while in the building.Great fun!

Let it be known that I didnt have high expectations for D&B to begin with. But I did leave room for myself to be taken by surprise or at least to be mildly entertained. Service was mediocre at best, youll end up spending most of your time waiting to actually be served if you were to dine. Keep in mind that this is post covid, so there is really no excuse lackluster service. We even had to wait 15 mins just to get drinks at the bar and it was barely anyone there to be served. The Arcade was mostly your typical platform of games you could play on your phone for free. As for the food, there is nothing to write home about however, the fire grilled salmon was good enough for me to give the rating 2 stars. Overall this place is nothing more than a forgotten memory and youre better off going to Frankies.

I was excited to hear they opened again!!!! Went November 11th afternoon 4pm. Disappointed with the cleanliness and the amount of games opened.Not worth the full price. Thankfully it was half off games. Won’t be back until covid is gone.

Want to crowded, service want top notch but still pretty good, food was awesome and inspired, with a lot of creative dishes.

Playing DURING COVID. I didnt know how they would handle COVID AND PEOPLE. AND EVENTHOUGH i went here i still dont know if it was good enough. I say 50 people was in here this day. It was my first time taking my cousin and he enjoyed hisself but im still wondering if they couldve cleaned after each person touched a game. Hand sanitizer is through the place but is that enough????

This place is very family friendly. They have a great selection of entertainment and food. The food and the service was great. I even got a discount for being a first responder!

We love Dave and Busters but this last time we where there it took forever for the bartenders to take a order and make a drink. Also some of the games need to be fixed. Takes for ever to even find someone to help you.

Slow service, but still very kind and gracious. They just gave us a chicken alfredo to apologise for mixing it up with a chicken avocado wrap. Theyre sweet, Im sure theyre just understaffed. Well come back all the time!

Love this place! Very fond memories with the kiddos! Theyre tearing out down though . Only 4 stars though since the food is ridiculously priced (but tasty) and the service is meh on a good day. Its also obnoxiously loud, but if you know Blips n Chitz then you know what Im talkin bout. 4 stars though cause half price Wednesday is baller! Half price games and adult beverages (not a drinker though). All in all go on Wednesday for a long as you can.

Dave and Busters in Cary was wonderful for my sons birthday party. They were courteous and friendly. The best part, though, was the party hostess named Liz. I was miserable with a cold and Liz heard it in my voice. She immediately went and made me a hot lemon and honey drink, without me asking, brought it back and made sure I wasnt allergic to citrus or honey. She said her family uses this when sick. It was magical. Thanks to Liz I was able to talk, felt better, and was able to really enjoy my sons birthday party. And, yes, my son had a blast! I definitely recommend them as a party venue.

Service was awful I have never experienced such poor service in any establishment. Orders were cold, corrected orders were poor and no friendly responses. I would not recommend this establishment for food service

Great prices! Lots of games! Clean and updated arcade. Food was also excellent and reasonably priced!!

Not a lot of positive things to say about this place and it falls far behind other Dave & Busters I have visited. The food is ok. The service is consistently terrible. It takes forever. It is always dirty. For the money you spend, they should do a lot better. The game area is fun and as expected. It is nice they have a lot of TVs, but in general this location is just a bad representation of the brand.

Amazing games and atmosphere- not to crowded together. I come all the time with friends or family.Ive started only using the gaming side though because they hands down have the WORST bar staff Ive ever come across. Like, consistently bad. If you can even get someone to acknowledge you- the rest of your interaction is sure to be snarky and uncomfortable. But like I said, I love the games so Ill keep coming back! Just avoid the bar.

The kids always love Dave & Busters for the games, but their food and bar are pretty solid, too. On this visit we sat at the bar. Liz was our bartender. She was very nice, but she didnt come by to check on us; I had to keep calling out to her to get her attention when we needed to order food, needed a drink, etc.

