Super duper fun for the little ones and almost-big-ones! 5, 4 & 7 year olds had a blast. Equipment is well kept up, safe, clean, with plenty of opportunities to climb, jump and play. Went during a very busy school vacation day (just before pandemic shut down) but the play space is so big and numbers are limited so we could keep track of our kids and they had plenty of space to move around. Cafe is limited, but they have the basics... and coffee.

This place is amazing my little ones love this place there is some much you can do here there is also a little cafe.

My son has so much fun here! He is able to safely let off so much energy and they keep the establishment extremely clean, constantly sanitizing toys and high touch surfaces.

My 4 year old daughter loves it! Very clean and affordable. Highly recommend.

We have been to Off the Wall Kidz multiple times, but today we celebrated our sons first birthday here. I cant say this any more clearly... THE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING! The staff here was incredible, attentive, and so kind. The facility was spotless and they didnt flub even the smallest detail. Our hostess was Caitlin, who was super helpful and on top of caring for our guests. We look forward to coming back in the future and encourage anyone looking for a venue to book here!

Really impressed with how clean and sanitary it is. Lots of different things for little ones to do! Only reason I have 4 stars was because the food at the cafe with a bit pricey, but otherwise AMAZING!

This place is terrific! I brought my five year old and we had a blast together. There was enough to keep us busy for 3+ hours on a cold winter day and for $14 admission, its well worth the price. The staff is friendly and they do a great job keeping the place clean. The food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced. Well be back again for sure!

Great place for kids ages 1-5 (in my subjective opinion ). I took my 2.7 yo today and we both absolutely loved it. The whole place is very well organized, sparkling clean and the staff is very friendly. We will be back for sure.

Great little spot for kids! First time there was during school vacation so it was VERY busy. Not sure what its like otherwise. I have a very active 17 month old who couldve cared less about the toddler area. Lots of bigger kids, but all were very well behaved and cautious of younger kids around them! Not a bad place for 11 bucks! I like that I didnt have to pay for myself as well, just the kiddo.

A pretty solid place for kids to release extra energy and its cheap! At 14$ with adults free.They ACTIVELY CLEAN! Its a shocker since even Billy Bees doesnt do that often.They dont allow food or drink but they do have a food bar in the back.They sell socks if you need them.Free parking out front.

Clean and reasonably priced venue for the little ones to play. Great for kids between the ages of 3 and 7. Weve been here a couple times and always had a good experience. Employees are attentive, friendly and helpful. They are extremely reasonable for birthday parties too.

Excellent note cost friendly version of other similar places. Fairly crowded on a school day off which was to be expected, but not crowded enough to take any fun away from the kids. Exceptionally clean and well run. The staff is great.

Super underrated! This place is perfect for little kids. Billy Beezs is too crowded and doesnt offer much for toddlers but Off The Wall Kidz does. Interactive videogames screen in the ball pit, food & drinks, trampoline and slides. They also provide a storage area for your belongings, birthday guests get their own section and a private area for nursing mothers. My children loved it and at $8 for ages 2 and under plus parents get in for free cant beat that! The entire staff is super friendly and hard working which was a breath of fresh air compared to most indoor playgrounds.

Took my 6 and 3 year old here and was very pleased with the atmosphere. Everything was very clean and I felt like I was always able to keep a good eye on my kids. There was plenty there to keep them having a blast and certainly tired them out (which is always a plus). Highly recommend!

Great family place for young children. As long as your child is under the age of 7 its the best. Snack bar has good choices. The only downfall is it could be a little bigger. Its my grandsons favorite place to go and they are 2 and 4.

Took my 3 and 4 year old. We loved it. Great prices, snack bar, parents can do everything with their kid.. U can walk thru it! Its incredibly clean. We saw staff cleaning on a busy sat morning. We will be going back for sure!!!

More like Hole in the Wall Dreamland for Kids. The place doesnt stick out much. But once youre in there, its a wonderful place for the kids to play in.As far as sanitation goes, theyre on point! They even have a ball cleaner for the ball pit.Its got so much for them to do. Even an arcade where the kids are guaranteed to win a prize.The place seems new, too. Plenty of seating for the adults, plenty of room to run amok for the kids, employees have a great attitude and the foods good, too.Definitely having our sons birthday party there this year.

So this place is great. My toddler refers to it as the ball pit. It is superclean and a ton of fun. He never wants to leave even when he is exhausted.The only downside is sometimes if there are older kids it can be overwhelming for smaller children.

Its fun for kids. A lot of different activities to do; a mini trampoline, ball pit, and pretend play, just to name a few. It is decently priced, although prices have gone up a bit since I first went there, so that is a downer. They dont charge for adults though! My only complaints are 1. The family bathrooms dont have a changing table and 2. The stroller parking/pumping room is freezing in the winter because it is right by the front entrance.

