It is very quiet just right for retirees!!!

I love sitting by the pool.Also everyone is so friendly there PAC man and centipede games in rec room.

This mobile home park is falling apart. The streets within the park are crumbling we have huge pieces of asphalt falling into our yard. They are very inconsistent with their gas and water as well as electricity. If my husband and I had the money to move out of this trailer park we would. Worst decision to buy this house ever. Just thinking about moving here its really loud and it is right next to the freeway.

Management service is all but none existent. Infrastructure is falling apart, roads in disrepair, electrical outages constantly, water shut offs, and yet the space rents are the highest in the area. To sell and relocate, one must under value your coach just to make the high space rents exceptable. If you are considering buying and moving to this park . . . Good luck!
