This place is fantastic! Its super clean and the condo was terrific!

If you are looking for 5 star resort accomodations this is not for you.But it gets 5 stars for beach views.It doesnt get any better for beach access

Lovely place on the beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops, the salt marsh, very relaxing.

Youre basically paying an arm and a leg for the view, cause the accommodations are far below the price point. Ive had better views in Hawaii for less! I was there for 2 months when the fires and mudslides occurred. Unfortunately for me, I was nice enough to not ask for a discount, but what really irked me is that I had asked for a particular day to move out and they said sure thats fine and only at the moment that I moved out, they handed me an invoice for extra days. My deal with them was based on a monthly price so I had no idea that they would charge me for the extra days or how much it would cost. I pleaded with them that had I known I would have found a way to move out earlier. Sadly they were too greedy to accept that they failed to communicate the terms for my request and took the money out of my security deposit. A similar thing happened with my previous rental in Carpinteria. The landlords are extra greedy over there. Beware!

The location is great - right on the beachfront - but thats really the only great feature they have. The people who run it are really nice.Some parts of the building (mainly the stairs) are in need of maintenance or repairs.Rooms are cleaned when guests check out, which is nice, but make sure you clean up after yourself before checking out. There is a coin laundry room, but its small. Internet connection is terrible. Signal strength is dodgy, and there are only a few access points. Some areas arent close enough to any access point to be able to connect with a reliable signal.Decor varies from room to room, as do beds and bed sizes. Some of them are objectively better than others in terms of interior.
