I absolutely love this movie theater! Its quite most of the times but they theaters are PHENOMENAL! I wish they would set up a drive in set up in that huge parking lot during these weird times. I dont want to give my money to any other theater!

This theater is amazing. They have $5 matinee and $7 regular tickets($5 all day on Tuesdays). Recliner seats, good sound quality, clean, free parking...no complaints whatsoever. They have all the new releases. One FYI For those used to going amc or Regal- you buy your movie tickets and popcorn from the same counter.

This theater is actually very very good. The only reason for 4 stars is that Im consistently coming across more and more seats that dont work properly or at all. The value for the experience is great, otherwise. When the seats work, they are probably some of the most comfortable around. There staff is always super friendly and efficient in getting your orders and tickets. The concessions are reasonably priced, compared to other large theater chains. It doesnt have stadium seating so if youre short, and you recline your seat, the seat in front might have a slightly obstructed view. Im not short so never had an issue, but just consider it in case you are. Dont hesitate to go here, you wont be disappointed with the value you get.

Love this theater! Ive been coming here for the past 2 years and prefer this theater over any of the others nearby. I really enjoy the recliners with the ability the move the back rest seperate from the foot rest. Im literally able to get into the exact comfortable position and its amazing. Plus they have free refills on ALL sizes of their popcorn. Amazing! Thank you!!!

10/10 would recommend.They have kiosks to buy tickets at a reasonable price. Very comfy seating that reclines and supports you feet at the clock of a button.The place was well decorated for the season; they had Halloween stuff out in mid October.Sound quality was good. Bathrooms were tidy.

A few days ago I came in to watch a movie with my mother and my younger sister who is four years old. While I parked the car my family went inside the theater to wait for me, the plan was for me to order the tickets and food since my mother is not very fluent in English but to my surprise when I go inside I see my mother getting helped by this sweet and understanding employee who’s name I still remember very clearly; Brenda. My mother said she tried ordering tickets in English but quickly felt embarrassed because she couldn’t speak it right but instead of getting laughed at the girl helped her and spoke to her in Spanish making my mother feel comfortable and welcomed. I was so thankful she made my mother’s day and mine too. After the movie I thanked the girl and I was going to tell a manager how pleased and thankful I was with their employee but due to an emergency I didn’t have time. I would deeply appreciate it if this message got to Brenda. Thank you

I agree that this place is a great area for movies but that is if you can get a seat as most times when you attempt to get tickets online there almost never good seats and not many seats for people to see the movie. Especially if its a major movie coming out. Thats why i believe its a mixed experience as you can have a good time if you get in but the place sometimes can get packed and you may not even be able to see the movie

My family and I have favored this theatre for over 10 years. The employees are always friendly, the facility is always clean and my children love the feeling of stepping back in time with the decor.

Watched frozen 2. Super comfortable seats. Ordered a combo deal 2 medium drinks and a large popcorn for 16 bucks. They have the soda machine out in the open so you dont have to wait in line for a refill. Friendly staff

The manager are used to run a classic cinema an elk Grove Village. He does a great job with those new theater and I love the prices and free refills on popcorn and drinks. Always five dollars for seniors. Can’t find a better deal anywhere else.

Our #1 place for movies because of the great prices and commodities. Ive been coming here since I was a little kid and now I come here with my family. Birthday parties are fun here too for the kids.

This is the best deal in the northwest suburbs for a movie especially if youre a senior. It cost $5 anytime for a senior. Extra large popcorn is $7 with free refill. They do have the reclining seats so they are very comfortable. if you go when school is in session you can get almost any seat in the theater. Enjoy the movie.

5 stars since the theater and the bathroom was clean. I went on a weekday while school was in session. Ticket prices are fair across the board.

Decent prices for seats and the bigger seats are nice. The concession stand is overpriced though and I have to “prove” I had bariatric surgery to get the kiddie combo for myself.

Their seats are very comfy but people tend to talk during movies.

