Horrible roads. Horrible management.

Its not a complete mess

To its credit, Clear Creek Mobile Home Park is within walking distance of Bodines Casino and Costco. In fact, if youre in decent shape, its also within walking distance of Walmart, Trader Joes, Best Buy, and all the other retail establishments along Topsy Lane. Youve also got great access to I-580 and Highways 50 and 395. But this last winter appears to have taken a major toll on the driveways here, which are crumbling with large potholes. Kudos to the managers residence and office as well, which is very well kept up with nice shade trees and a commanding view of the park.

Was #9 trailer helpful? Typical trailer park for the elderly and small families. Well paved streets. Close to walmart and highway 50 and Bodine Casino for food and nearby gas stations.

Pretty low end park. Looks trashy and the ppl seem to be of the user type.

Looks like a nice place to live if you had to choose a place to go

My parents Dan and Terri, try there best to keep the paek in order, guys dont be mean about the park

Too many parties, kids running around throwing trash everywhere, glad were moving out

Very run down campers that are falling apart literally

It has reasonable rent, but a little unfair as far as implementing the rules.
