We came across the Chapel Hill Tennis Club when we moved to the area this summer, and Im so glad we did. As the name implies, this is primarily a tennis club full of people who love tennis. There are a ton of outdoor courts (18 that have a type of synthetic clay called HarTru, 6 hard courts) along with 4 indoor courts. Ive found the members and staff to be friendly and easy going. The membership fees are reasonable, and there is always something going on (leagues, ladders, lessons, etc). The outdoor pool is nice too but is only open in the summer.During covid-19, the clubhouse and exercise room are closed so I cant comment on those.
