Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Very clean. Lots of space to play even when busy with parties.

Took my grandkids there last week and Id be hard pressed to say who had more fun - them or me.The place is huge! I couldnt even guess how many trampolines they have. Theres a limit on the number of people per trampoline, so its very safe. And, seriously, how can you not have fun on a trampoline?!? But wait, theres more. They have these foam pits you can jump into! A serious good time. They may have other things to do, but we never got past the trampolines. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderfully quiet on a Wednesday afternoon. My daughter loved figuring out some moves on the scarves, boys loved battling gladiator style and they all loved jumping and flipping with no lines and hardly anyone else there. I loved a quiet place to read while my kids burned off energy on a chilly fall day.

Loved coming here every weekend before the quarantine, can’t wait for you to open up again!

Great place for Birthday Party.They allow cake and fruits for kids for you to bring which is great. Pizza was great. Our party helper was very tentative and helpful. Our party had people from age 3 to age 35 and everyone got to jump and have fun.

Fun, open and a variety of activities. Expensive. Must purchase socks so be sure to hold on to them for a repeat visit.

It was very cold for any non-jumpers. Picnic tables and sofas available for parents to sit at while watching their jumpers. My 8 y/o enjoyed his hour there.

Rockin tots time is great! Tiny kids dont have to worry about getting stepped on. They have Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other events. They release information on their Facebook page about any upcoming specials/events. The staff is very good with the kids and accommodating.

The only thing I can not stand is they let their employees and their friends go in and out of the side door which is right next to the couches that parents sit at. I was there for 90 minutes and that door was open and closed more than 15 times. Everyone on those couches were freezing. They should go through the front door. People were coming in from the outside as well which means the door is not locked from the outside either. Doesn’t make me feel so safe. I went and told the front desk that everyone is complaining how cold it is because their employees keep coming in and out of it. They said ok thanks. That’s it. THEN the person I told WALKS OUT THE SIDE DOOR!! Can you believe that?! I give 3 stars due to unlocked side door AND ignorance.

My kids love this place especially the foam pit and if course they like dad to do flips into the pit

Enjoyed this place again today. It was quite busy because of the kids off school but everything was clean and equipment in good shape as usual.

Great place to bring your kids to burn off some energy during days where they cant really play outside due to weather.

Great place my children loved it but the dodge ball staff was very rude even throwing balls at kids faces. Also why would you open a food area when your out of most of the food we went to get nachos they had no cheese and we wanted a pretzel they also didn’t have as well then we were going to get some ice cream but it was 3:25 that’s crazy I can buy a whole box of ice cream with that. Overall it was a fun place nice rock wall and foam pit.

Good place for kids to burn off energy. But its expensive, we have the monthly membership because paying 22 bucks for an hour of jumping just doesnt seem worth it.

We went there on a Sunday, it was not too busy. However the staff was courteous and appeared to be paying attention to what was going on. The bathroom needed a little attention but overall the entire facility was pretty clean. We will definitely be back with the kids.

Cool for kids from about 3 - 15. We did a birthday there which was very well organized.

This is an amazing trampoline park. I came here with one family member and I found that this place is fun, and extremely dangerous. I love this location. They have plain trampolines, aerial silks, dodge ball on trampolines, rock climbing, and them evil foam pits. It is very fun, but I would recommend that if you have a young child, you supervise them because danger is all around them.

It was just like the buffalo grove location but I felt buffalo grove is more better then this one.

Fun for the whole family and all ages. My wife and I are in out 30s and still had fun jumping around on the trampolines. Im also a big guy (250 lbs), no problems with weight on the trampolines. I would just say be careful if you are out of shape as it is quite the exercise and you will probably fall a few times.

We went for the kids and adults can jump too! The place is open to parties and spacious for kids to run around and enjoy themselves. Great exercise for all! The food is priced pretty good not crazy like some places. Staff is courteous and attentive so kids can not leave without being noticed. We used Groupon for tickets excellent deal. Will definitely go again!

Upon my recent visits to your establishment, many of the “Team Leads” or “Managers” are sitting around on their phones and messing around. My question to you is how can that be fair to all if those monitors on the floor who are on their feet doing their job. In my personal opinion, I think that some of those really great people that are monitoring, should in fact be the “Team Leads” as they are doing their job with a smile on their face and helping out where needed.Also, you have some AMAZING employees, but unfortunately you also have some not so good ones. At the foam pit, the employee stood their against the wall as there were people inside the pit doing nothing while my daughter was waiting patiently to go in.Overall, this place is great! But unfortunately you should maybe rethink your staff :(

The place is huge. It is pretty expensive though. Went to a 5 year olds birthday party here and they were all entertained and the service was nice and friendly.

Very awesome. The rock climb is scary at first but very cool. The dodge ball is also fun however, its more for like smaller kids. If it was for teenagers that would be awesome. The workers are great people as well.

Love the place but the staff needs better training. Customer service and social skills are completely unacceptable. Im actually embarrassed for the corporation and management team that has this staff working under them. Mistreating guest by not properly communicating nor understanding certain situations. There was a specific person (Male, mid-late twenties, brown hair with a thick beard) who belittled a young family, spoke to them in a negative tone and proceeded to talk back in a condescending demeanor. Im completely astonished I had to witness that. I feel that the staff should attend a training intended to sensitize people to their attitudes and behaviors that may unwittingly cause offense to others. Youre here to create returning guest not push people away. Remember your actions can depict consequences.

Attended a birthday and the kids had a great time. Rock climbing wall was great. A very entertaining experience for the kids. When going for the first time note that its located in a corporate sector. Ample parking and clean restrooms.

My son and his friends had a BLAST.