Very clean facility. Lots for kiddos to do. Love that they have food to purchase. Staff wasnt the most friendly or helpful. They also seemed to apply the no shoes rule pretty arbitrarily as I saw a few people walk in the play area with shoes on and no one said anything. Would also liked to have seen a staff member monitoring the play area as some of the older kids were a little too rowdy in the baby section. For breastfeeding moms - the area they set aside is really just a section of the wall hidden with curtains. Really uncomfortable chairs and no table to rest anything. It was really hot and there was a fan but when you turned it on the curtains blew open so it kind of defeated the purpose. Appreciate that they made an area but it definitely needs a few upgrades.

Nice facility a little too hot inside. Would be nice to have staff monitoring as the bigger kids get rowdy. Older children in the 5 and under area. The kids liked it I left after an hour as I felt it was way too chaotic.

This place is awesome but one major issue is security - there is no system in place to match kids with parents (like bracelets). When you and your kids leave, staff has no way of checking who you are and sometimes theres no one at the front desk anyway. Basically if some weirdo went in there he could very easily kidnap a kid.Billy Beez in Kingston has its own issues but they do have a card swipe and a bracelet system. Your card is scanned when you leave and both adult and child bracelets are checked to make sure they match.Id give 5 stars if they would do something about this, because it really is a fun place for kids. But the security issue is a big over sight.

Wonderful place for kids. The staff is very friendly, professional, and go out of their way to be helpful. They are also constantly working to keep the whole area clean. The price is great - makes it affordable for everyone. So many different things to do. I am here with my 5-yr-Old grandson, and this is our second time. With the weather in Cape Cod, there are many times there is not much for the kids to do. He talks about coming here constantly. Thank you so much for providing a place where kids can run and jump, play, and use their imaginations to create wherever they want to pretend they are. And, especially, thank you for your amazing staff. They are so incredible with the kids.

I have 3 children (ages 7 and under) and through the years have traveled near and far trying to find an indoor play space that all ages can enjoy. Until recently, that was very limited. I went to Off the Wall Kidz for the first time with my children and my niece (9) and nephew (11) and they absolutely loved it! We were there for hours and they didnt want to leave! The fact that they dont charge for adults is amazing! Many places do charge! The staff was friendly, professional and their attention to cleanliness was top notch (cleaning toys, wiping surfaces, etc)! I highly recommend Off the Wall Kidz and can confidently say my family are lifers!

Clean, plenty of seating for parents, not overly crowded (even with birthday parties going on), adults dont have to pay to enter when you are with kids, enough activities to keep kids busy for hours, small cafe with food and drinks. Worth the price.

Off the Wall Kids is a great place. I gave a 2.5 year old daughter so I’ve been to my share of indoor playgrounds.. very clean, ball pit, slides, carousel for little ones and a trampoline. they run a bubble machine every so often. Food is reasonably priced or you can bring your own. We will be back !!! Loved it and more importantly more daughter LOVED it!! ️

Omgosh its fantastic highly recommended its reasonably priced with no time limit even has a place to get some food. My grandson,5, loved it. Its spotless and well taken care of. Go for it you wont regret it.

Safety is excellent. Three consecutive doors to exit and they are all by the front desk.It’s a kids indoor play area and the bathroom floors are spotless 99% of the time!Food is good, and service with a smile every single time.Amazing place.

This is the best place to bring your kids to run around and release all their built up energy. The location is spik and span inside and out. The staff always greet you with a smile and are extremely friendly at all times. The prices are reasonable and finally a place where the parents don’t have to pay to enjoy the fun with our children. Great place. Very clean, great staff, food is good at the cafe. Best part is there is only one way out so the kids are contained in one huge play area, and with young children, it makes it much easier to keep a watch on both at the same time. If you leave at any point, your receipt is good for the day, so you can go back until closing.

No non processed healthy food options and for parents (and nannies) that like to steer the kids away from pizza, hot dogs and fries youve really got nothing, except for bringing your own and thats not allowed. Stonyfield organic yogurt pouches, string cheese, veggie cups with hummus maybe some kind of allergy conscious SunButter with banana or even a real fruit spread would keep us theyre playing longer! We are big fans but our meal and snack choices are zero. As far as the equipment it seems to be well maintained and cleaned regularly. Family owned and operated business will keep me going back!

Fun place to take the kids, but easy to get seperated. Some of the areas are difficult for adults to get through. But theres a lot of cool features I havent seen at other indoor play places. We liked the spider web and cool swings. I did not notice much in the way of security for families, keep a close eye on the kids.

