Do not rent a jet ski from these guys. Our jet ski flipped over in the water and they made NO EFFORT to help us in the middle of the ocean to get back on. I was scared for my life drowning and they laughed right in my face. Had a great time today! The jet skis are very well maintained and powerful. The beach was beautiful and a half hour felt like a full hour. The waves were amazing and the staff was professional and friendly! They even hold your belongings for you until your ride is over! Go for it!!!

I liked the management and how they are structured with the boundaries of where you can ride the jet skis while protecting the people swimming. The staff were friendly and informative. Definitely would recommend.

This was my first jetsking experience and it was wonderful. The manager and staff are great. My husband and I were visiting PR on vacation back in September and had a long time gap going to check into our next hotel. We wanted to do jetsking during this time gap but worried about where we would keep our luggages. I called them up and we were able to move up our reservation time early and they watched our luggages for us while we jetskied. we jetskied for 30 minutes and loved every bit of it. Thanks Archies!!!

Orlando knows how to take care of people. Came down to Carolina for the weekend, and ended up using his services twice. First time was a hour tour which he brought us to a cool beach bar. this area was somewhat protected so the water was much clearer here than anywhere else during the rough waters that weekend. On my second time with them, I did the hour long free ride. Orlando wasnt at the table originally, but when he recognized me from a few days prior he ran over to let me know I could keep the Jet-ski out for an extra 30 minutes. Not only was he and his team amazing, but he also had an adorable puppy by his side.

No matter the time of my vacation or my friends a stop in Is always necessary. 5 star customer service. Definitely a stop that needs to be done every time in Puerto Rico. I can assure you the system and service is one that’s never been seen. Thank you for always welcoming me and my friends

Went with my friends from college and had an amazing experience. There was 7 of us in total and the manager and his employees did everything in there power to allow us to ride together within there rules. Such an amazing time. We got to jump and play in the beautiful water, laugh and had a great time while being safe. There was always someone with us just in case anything happen. The price is totally worth it. highly recommended

This was my family 2 time riding jet ski with this company , I had a horrible experience todayOne of the employees gave my son permission to drive the jets ski which my son is 20 but he had permission to drive it so one of the employees felt the need to talk in a rude way to my children it was a awful mess my grandkids were with me and the words coming out the employee mouth was horrible at the end the owner had a talk with me and seem to keep the peace ️ but at the end of the day at least my husband had a good time riding

I will start of by say riding jet ski is always fun no matter the place. If your a first timer at jet ski ur going to enjoy it ride regardless. Now Communication and customer service needs improvement. I book my ride through their online website. We were never told to bring in our email confirmation but they did have my wife’s reservation there. So we were told that we needed the reservation in order to ride the Jet ski So my wife and I had to get back into the car and go all the way back to the hotel to get My wife’s cell phone for the confirmation. The last thing on our minds was it let’s take our phones so it could get wet we did not know that they have a place where you get to store your cell phone while you’re on the Jet-ski that is something they need to have on their Website. But my cousin who also made an online reservation was not asked for his email confirmation so they need to get that together when it comes to online reservation. When we told one of the guy that we wanted a refund because we didn’t want to get in our car and go all the way back to the hotel to have to come all the way back over here on a Monday in the middle of rush hour in Puerto Rico he caught an attitude and was telling us that he could not give us a refund that we have to get the email confirmation or we lose our money that was very very unacceptable. So they need to get organized and know how they’re going to work when it comes to online reservations because they’re used to just having a lot of walk-ins. I gave 2 stars for the Experience of jet skis which I’ve been on but a 1 on Customer service

We had a blast! Very convenient location, and the lagoon is perfect waters for paddle boarding! Very reasonably priced, and lemonade at the stand was pretty much the best I ever tasted!

My husband and I rented a jet ski today for the first time for 30 minutes for $80. I chickened out about 10 minutes in, I did not like the feeling, but that’s my personal feelings. I get motion sick very easily, but I wanted to at least try it! My husband brought me back towards one of the workers and the worker kindly brought me back to shore. My husband finished off the last 20 minutes on his own, which he really enjoyed (without me screaming for my life in terror in his ear lol). There was a worker the whole time keeping watch on him and he did have his full thirty minutes. My husband said that the worker was giving him thumbs up periodically letting him know he was doing well. The workers back in the shack let me wait with them in the shade until my husband was done which was nice of them.

