Worst place to go due to the Head Security Face Mask Enforcer. He honestly has a job to do but his incredibly inappropriate approach encourages guests to cash out and leave . Never have I been spoken to, no yelled at rather by a person that should never speak to a guest in that tone who never got disrespectful in any manner. This establishment would do well to relieve him of his current undeserved position. Honestly I would rather throw my money away than give it to a business that allows the kind of treatment he gave to us simply because we had our Mask pulled down to smoke a cigarette.

For the price its hard to beat the buffet for a post-ski workout dinner. Most memorable item would be the standing rib roast. They dont serve the easy to eat cocktail shrimp and instead serve the shell-on shrimps. Crab can also be extremely bland every once in a while.

Craft 55 has $3.00 draft pints at happy hour. Its next to a William Hill sportsbook. A great deal for craft beer and very convenient. Check it out.

I dont gamble but my husband does. He enjoys it there. I think the air quality is one of the best. We do go to eat and its usually at the cafe. Its inexpensive and the food is very good. Customer service is great also.

Are in the Cafe today, there was three of us I. Our party,. IT WAS THE WORST FOOD IVE EVER EATEN. Im fully aware of how the Covid 19 pandamic has affected businesses, and the cost businesses have had to incurred to protect themselves and their customers, but allowing freezer burnt food to be served is ridicious and unacceptable. Customer service an Management were made aware of our dissatisfaction and not one personnel choose to apologize, took three bites of my plate, one bite of Chicken Fried steak, one bite of over med eggs, and last nite of hash browns and I felt like I was going to throw up. Very dissatisfied of their service today, it used to be one of the best places to eat breakfast in Carson City, but now management really isnt cutting cost on food, they are pushing their customers away which is cutting their Revenue. How sad for them, its too bad, I really feel they need to go thru there food in the freezer, maybe health inspector should be called.

Granted, its near impossible to cover an entire casino as large as ones like these, but I found the selection of games to be kind of limited, & found myself having to walk a good ways to find the slots I enjoy the most (I fairly gave it 3 stars, but I prefer to play elsewhere if Im in the area).Its around 25% your typical Game King video poker/keno machines, 50% giant, loud, new, pretty machines, & 25% the older IGT machines with the classic games (my personal favorite), the 1-9 line bar slots, & other miscellaneous slots. I also didnt see any table games (again, I didnt get to cover the whole casino, but a decent chunk of it).On the more positive side, the cocktail waitresses are very awesome & very fast. Theres also a few fountain attractions, with games circled around them.I guess Im a little bit biased, because this casino is actually very bright (think the GSR, or Dottys, except the lights are all rainbow & stuff) instead of the soft, low lighting (think the Atlantis, or the trio in downtown Reno), & I got a little bit of a headache.

Nice casino, the slots aren’t too tight so it’s fun to play a little. Fantastic buffet (Rum Jungle) & very reasonably priced. I love the salad bar, it has lots of items to choose from, always clean & well stocked. They have great food choices & a decent dessert bar. I like that they ask you what you want to drink after you pay & before you are seated.

The largest of the casinos along that Carson City main roadway. It was clean, did not seem too smoky and the slot machines have wireless chargers at them which was awesome! I did not find a machine to redeem my ticket though you have to go to the window every time.

Food was great! Service wasnt that good. The supervisor on duty didnt acknowledge we were there. Then grabbed a busser to take us to our table, when I believe she could have. We had to ask our server for refills on our drinks.

This buffet was great in past years. Tonight we came from California to enjoy the buffet and brought 4 extra people.... Sounds good right? Promoting their restaurant. We were charged and extra $36 bucks! For an 18 percent gratuity! After paying over $200 bucks. What is the gratuity for? A person literally drops drinks of on your table to sort out amongst yourselves. Wow. Wont be returning next time at this rate.

Few times here at the the rum jungle buffet, service by Debi was amazing. Table of 23 and she was way on top of it. Food was as good as her service. Top notch!!! Would recommend this place and hope all servers are as awesome as she is!!!