Of all the indoor play spaces, I have to say I like this one the best! They have more food and drink options and a variety of slides, climbing things, ball pits, pretend town, and a toddler play area. It has something for kids from age 1 to possibly 14. Oh, and it also has an enclosed trampoline. Most parents seemed to be supervising their kids, unlike other indoor play spaces I have been to. My kids didnt want to leave. We will definitely be coming here more often!

Absolutely hands down the best indoor playground for children of multiple ages (I’ve been to a few). My son is 2 and it’s hard to find places to entertain him and me - unlike some other places, at Off the Walk KIDZ parents can interact with the children. I can fit on the slides, ball pit and trampoline...etc. My first time there I spent a whopping 5 hours. I highly recommend this indoor playground - especially for New England weather. It’s clean and the staff is exceptionally pleasant. I can’t say enough about this playground. You just have to experience it for your self.

I’m a single Dad of two little girls (5 & 8 yrs old), who have a tremendous amount of energy to burn off daily. Whenever I ask them what they would like to do today, their first response is always a unanimous shout, “Off the Wall Kidz”! This is by far one of my favorite places to take my children to release their energy as well. From the moment we first walk through the door, to the time we sit down to have a bite to eat, all of the staff are polite, professional, and courteous. The building itself is maintained regularly as the floors and bathrooms are always spotless, never dirty and I’m never worried that my children will get sick like other places we have gone to in the past. My hats off to the owners for maintaining such a wonderful environment for the children to play at without parents or guardians having to worry, as I know it must not be easy to meet everyone’s demands now-a-days.

This business is by far the best place around to bring my kids to play. The prices are affordable, my kids have a blast every time we go, the building is spotless, and to top it off I get to play as well for free, letting my inner child come out to play! What a gem !! Came here with my almost 8 year old and I can’t wait to go back ! The admission was great , the food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly , spent a good part of the day here and my little one was wore out , had a small lunch and the pizza was good . This is exactly the type of place we needed close to home. Highly recommend!

Liked it a lot. Plan on about 2 hours. Clean. They should have someone at the in and out door as I saw a few kids wandering towards that unattended. Besides that, fun place for kiddos from 1 to around 8.

I went to Off the Wall Kidz for the first time during Xmas vaca. It was a nasty rainy day and my kids were literally off the wall at home. My boys (ages 5 & 8) had an amazing time. The interactive ball pit game was their favorite. The admission price was good, I really appreciated they didnt charge for adults like other places. It was super clean inside which is huge, especially in the winter months. The staff was super nice, always around if you had questions. We will definitely definitely be back!!!!!!

Fantastic playspace for kids! So clean and organized. Such a variety of unique twists on a climbing gym. My boys loved it! 2 hours flew by before we knew it!

Yesterday there were sooo many awful parents allowing their WAY too big kids into the little kid area and totally not paying attention to them. The kids that were there passed by multiple times and didnt kick them out of the little kid area either. If you kid is 6 and going to be 7 the next day and is TWICE the size of my 8 year old she should NOT be in the little kid area knocking my 14 month old niece over!

We loved this place ! Its now our new spot to take our 6 year old and 14 month old. My boys had a blast, the place is clean and very organized. The staff is very friendly and on top of everything its alot cheaper !

This is the best playspace we have been to in the south shore. The facility is very clean and there is so much to do there. Older kids and parents that come here are respectful of the younger ones and to the equipment. Wish we did my sons birthday here.

We enjoyed a few hours there this afternoon. It was a Saturday in the winter so it was very busy. The ball pit was very cool. My daughter enjoyed the marketplace and pretend play areas. I felt like it was pretty clean. Staff was visable and interactive.

Every time I go to places similar to this my kids are ready to go in an hour because theyre bored. We spent 3 hours here and my daughter was not happy to leave. They are constantly cleaning during play time which I dont see often. If something is broken they shut down the area and fix it immediately. Admission price is fair. The cafe had a few mistakes but they are new and accidents happen but they were beyond accommodating and apologetic.

Not a bad place to go if you want something to do with your children on a weekend. Not a high place but has enough to do to keep the kids busy for a few hours. Not for kids older then 12 I would say, maybe even 10.

Very rude lady told me my son had to leave and was not allow back there instead of come off with a different approach and after I told her my son had autism then she came off her rude attitude and kept saying sorry after she was so rude about it to begin with so the 2 pizzas I ordered we did not get a chance to even see it after I was getting my son ready she told me she thought my kids was one of those bratty kids but as a bigger person I walked out because it was not right to ruin other kids fun like she ruined my sons and my day with her rudeness I will never ever go there ever again i dont care if you knew or didnt know you need to treat every situation as if there is a slight possibility that the child has some type of disability my son is not one to hit or hurt other kids unless u hurt him and because he cant talk and tell me what is wrong or what happened its not like he can tell me what happen so I feel other kids take advantage of this Im very unhappy with how she approached the situation I can tell u now Ill never return again this experience was with the owner