We came to this location on a busy day. Everyone was very friendly even though they were all running around. I ordered a Dangerous waters. It came out pretty quick. After reading some of the reviews, I though it would take a while but I was pleasantly surprised. We got the play and eat combo thing with the fire salmon and the nachos which were amazing. Food actually came out super quick as well. I know where Ill be spending my next few days while Im in town.

Nice place for family. Adults can relax and kids can have fun. Nice selection of foods. Need to hire more staffs, waiting time for food and to be sever was too long.

Dave and Busters is alot of fun for the family with the arcade that has so many games. They also have a pretty good food and drink selection.

After 30 minutes i had to get up and ask to place order 20 minutes later got my drink. About the same experience to cash out. Seemed like we were not a thought on any employees mind as if we were there to just look and not guests.

First time visit, very impressed. Great atmosphere for the kids, plenty of games to keep them busy for hours. Had a large group, wound up staying much longer than planned. Ordered dinner, although the portions were small the food was excellent! Surprised me. After it was over, we spent nearly 5 hours there, meal, games etc. was less than $200. Very budget friendly when ordering a package deal. Highly recommended, well worth the trip. Definitely plan on returning soon. Thank You to the staff for such a wonderful experience!

Expensive. But fun. However when dining, dont expect to be too much of a priority unless you are in a large crowd such as a party. Friendly staff but slightly unorganized. Understandably things happen but quite a few faulty games. Admittedly the place is very busy, especially since being located in a mall.... but a certain popular game was only working for maybe 2 hours of the day and we had to be refunded when no one had mention it was needing repairs. I drove over an hour to be there. Not too disappointed, just slightly bummed. Great place. Expensive. But fun.

The lady that helped us was nice and did a good job. But the food was not very good. Over priced for what you are getting. The place needs to be cleaned up a little bit. The bathrooms are all the way in the back of the store and are not very well kept up on. The games are more expensive every time we go.

Drove 2 hours just to go an eat. There was only a couple people there. Took almost an hour to get our food. The appetizer came out with the food, instead of before. The fries were could. I was missing part of my order. Our waitress never came back to ask about the food. We had to ask the other staff just to get refills and dipping sauce. Usually have good service there but this was just awful.

This bartender that works there, light skin, about 511 maybe 6ft., long black hair... Really nice and is a good bartender. I woukd recommend anyone that goes to save and busters to allow her to make your drinks. Very humble woman and has a great personality.

My daughter had a great time for her birthday. Good food and lots of games .The young lady that was our server was awesome. She gave us great service and tips on what was good . Im sorry I cant remember her name but she had braided long hair .

Hostess not very kind they treat people different! Judge them for how they look is not very cool!!! waitresses are very nice and respectful and omg food was delicious! Kids had a blast!!!

We went for my Dads birthday. Four orders of food came out, 8 minutes later 4 more and then my Dads order of fries came out another 5 minutes later and the staff knew it was birthday. Dont bother planning on refills because the staff go into hiding. Kids love the games, order drinks at the bar but dont come for food.

The drinks at the bar were delicious and very original. Food wise, however it wasnt that great. Also, they should work on their organization and customer service.

Had the coolest server! She was foreign (not sure if the dialect) and very pretty. She took such great care of our family! We had a great time and a lot of fun...I mean, it’s arcade, right! How can you NOT have fun :)

The front desk staff left something to be desired in their customer service. However, our waitress, Rebecca, was absolutely amazing. The front desk threatened a one and a half hour wait for the table, and she literally had us seated within four minutes. She did any and everything we needed! We even called the manager over to tell him what a great job she had done. The place was absolutely packed and chaotic, but it was a lot of fun.

I was really happy taking my family to this place, not anymore. It is fun and the food WAS great. We went again on Valentines day 2020. The burgers were burned, the bread tasted like foam and it was cold. They took a long long looooong time to bring the food. The kids used to like the food there too, but it was so unattractive they didnt eat it. They would eat cardboard if they could and didnt touch this food. It is very disappointing, we really liked this place.