I went here today in this movie theater. And I brought my cousin who’s 16 years old and I’m an adult , so they told me to have an I’d but I didn’t had mine at the moment so I asked my father if he can bring his id and so he did and gave me and my sister tickets for the movie but then about 5 minutes an employee came to me and my cousin to leave the cinema because we didn’t have our I’d, so we left and I asked for my money back but they refused to and I didn’t want to start a fight there because I brought my cousin. Does anyone know how or who i can report this problem?

Great value for the price! Consistent service, clean theaters, and the reclining single seats are wider than other theaters in the area. In the years Ive gone there, Ive only found one recliner that didnt recline.They have decently priced concessions, and its the only place you want to get nachos as an alternate to popcorn (other theaters give you a small bag of chips you open yourself, here you feel like you get your moneys worth & the chips are warm). Free refills on all soda and popcorn sizes, and a kiddie combo to pick from means everyone in the group is happy.Family friendly with a posted policy that if you have to leave within a half hour of the movie time, they will refund your ticket price. All day matinee pricing on Tuesdays and kids series shows make it fun and affordable.Oh, and VERY important... they do a nice job of keeping the bathrooms clean and working.

We have been anticipating a trip to the movie theater as we are buying our tickets and ordering snacks. The cashier tells us that my nephews cant go in because they are not 16.. for a pg13 rated movie.. and their parent is with them... I find this unfortunate since both are of age to watch the movie. I understand for a R rated movie. But have never had this issue at any other movie theater.. I was going to give this theater a chance since i heard they renovated but after this i dont think i will be back with any of my family..

This theatre is great! I live closer to others and choose to go here. I love then recliners. They are comfortable and just hit the spot when you wanna relax and watch a movie. The popcorn is yummy and the toppings are a great touch, I add them every time. The kids love this place too!!!

For a person that went there for the first time it was a nice experience. It was a little confusing at first as to how I present my tickets. I bought my tickets online and there is no clear indication as to what screenmy movie was playing on. They did assist and I was able to enjoy my movie. The seats were comfortable and adjustable.

Its a great theater, price is excellent for the quality. Food as pricey as other theaters. You can easily watch a movie and have some snacks for around $50 for a family of 4. To me thats a good deal. You just sometimes have to be there early for new releases because of the amount of seating available. Make sure you get the rewards too, they will pile up

I grew up coming here. Today, I saw UglyDolls and i loved itUpdate: no words can describe how me and my mom were treated last time we were here. We will never be returning. Came to watch The Curse of La Llorona with my friends. Its scary yet we enjoyed it. At a great value. Surely come here to watch more movies!

I usually have a great experience coming to this place with friends. Sadly, some of the workers ruined the finale to Endgame for me and some friends. I will NOT be enjoying the movie anymore when I see it. Keep your workers on check cinema12

I love this theatre! The individual theatres arent too big. The reclining chairs are comfortable. The popcorn is the best! They have reasonably priced matinees and $5 movies on Tuesdays. Its kept very clean.

Nice cinema. It had been a while since I have been here. New adjustable seats. Friendly staff. The only thing was the lines were very slow. Only two people for concession and for tickets. Other than that it was good.

Its a nice place but whoever picked the plush seats did a horrible job. Very uncomfortable seats. No back support at all. Everytime my mother and I go there, we leave with back pain. Too bad because I love that place. Also, when they switched over to buying tickets at the snack counter, it was a huge mistake. Now you have to wait in line behind everyone buying snacks just to buy your ticket. Have missed two show times because of this. You also have to put your own butter on the popcorn making you run back and forth so you can put butter in the middle and on top which is ridiculous. Its a shame because I have always loved that place now I dread sitting there through any movie because of those seats. For these reasons I must only give 2 stars. Im sorry Cinemabut12 but you dropped the ball. Ugh.... My back....

Lots of help so you could move through quickly and the seating is wonderful, recliners, soft recliners. Very surprised.The only negative thing I might say is that I had to ask which theater our movie was in. It would have been nice if they would have told us without me asking, there were 3 screens showing the film we went to see. Still a 5.
