A good family setting. It has an arcade, a bar area and, of course, bowling. Remember to bring your own socks! The shoe size run a little big so you may need to choose a size smaller than what you usually wear. Unfortunately they dont have AC, but ceiling fans which is enough to stat fresh as you enjoy your game time. You can arrange great birthdays and parties with friends and family.

As mentioned in other posts, this bowling alley had its heyday long time ago. The bowling balls are full of cracks, the arcade is not very good, there are holes on the walls and the building needs up keeping.On a positive note, the staff was very friendly. But the owners need to invest and bring his bowling alley up to standards.

Its epic.Some lanes glitch out from time to time. But if youre here to have fun its really great.

Haven’t been there in awhile, but when I played in leagues, it was great. There service was great and the lanes were always clean and they had personal on staff of anything went wrong with the sweeper, but prices right know are very high if compared to before, you pay for an hour, they have 42 lanes, but in down season they don’t have alot of employes and if the sweeper has problems the waiting time can mess up you fun, sadly.

Loved it. The staff are very friendly, you get to have fun with your friends/family and the food is decent.If you can go to a bowling center where you can focus on just having fun its a worthwhile center--this is one of them.

Everything is old, we called for assistance few time due the pin machine get stuck. Need renovation asap.

I never waste my time giving reviews but this one completely took me out of my mind. Bruh, waiting time they said was one hour. Me and my family waited for 2.5 hours. Not enough bowling of different weights. Disaster!

Im not satisfied at all!! They charge very expressive, and the lines are not working properly. You spend time Everytime time the lines stop working. The poor illumination, and the waiting is not worth it. The only thing really working are the pool tables.

They must repair the units of A/C damage. Its impossible to bowl on that heated conditions.

One if the biggest around. Very accessible, they have an elevator also. They open every day. They put music Friday to Sunday.

Good place to take your family, coworkers or group of friends. The bowling balls need some care and the gaming system is pretty outdated but its a great old school bowling alley.

The wings are superb! The bowling parts, not going to lie, Ponces is BETTER!

Had a good experience the staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities plenty of parking and easy to find.

We had a good time but it was mostly because of my friends and not the place. We had many issues with bowling balls. They got stuck in the lane many times to the point that they had to switch us of lane. After that the balls kept getting stuck and we had to call for assistance many times. The arcade machines ate all of our coins and they refused to return the money. It is still a fun place to go. But keep in mind that you might have to deal with all these stuff.

Liked it. But I visited it on saturday and it was full of people. But the service and the track of the bowling area was good.

Too expensive for what they offer, arcade games mostly dont work, no music that night , many game glitches, waited 30 min for a lane when there were empty lanes. We came with a 3 year old and they gave us a lane with no bumpers we found out after asking if they could pull them out, when we asked why didnt they let us know that some lanes didnt have bumpers when they saw us with the kid, her answer was why didnt you ask

Ive gone there and its a fun place to be with your family

If I could I would just not give it a Star....We got to the Bowling Alley excited that we were going to have a good time since its been a while since we went to one.Once we got there we paid for 1 hrs($16 each), we got our lane, started playing, not even 5/10mins playing and our lane just stopped. We waited for a while to give it time to fix itself, after waiting we let the employees know that it wasnt working. They took almost 10mins to fix it, and they never stopped the time.We started playing trying to keep the mood of the game going and then it stopped again. We let them know and they moved us to another lane. They told us they would add those 10mins to our new lane, which they didnt and we had to wait 10mins more for that new land to function! So by now, we only played for 30/40 mins.The game finished, we went to the arcade area and system to play pool is just absurd. All the table were tilted.For being all excited we ended up being annoyed and mad to the point of writing this review. I remember when I used to go there as a child and this place has just gone downhill.Better go to Cupey then Carolina Bowling Alley.

The place is good to play bowling if you dont have much money. But is in desperate need of remodeling. The alleys are always getting stuck and the personnel has to fix it which takes a couple of minutes from your game, several times.

There were a lot of people. But the food was a 40min wait. And for the bowling was an hour and more than 30min waiting. They had a lot of lanes unused. I asked to the unused lanes and all they said was that they all work and that they were calling people, which they werent that much. When we finally got to play, the game glitches and it would stop and wed have to wait and then the points we made didnt come out or put points that werent real. We didnt really have fun. Plus even with coupons its a lot of money and a lot of wait for nothing.

Run down, ok food offering. Needs a new administration.

Theres a food area where you can get pizza, nachos, ect. On Saturdays after 9:00pm the lights go out and the music volume goes up and suddenly you feel like being inside a disco with a all-family environment. Theres a bar where you can get beers or drinks. Nice place to visit with all your friends!!

The alley needs some TLC, the proshop isnt that great either. Food and drinks are reasonable.

Of you go with a good group of friends you may have a good time despite the rundown facilities. They need to improve mantaining the lanes, balls get stuck constantly.

No air conditioning. Lanes are all broken and do not work. Nothing has been fixed since Hurricane María.

The machines sometimes lagged and wasted our time. The pizza is not too good, sodas are a bit watery. Aside from that everything else is alright.

It needs maintenance, and in my opinion they should also play some kind of music in the background.

The bowling machines are to old, to many tech. issues and they dont have enough employees to attend so many people in the register or the food area.

Facility is aging and equipment has issues. Stay could be friendlier also.