Most definitely not what I expected. Purchased an all day game pass from Groupon and was ready to leave within the first 2 hours. The games were a hit which was obvious but the service was horrible. The chairs were crumby, the menus were sticky, the food was cold, the drinks were mediocre and the servers could care less about anything but bringing us the check. P.S. Big shout-out to James because he took 6 entree orders including drinks and special request without writing anything down and got it right when our food came out and checks were printed. Unfortunately thats where his praise stops cause he sat in the corner on his phone and chatted with friends hanging on the end of the bar instead of bringing us napkins or refilling drinks. All in all if a clean dining area and trained waitresses were included this place could be a hit. Ill try another location one day but this one gets a thumbs down.

Saturday afternoon trying to get a table here while the kids play. 15+ tables not cleaned off. Only one bus boy for the whole restaurant. Tried to go find someone to help but no luck. Cleaned off our own table and sat down at least. If I could give zero stars I would. Hate D&B, be glad when the kids outgrow it.

Love the deals and food menu. Great games and interactive VR. The games cost per game is quite high compared to other locations it seems. Otherwise great choice for parties, business events, and casual drinks at the bar.

I love taking my two teenage kids to Dave N Buster’s, especially on Wednesdays when all games are half priced along with all hard liquor! Big shout out to the Bartender “Big Daddy”. She is one of the best bartenders in the area. This time around, I ate ate D & B’s. I was very surprised at how good the food was and the great variety the menu had to offer. I got the chicken lettuce wraps and they were great!

Used a groupon, $20 for two power cards with 110 play chips each. When I arrived at D&B to use the Groupon, the power cards actually had 160 play chips on each. All the games were well maintained. Great selection of different types of games. I felt like it was a good value for a couple hours of entertainment.

Overall, the atmosphere is fine but what blows my mind is that the entire dining area is pretty empty yet we’ve waited two hours to get a table and continue to wait for twenty mins to receive our waters and we’ve asked for four waters, the waiter brought us three. Will review food in a bit if we’ve decided to eat here. I’m just highly disappointed because I’ve been to the Hawaii and Jacksonville Florida location which is more populated than this location however they’ve failed to serve their customers

My kids love the video games. Everything else is pretty good. Place is crazy busy on Saturday night, 2 hour wait to sit down and eat. Food isnt great and a bit expensive.

Waited 40+ minutes for appetizer (nachos); ordered snowball drink with alcohol, however was out of the fun stuff to make it, no alcohol in it, and when we sent it back, the African American manager with the beard saw the returned drink, picked it up and placed it on the service well and told the bartender to RESELL it! WTF? Health code violation anyone? And throughout all this, 5 different mgrs walked by our table, NOT ONE stopped by and spoke to us! I was able to speak with a very friendly & helpful African American bald bartender who did remove the drink from being resold.Yall need some work.

Me and my coworkers were there on Thursday for the unlimited wings and play combo and had the worst experience. It took several minutes for waters , food refills and placing orders for drink .the waiter seemed overwhelmed and agitated .If the place was busy I could probably excuse the service but it was a light crowd . The manger was rude and the general manager nonchalantly brushed our concerns aside when brought our lack of customer service to their attention . I’m in no way trying to make this racial but there was another group behind us , that got there at the same exact time as we did , about the same amount of people and they were treated the exact opposite of us . I don’t ever plan to come back .you would think with all of the stores closing in that mall they would be much more courteous and a lot more pleasant .

My experience at Dave and Busters depends on the day you go. If you go on the weekend it takes longer for you to be served. I waited about 45 min for food and drinks but when I got the food the presentation was nice. Our waiter did the best he could the staff talked about being tired and burnt out. Overall it’s great for the kids.