New Years had a great breakfast at the Cafe. Belgian waffle whipped cream and strawberries with coffee and hashbrowns. Mmmmm it was yummy. Planning on going back for their 4pm prime rib dinner special. 9.99 is a great price and we will see about the taste. So I took 140 with me spent 30 on Dan and I for breakfast including the tip. Split 110 between Dan and I. I went to play a machine I used to play in Bossier City. Played at 75 cents a spin, it got me to 80 bucks I almost took it out, but hit a low streak, it dropped me to 12 dollars. Dan had played his money on Keno. I hit the next spin and won free spins it kept hitting more free spins 90 in total. 293 and 2 cents. Dropped the bet to 1 cent and played it 2 spins, cashed out and left. I figured at that point we had eaten for free recovered all losses and doubled my cash. Yep went home. Dan wants to go for dinner tomorrow and well why not?

A very nice casino. It has all of the amenities of the bigger casinos but the feel of a smaller one when it comes to service. The staff are warm and welcoming people that seem to really like their jobs. The buffet has everything you would be looking for from one of the bigger casinos but at a better price.

Buffet is declining. Used to be a great place to get good all u can eat food. The buffet the last time was full of cold food and didnt taste good at all. Im disappointed because the buffet used to be the best around. Please pay better attention to the product youre serving Rum Jungle Buffet.

We had breakfast at the palm grill. It was a fantastic deal! For $2.99 you get 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, hash browns and English muffin. Wow! Ill be coming back often.

Husband and I made a few trips to this casino. We enjoyed our time in this little gem. We found a couple of lucky slot machines, had some pretty decent food from a couple different establishments inside and overall had a great experience.

This is a pretty nice casino, not too big but has a lot of comfortable amenities. The breakfast was good with a good price. There is an area with free fountain drinks and coffee.

This place never changes. Maybe its time to get and upgrade or do something different with the interior. Staff are somewhat uptight here, unless you eat in the restaurant. They are friendly and pleasant.

Nice clean local casino. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Definitely could smell the smoke even before we opened the door but that is to be expected. Plenty of parking fairly close to the entrance otherwise we would have used the valet parking. Would recommend a stop here if ever in the area.

So many things to do here, and they have one of the better buffets that I have been to in Carson (and elsewhere.) There is also the Palm Court Grill, which serves large portions for a decent price and has quite an extensive menu.I like the fact that they update the casino floor regularly with new games, so it doesnt get boring going there, and they have a pretty nice rewards club for players as well. They have a front and side parking area as well as a parking garage, so even when it is busy, you can find somewhere to park. There is sometimes a bit of a wait for the buffet, but there is also a good reason why.The staff is friendly and helpful and always personable and the cocktail waitresses come around regularly to see if you need anything. This is one of my favourite casino resorts.

Hard to imagine but this place used to be a lumber place like Copelands which used to be on Stewart street. The inside of the fandango is amazing plenty of machines, poker tables, etc there. The only thing I still miss is the flying parrot that used to cruise around on a makeshift track around the casino floor dropping coupons or whatever at certain points along its travels...

Took our entire family to the buffet for Thanksgiving dinner and, as always, the food was hot and delicious.... The only problem was, as we had a large group of people in our party, they added on a tip amount of over $40, and in the hour or so we were sitting and eating, we saw our server MAYBE 3 times... Empty plates were piling up and drink cups were empty... It was a little frustrating, and didnt feel that the $40 was really earned for lack of a better choice of words. And as my husband is a Vet, we felt a bit annoyed our Vets were not honored, as Thanksgiving is also a day to thank them for there service... But our family has made the Fandango Buffet a family tradition for Thanksgiving for several years now, and will continue to do so... I do certainly hope the powers that be we take into consideration regarding the unwarranted tip amount as well as honoring our vets.

Very Displeased at the Quality of their food for $22.00 per person. I had a hard time Chewing their Prime Rib, and their Selection of the Foods just werent up to Standards.

The chicken was tasty, as was the strawberry rhubarb pie, the brisket and ham ok, bread pudding and the pumpkin pie didnt please my taste buds. I was disappointed compared to previous visits to the buffet.

We eat at Ti Amo, the good was horrible and the service was so bad. I wouldnt even give them a star but it wont let me. Will never go back there.