Rented jet skis from this location because they were next to our banana boat tent, and had an awesome experience! It was a friend and Is first time on the skis and after 5 minutes we were flipped over in the water- within a matter of seconds two gents were around us helping us back on the jet ski. After flipping we were a little shaken up so the gents allowed us to ride with them until we were comfortable. I had such a good time that we came back again the next day! Edwin was my “instructor” and he never left my side on both days making sure I was safe. Great service!

Best jetski ride ever. The staff working there are great. Ask them anything. They will show you how to ride if you have never tried it before, its very easy. The area they let you ride in looks small from the beach but trust me it is more than enough when you get out there. If you have anything with you, you can leave it with them, trust me it will be safe. The guys are always watching so nothing happens to your stuff. Take some drinking water for the heat. Thank You Orlando for a fun day. It was worth every pennie. Next time i visit im going to yall on the first day.

Worse Jetske company in Puerto Rico very unprofessional all they do is scam people for their money we rented the Jeske for half an hour for 80 bucks after 10 minutes they kick us off the Jetske because we were talking to each other on the water I asked for my money back and they said that is was my lost Very unprofessional and rude then I went next to them to Wow get ski rentals. They are super nice very professional recommend them to Everybody I explain to them what happened to me next-door I rent it for a half an hour and they gave me an additional half an hour to make up for the half an hour that I lost with Artchie Jeske rental

This had to be the worst experience so far out of all the things I have tried in Puerto Rico. It was my first jet ski experience and it could have gone better but everything felt rushed. We had to wait longer than told before getting on the jetski, there was a lot of shouting going on at us. Staff are rude and wouldnt let us capture our moment. My husband previously has experience with jet skiing out of Miami and he even said this was the worst experience. Wouldnt recommend.

Y’all let me tell YOU. I only have to give them one star because we were mislead so badly. I went with my friend on Monday March 12th 2019. We were told what to do by one man and lead to the water by another. There was a third man who was already in the water and a man at the station taking money. The FIRST man after giving us safety instructions told us to use our whistles if we needed help and someone would be over to help us. I fell COMPLETELY off and the ONLY reason I’m alive today is because another CUSTOMER (not any of the 4 men afore mentioned) came to save me.

Very helpful staff. They had people on point patrolling the water. We fell off be jet ski and got back up but within a couple of minutes one of the employees pulled up next to us asking if we were okay. Their jet skis are easily identified from the rentals because theirs are yellow. I would definitely recommend this jet ski company.

This is the best rental place in Puerto Rico. The guys are super attentive, they explained everything super well and made us feel safe. It was by far one of the best experiences in the island. Seeing the fort and the architecture from a different perspective, while having fun didnt have a price ! Overall 10/10 !!!!! THE BEST

They were all really nice till they kicked my husband out of the water, because he accidentally got water on one of the workers. After, a fight broke on the beach and they threatened my husband with a rope. I asked for the contract and they denied it. We went to the police after and they told us to get a lawyer and go after them that the police would be on our side. Instead go to Wow get ski rentals. They are super nice :)

We came around closing time and they made an exception for us. Amazing experience, they were super helpful and explained the boundaries and how to operate the jetski as it was our first time, will definitely come back to them if we come back to pr! The only thing is that we were VERY close to people who were swimming but that was why boundaries were put up by ropes and buoys, but if youre okay with that then its not problem

Worst experience ever!!!!! The owners son apparently runs the show. One the most rude and obnoxious people I have ever met. No proper direction before hand. They only care about getting the next person on and getting u off.

I strongly suggest to stay away from these guys . They are truly unproffesionals violent and scammers. While on vacation with my little brother we deceiddd to go jet skiing and they took are money and kicked us off 40 minutes early . After we asked why they kicked us out , they insisted we stood up while jet skiiing whitch was false . When asking for a refund the manager threatened us and had one of his employees flash a gun at us . This has to be the worst experience I have ever had and all I can say is go anywhere else but here

Just horrible. I payed for an hour and left early! The Equipment is all damaged the jet skis only reach up to 15-20 miles per hour. They lie to you and tell you something different ! They dont tell you your boundaries until after you pay ! I dont not recommend this place at all. Sucks