This is a place Ive been going to for over 2 years and I enjoy going every time. The staff is very nice, food is delicious with a good variety, and food is served quickly. The arcade has different games for everyone. The main game i play is Pump It Up. 5 stars every time!Edit 2 years later!Ive still been going to Dave and Busters and its my favorite arcade. Dolly, Donald, Danny, and the rest of the staff are awesome! The menu gets updated frequently, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I always have a good time here. I highly recommend people of all ages to come here, have dinner, get a drink, and have fun!

The worst experience ever. I have been to several Dave and Busters and the one here in Cary, NC is horrible. I came at 10 pm the hostess said it would be an hour and a half wait. My and I played games until the hour and a half was up. I went back to the hostess to see how much longer is the wait time and she tells me eleven tables ahead. I wait another 30 mins its now 12am no names are being called to be seated. The hostess is gone and my family and I never got seated. We ended up leaving at 1 am. We came out to have a good time but never got seated or told that they were not going to seat anymore people. It was a waste of time and disappointing. I will never go back to this location again.

The waitress was the best of that dining experience. The wait time was excessive for a table. Then it took over an hour to get our food and about half the dishes were incorrect. One was avocado toast with no avocados the kitchen did not tell them they ran out and still tried to serve the dish.

Dave and Busters is always fun but the food service is always a issue. The wait is just wayyyy too long and the food quality is an after thought. Ill just go for the games and drinks from now on.

This place is so awesome the family and I always go at least 3 times a month super fun place to hang out. They are always showing sports so if your trying to watch a certain sport youll find a tv to see it on here. The games are so fun there is so many to choose from so youre never really waiting to play anything. The prizes are a great add on and the big ones keep you coming and playing more. The food is just spectacular and yummy never ever had a complaint or sent anything back has always tasted amazing.

Staff seemed overwhelmed for party of 12 even though more than half the seats were empty. Service was dreadfully slow. Server was not attentive. Even had to refill my drink at the server stand myself. Food was not hot (hardly even warm) when it came out and food did not come out together. Some of our party was halfway through before others got theirs. The only reason I stayed was it was a group event. I would not come back here on my own.

We went here for my sons bday which was on a Thursday. They have this great package $20 all u can eat hot wings and blue games. They are a little confused on which games r free but otherwise we had a great time.

Great arcade style hangout. They have an assortment of games from shooting games like house of the dead to halo to driving games like Mario cart and a batman game. They also have a vr game there. Food there is not bad. Its pretty good. They also have a bar.

As a Type1 Diabetic my blood sugar level dropped last night but the staff behind the bar was more than happy to help. They gave me a cup of apple juice. It was exactly what I needed to raise my blood sugar level and feel ok. It was a really busy night but they still helped out tremendously, thank you!

We went on a Wednesday night during winter and almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. . The later it got more people came but when its cold out and you are wanting to do something fun, we had a great time!!!

I would give zero stars if I could, my son wanted to come here for his birthday, never again. Not only did we wait 2 hours for some of the food, it came out wrong. Half the food never came out or was even ordered. The managers avoided us and told my husband that he “didn’t want to speak with us” . I had to personally find another manager to get to handle the situation, just to be given a bill for food that was never eaten or came out. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, there were multiple tables empty. Had to go eat somewhere else.Edit : not to mention the wonderful attitude the manager had because she had to deal with us

Go here occasionally with the kids to let out some energy, enjoy some games, or watch the game with hubby (green bay). The service at the bar is just OKAY, it definitely could be better, quicker, and cleaner. However Id prefer to just play games at this joint and head on out, if were not eating on the dining area side.

Games are great food okay service horrible! The greeter didnt care very dismissive of any request or question. Wait staff did ask but couldnt keep things in order with a split big party, shouldve use to it this is Dave and Busters. Food was okay cold but eatable the only plus was the games and game play. Store room for prizes was pretty bare maybe because this location in Cary NC maybe closing but man was nothing like what I was use to in Michigan

Had an amazing time here. Came in for my daughters birthday and she had a blast. All my friends and family had a great time as well. Our waiter Robert was a awesome. He was attentive and friendly and did not miss a beat. Service was quick and the food was delicious. The other staff at the front end and manager was also on their A game, a warm greeting and quick to help and a check up. Thanks for the great memories.

