This park was one of the nicest kid parks Ive ever been to. It was clean and had lots of different playground equipment and even had local librarians who brought books for the kids and sidewalk chalk for them to draw with. There was an ice cream van and people with pets and open fields and a covered pavilion. A really nice place.

This park would be great under normal conditions, but the preschool across the street uses it as their playground during week day mornings, so you may want to avoid this time. Also, there are high risk virus spots chokepoints throughout the park (hideholes, fake logs and acorns that kids love to stuff themselves into). The slides are based around a ladder accessible tower that funnel kids up into a tight staging that are pretty much one way during crowded times (better hope you don’t have to rescue your kid). The parks sweet age spot is 5 years old In my opinion.

One of the best parks Ive ever taken my children. Lots of options for play in a good visibility area. The turf is welcome to the normal sand, gravel or wood chips. Decent lighting at night. Generally kept fairly clean. Is disappointing people have vandalized parts of the park at times with graffiti. Take your nonsense elsewhere.

I moved to the Dallas area from Arlington, 2 years ago and I had been looking for a park like this one. It’s so big and there’s so many things the kids can do. They have multiple swings, slides, climbing rocks etc. The only thing that they should work on is expanding the parking lot. It’s so small. Other than that I loved it.

Best park around! Such a huge park for kids of all ages! There are many different play equipments.. ones you don’t find in other locations so it’s fun for the kids to try new things. The ground is soft and buoyant and there is a little walkway around the small pond behind the park. This is my kids favorite park. Free parking, rest rooms and a pavilion for parties. I have absolutely falling in love with this park. Best slides ever. Bonus is my son happens to love it even more. Only down side is that once the sun is down, there are no lights at all. The park goes completely dark and you literally have to use a flashlight if you want to continue playing.

We LOVE this park. It has play equipment for my 5 year old and my toddler. My older kid calls it the park with the tower cause he loves going to the top and sliding down the different slide. Theres bathrooms, a huge gazebo with picnic tables, and an adorable pond next to the playground. This place is a win with all my kids cousins. Cant say enough good but if I had to give 1 downside, Id wish there was a designated shaded area for parents.

This park is great for all ages, even adults. Has a great view of the lake with geese and ducks, people walking their dogs. Playground has many options from slides, to swings, climbing, tunnels, and things that spin. My kids are 4, 2, and just turned 1 and they all ran, played, and never complained they were bored. One large strange downfall for me was, there were no doors on the bathroom stalls.

Our absolute favorite park in the area! It used to be the wooden park but has been upgraded to a very nice park where tons of kids go to play. My daughter begs to come here frequently. Great for parties, cookouts and just regular trips to the park. Plenty of space to fly kites, ride bikes, exercise, take family photos, etc. and bring cash for the ice cream truck!

First of all Id like to say to our heavenly father thank you for allowing me to be on this Earth One More Day. We decided we want to go to the park on Easter Sunday. We had a wonderful time the grass is pretty in green and the birds was chirping. They had a lot of people having a good time laughing and running and also having lunch on the park. I was admiring how the family was cutting cake yesterday it really did touch my heart. And also it was a peaceful Gathering with others. If you havent been to this part you should go by and check it out yourself they also have a pond and also the kids was in the play area having their self a good old time little precious dumplings thats what I call those precious one. So I will tell you from the heart how our visit was it was so peaceful and so joyful I will always remember this day for the rest of my life. I have visit this park for three times since Ive been living in the neighborhood but every time I visit this park its so peaceful to me. How can you not want to tell someone else that the places that you have visit to let them know how great these places are. Have a wonderful wonderful afternoon may God continue blessing you and keeping you safe :-)

Mary Heads park is a great place to go if you have kids who want to play on the playground, fly a kite, play frisbee, or watch the Addison Kaboom Town fireworks display. There are on-site restrooms, and a covered picnic area. While there is plenty of parking, there are times when you have to park across the street. We love to go there on July 3rd to watch the fireworks in Addison. While we are not as close as we could be, it is not nearly as crowded and we can get out and get home very quickly.

Our Grandsons first birthday party was there. Theres a nice looking play ground and lots of tables with a roof overhead and theyre very close to the bathrooms, which were clean and well supplied. We didnt explore the playground area. The party was under the roof and took up 3 tables. There were 2 other birthday parties happening and everybody had space. One of the things I really liked was how the wind travels around and cools you off. I recommend it to anyone!

Great play area for kids but low stars because there’s definitely a concern for dog urine/feces in the turf due to people with loose dogs that feel the rules don’t apply to them. I have dogs too and these people make dog owners everywhere look bad. If your kids are getting sick after park visits, this is a high probability of why.
