My Mom had an invitation to a retirement open house party at Southside Park at the air conditioned shelter house. It was a great space for the many people who visited.

Good food, but a tamale is somewhat expensive.

This park has two shelter houses, one is an all weather shelter house that is great to use in the colder months since, it has a heater! The other one is just a standard shelter house. This park also has a nice ballpark that actually has a real infield!

It would be better if parents would actually supervise their children instead of just letting them come as they please then their kids pick on other kids and have no parents to talk to you

My family goes to this park on a regular basis. We take our church small group there when the weather is nice. Its always a great place to get fresh air and play.