The quality of the food has changed over the past year and we were not pleased with what we ordered. We had the philly cheese which used to be very good. It is now very dry and we also had a pasta dish that was not the best. Kids loved the games as usual.

Employees are friendly and helpful. They have a nice mix of arcade and ticket games and staff does a good job keeping them working. Food is ok. Stretch out that money with 1/2 games on Wednesday or Mon-Fri power hour from 4:30-7:30.

Great place to hang out and play games and kill some time. Weather you are a kid or adult.

Food was ok, expensive but eatable... the wait staff was nice but way over worked. Too many tables for one person. At least 1/4 of all the games here were broke. So what seems like a good deal, doesnt work out to be when you are sharing your kids Birthday with 200 other people and only having 3/4 of the games to play.

Im giving this store two stars this week because of the way we were treated. After walking in on Sunday the 9th 2020. Two staff was at the door. We werent greet one staff had her back to use just taking with the co-worker. I had my 82 year old mother with me. We ask them are you finish now and can we get a seat after being seated at 6:20 p.m. no one came by to acknowledge or to take our drinks until I ask for the manager at 6:45 thats not good.

Pretty fun place to take the family we had my sons birthday party here. The apps and drinks were pretty good their bistro shrimp and lobster pasta isnt that great but all in all it was good combination of games and food to compliment the evening.

Dave and Busters was awesome!! I was there for a large birthday party and the manager Liz took care of us. Couldnt ask for better customer service. All the staff and especially Liz were considerate and friendly. Prices were reasonable and the food was fantastic! The party was great. Ill go back to DNB time and again. It was awesome!!

By far the worst dining experience thus far. Rude management staff. Employees work hard and diligently but receive blatant disrespect by management right in plain sight of guest. I operate 14 automotive franchise stores and would immediately remove any manager who disciplines or reprimands any employee disrespectfully. It was hard for my family and I to watch. I believe one of the managers name was “jp” or something like that. It seems like the employees work hard and Dave and busters shouldn’t operate like a sweatshop. Workers and guest should not be subject to rude authoritarian figures in a place designed for joyous activities. WILL NOT return to this location.

Irritated is how I will put it. A few months ago my wife and I came in to place some games. DB has just rolled out (it was just promoting) their app. The lady at the front gave us a power card and told us she recommended downloading the DB app because chip purchases were half price. So we took power card and went around the corner to download and power up card. Fast forward to today. My daughters birthday she wanted to play some games. I forgot power card at home but kept receiving a push notification for 50 game play for $25. We went in store asked for a new power card and was told the app only allows “digital cards” not only is this not true but the digital card does NOT WORK for games. My phone just pulls up Apple Pay when I tap on a game. Therefore doesn’t allow me to use a digital card. After arguing with the lady about how she can’t give us a game card we would have to pay $3 for card and minimum instore reload was $12 so it was going to cost $15 just to get a card to be able to get on the app and add $25 for $50 deal. After a bit of arguing the lady just handed us one of her power cards and within 2 minutes we had added it to the app and charged up the offer. Took longer convincing the lady that we could add another physical card. We then decided to go to the kiosk to check about getting our boys a card and didn’t want to deal with front desk hassle. 3 out of 4 kiosks said the couldn’t dispense cards go to front desk . We than found out we could have used the kiosk to buy a new power card and load a dollar on it for a total of $4 to be able to receive in app deal. Long story short I was a retail store manager for 10 years. This was BAD business. It stressed me out and made it NOT enjoyable. You need a card to play the games stop arguing with customers about digital. I don’t want my kids running around with my phone just give me a card. As for the deals of you are going to offer different promotions (in store vs. app) train you associates to give the customer whichever. Money is money. Forcing me to use the app that you argued with me about almost cost you the $70 we spent because I wanted to turn around and walk out the door. If it’s this difficult again I will!WAIT, it gets better. When cashing in tickets to purchase it says need a few more tickets 1$ for 100 tickets. My daughter needed like 50 more tickets. We said okay we will just. Buy the difference .. NOPE have to go to the front desk to add to power card. Jesus Christ how much more difficult can you get ?

