Stopped by on a whim, I must say one of the best experiences I have had. Just moved back to Illinois after being away for 13 years, relevance you may ask? I have been in the service industry for 10 years and I will say Amy the owner is one of the best I have ever experienced. The food was good the drinks were good but at the end of the day the service is what will bring me back. I would recommend visiting.

Wife, son (13 years old) and I went here for lunch during the weekend. The place is still fairly new so there were plenty of tables to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our dining experience As a vegetarian I loved that they had flexibility with their menu options to make them vegetarian friendly. We all loved our food including the chips and salsa to start our meal. Unfortunately we did not try any liquor on this trip.

We went to this place for the first time, and it was the strangest lunch experience. First of all we were the only ones in the place the entire time.Secondly we think the salsa was pace picante from a jar in the fridge.Thirdly the waitress kept checking the back parking lot for our food. We finally asked did you order our food from someplace else? She explained that it came from Randall roadhouse. Now the food wasn’t that bad, but it was not authentic Mexican food by any stretch of the means. Kinda felt duped, like what did we walk into?? This is not Mexican food at all. We will not be back.

What a fantastic experience! The flautas were unbelievable. Had some margaritas with the boys followed by tequila. Great deals and delicious food. Definitely coming by again

I went tho this place yesterday, and unfortunately got very sick from their food , I ordered a meat quesadillas and came back home with food poisoning. I will suggest to the owner to make sure his employees serve fresh the food to the costumers. I had such a bad experience in this place .

We were originally going to stop by Randall Roadhouse for lunch today but we saw that there was a new place we hadn’t seen before and decided to go there instead. We loved the food and the margaritas! The service was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Great food, great drinks, great service!My parents and I saw the Grand Opening sign outside and decided to come for dinner. We loved the chips and salsa to start with and the burrito was fantastic! Great variety of drinks and very friendly staff too! Well be back for sure!

Been there a few times. going down hill fast. chorizo nachos are good. some of the bartenders arent.

Highly doubt I will return. Burrito filled mainly with lettuce, meat was bland and boring. Bartender was nice but definitely a bit pushy with sales. Skeptical of everything being homemade, that guacamole definitely came out of a plastic pouch.

Pork shoulder is the best thing on the menu. The Modelo, the staff, the music - I had a great time.

We came to Senor Dylans after being treated horribly at Salsa Street. We had a party of 13 for my little boys 1 yr old birthday dinner celebration. Sunny was the only waitress on staff here and when I say this woman made our little babys birthday wonderful, it is no exaggeration. We arrived feeling defeated and upset after what we experienced at Salsa Street. It was not looking like it was going to be a good night and disappointment was just looming in the air for all of us. But Sunny went above and beyond in every single possible way. I have never seen a waitress so understanding and friendly and accommodating. Slowly, our disappointment lifted and it made us completely forget about our horrible experience earlier in the night at the other restaurant. The baby was no longer crabby, the kids all loved playing the songs they loved on the juke box and dancing around in the dart board area. Our little one year old birthday boy went from being cranky and ready to have a meltdown to being the happiest baby smiling and playing with all of his cousins. I could not begin to describe how happy I am that we decided to come here. The food and drinks were good and timely. The one down side was that they didnt have any dessert so that we could sing happy birthday to the baby but honestly we were just so happy we didnt even care. My husband ran across the street to Woodmans and picked up a little cake and we sang to him anyways. Thank you to Sunny, the bus boy and the cook behind the scenes at Senor Dylans for making our night!

Awesome new Mexican restaurant in Cville off of Randall Rd. Ate here last night with my wife and son and the food, service and Margaritas were fabulous. Give them a try Im sure you wont be disappointed. I know we will be going back again and again.

We really wanted to like Senor Dylans because we love Randall Road House however, our experience the first and second time was not what wed hoped for. Our first time, the food was not all that great. We ordered tacos and unfortunately they were very dry. Prices seem a little steep for a new place. Each time we went we did not leave spending under $100. There was also a very loud bartender around the entire time. When we went back again the same bartender was this time sitting at the bar, again, being loud. The only good thing I can say is the homemade margs are delicious!

The food was delicious! Had the three tacos dinner and we tried the the queso and frijo elote dip. The tacos were perfect and the dip was phenomenal. Everything tasted homemade. Will be back to try more.

My husband and I had a drink at Dylans while we waited for our take away order, and it was one of the best margaritas Ive ever had. When we got home with our food, we were ecstatic because it looked and smelled amazing! I couldnt be happier that Sopes are on the menu. The kids loved their food, we loved ours, and cannot wait to go back. The service was fantastic, the restaurant clean and comfortable. We cant wait to go back. And seriously guys, thank you for adding sopes!

Wonderful hidden gem! Highly recommend the fire roasted salsa - some spice but with a good balance of sweetness. Enjoyed traditional tacos - carnita and steak, both excellent. The carnitas were exceptionally flavorful and juicy. We will be returning for more!

Went here with a Basement Renovator and I had a Delicious Burrito and a side of Chips and Guacamole. Tequila Selection Is Vast.

First impression was poor with a rude and obnoxious bartender. Plus, as a new business, you refuse to sell an extra taco a la carte? I want to give you money and you say NO? Bad business model. At least the waitress was nice and apologized for the bartenders abrasive attitude.Ill take my business to one of the other dozen Mexican restaurants in the 5-mile radius. Go elsewhere.

Food was marginal, steak tacos not great, margarita was good, service very good, focus for this,restaurant is not food but gambling.