Went to here with my roommate about an hour and a half before they closed. The bartender greeted us immediately. After my roommate asked for a menu. We sat there waiting for someone to take our order. The other bartender came over asked if we have been help. We said we are ready to order. After we order it took over 30 to 45 min before i food came. The food tasted good but my fries was cold. Told the bartender that she went get me new said take about 4 min. The fries took so long i was done eating and ready to go home. Pay the bill which was 35 dollar. On drive home i realize that I only had one drink which was a double crown apple and cranberry and had meal that was 15.99 wander why my bill was so high. I called the store to speak to manager to make sure i was getting charge to much. The lady who answer the phone asked why I need to speak to a manager and I told her way. She said the managers are to busy to come to the phone right now and that because they was closing soon there was nothing they could do to help me at the time. They would call me back tomorrow to help with the problem. After she took my phone number I was trying to make sure she knew what I was calling about then she hang up on me mid sentence. I fell that it was poor excuse for the manager not come to phone to help a customer. I will not becoming back to the Cary location again.

Fun games and relatively good prizes. It can get a bit pricey to play games.

Fun times were had all around. They have some pretty nice drink specials, and the games were extremely simple bit exciting

In general is fun, even if it is, it pricey. Games arent like they were in the 80s when you could get reasonable playing time for 1 quarter. Games seem to be set up to just suck money out of you, as quickly as possible.

Is the arcade open? I called, but wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone.

Our waitress was great! She even brought my date the top pies of his double stacked burger (don’t ask, lol). Our nachos could have used more topping but they were still good. The ride (or whatever it is) was down and that kinda sucked. We had a great evening though. We both managed to take a home a large martini glass each.

Not impressed. We waited over an hour for our food. The waitress was super nice. We ordered 1 alcohol drink, the waitress checked on us four times to see if we recieved that beverage. After the fourth time we cancelled the drink and voila, it appeared. Our food all came out cold. Not just chill, but cold! It was clearly sitting in the kitchen. Not sure where on the menu we had the option to order the food cold. But we found that special menu!! Would not recommend this place - unfortunately that was our first and last experience.

Was so excited to finally get to visit. We drove and hour for my 12 year olds birthday. We walked in and there was no hostess at the stand. I made eye contact with several employees yet still no service. We finally sat ourselves on the bar side and still waited. Took 20 minutes to get one of our two appetizers and ran out of drinks, even though the restaurant was empty. Server could of cared less about waiting on us. Will not be returning.

Great place for adults and youth to enjoy a delicious meal and play video games! I recommend the Philly cheese steak sliders they are excellent! The video arcade has plenty of games to choose from and your game tokens and tickets are stored on a card making it easy to track your balance and game history. It can be a little chilly in the restaurant and arcade so its good to have a sweater or jacket handy.

The food was decent, but its way to over crowded and too long of a wait for that style food. Staff was good.

Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because of the selection of games. We arrived at about 7pm and bought the 1 hour deal of unlimited games. Before we started we decided to eat. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. The other 4 in my party also ordered fries with their meals. We were told it would be 20 minutes before it was ready. 45 almost 50 minutes later SOME of the food comes out. My chicken sandwich came with no fries. The waiter said they were cooking up some more fries and would be just a few minutes. 5 minutes later comes around and refills drinks. Im STILL waiting on fries, and says hes gonna go check on them now. 10 minutes later they finally come. How long does it take to fry fries? About 3 minutes actually. Not 15 minutes. By the time I got my fries my chicken sandwich was ice cold. Absolutely the worst experience out of any restaurant Ive ever seen. If i come back to play games Ill definitely eat before hand before I ever spend another dime on the restaurant side of this place.