While waiting in line to climb little Avas time was up by 2 minutes. They wouldnt let her climb. Thats sad. 2 minutes over because she was waiting in line. Thats not how you treat little children. Train your people to have compassion or we wont come back.

Kids had a great time but some girl that worked there made me get off of a chair cause it was beeping...? Didnt make much sense.. was kinda rude. I have a bad back and just needed to sit down for a minute after having to chase my kids around.

My kids love this place. Love that its not stuffy and the staff isnt harsh. The kids love bouncing around from different stations. I love the flexibility of letting them run around without having to follow their every move. Have had several birthday parties here and the staff has always been more than helpful.

The Party that as hosted was nice and the children really enjoyed. Except the food that they provided (Pizza), I liked everything. Quality of Pizza is not good. They should definitely improve the quality and have some more options to choose as its primarily for Kids and the quality should be better. After few minutes, the Pizza became dry and Kids couldnt eat them.

Every time we have been to Rockin Jump the kids have had a blast and so have we! Their holiday parties are fun and offer something for all ages. The tot jump lets little ones enjoy some great exercise without worry of being overrun by big kids.

️️️️️ I took my three yr old on a Saturday morning and it was some of the most fun that she (we) had. There was tons of space and plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied. Afterwards they provided us with a coupon to come back a second time at a discounted rate. We definitely will be taking advantage of that!

I brought a group of teens from Village Baptist Church in Aurora. We came on a Friday night and had a GREAT time. The facility is clean and has many activities to participate in for the cost of admission. The staff was friendly and looked for ways to serve the clients. We stayed for two hours and could have stayed a lot longer as our kids were having a blast! Though this place was a bit farther for us it was well worth the drive.

I had my sons 2nd birthday party here. My son LOVED it. Our party host was AMAZING! Her name was Taylor she was just great!!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

Great experience. We hosted a large school event last weekend. All of the staff was very helpful. Kids and parents all had fun in private dodgeball games. We are excited to host another event there.

We were here for the tot jump with Santa and it was a great event. All the staff was wonderful with all the kids, Santa was very patient and playful with everyone, the activities offered a variety of things for the kids to take a break from the jumping and all the snacks were wonderful. I had my daughters birthday party here. They called and emailed me the day before for any last minute menu changes & were very accommodating. Staff was great at getting all the kids signed up and helped to serve food to the kids.

The kids had a great time. The facility is huge, clean and organized. There were a few times I wanted to question the integrity of the staff (young kids). A lot of congregating while we were waiting to check in and when we asked about optional items (sky jump) they seemed annoyed to have to say its available. Well be back.

The kids had a lot of fun at a birthday party they attended here. Parking can be a bit slim on busy days, so prepare to park having to walk a little. Also, arrive early to fill out the waiver. It takes about 3-5 minutes.

My child and I had a blast. What really lets it down were the bathrooms. Just nasty. An over flowing urinal, that just had a 3/4 full bucket placed under it. Urine all over the stalls. The walls there had a layer of grime on them. It was like the place had given up on cleaning the bathrooms and only mopped when someone complained. If you take your child it would be cleaner to use the side of the building instead of the restroom.

Very fun place for people of all ages!!! Very clean and safe and tons of staff around to prevent unsafe jumping!!! We had a party for our 6 year old son and the girl who hosted our party was amazing!!!! She cut the cake, gathered kids, helped clean up with presents and she was very nice and was helping with everything and helped us get the very most out of the two hours we had for the party!!!! Highly recommend for kids and for families its such a fun experience and I highly recommend this place for birthday parties!!! It was a blast!!!!!

My son had a great time celebrating his birthday here. They were also able to adjust the party price with fewer kids than Id reserved. I really appreciated that. Id go back for sure!

Had a birthday party for my daughter Sanjuana who just turned 9. Had a blast, Liz our host was awesome and answered any and every question we had. Place is very clean and maintained. The only problem we had were trying to get my kids to leave when the party was over!

My boys had a blast here. It was our first time visiting and while the price is perfect for tot jumping the equipment is not well maintained at all. Skyzone has much better maintained equipment. We may go back just because of the price but would really love to see them take care of the place.

Little one had lots of fun jumping. Dont get why toddlers have to pay full price if they cant do everything that they offer like rock climbing but found out about their toddler time in the morning so thats better on the wallet. Definately will go more often.

Trampolines are small for taller jumpers. Workers do mot maintain order. Facility is really showing its age. Climbing wall is a nice plus.

Really great place to bring your kids. Birthday parties are done really well. You can also pay by the hour. They even have days set aside for toddlers.

Cannot even jump on the same trampoline even thought you are required to waive all legal recourse. Your informed you jump at your own risk yet jumping next to someone is dangerous. Then in the dodge ball ring your allowed to jump next to someone because apparently its safe to jump next to other while balls are being flung at you. Very logical rockin jump. Maybe keep the rules uniform. Does not make any sense. Additional information not listed anywhere is the $2. 50 pair of socks your forced to buy and cannot reuse. Would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible place - jump at your own kids risk! Staff is not paying any attention, no rules, theres no waiting or taking any turns. Saw staff member sleeping on a couch and others walking around dazzed over. I would not go back.

I have worked with Sean on a few events and he has been great to work with. My kids always have a great time, they never leave the dodge ball area! My only suggestion is maybe opening a concession area that sells drinks & snacks. Something more than what the vending machines offer.

I love the concept and equipment, very fun place to go -- even for adults! Or bring your kids here to get them away from all the tech gadgets for a bit and burn off some energy! This was my first visit to a trampoline park. In addition to the mannnny trampoline areas, they also have a nice rock climbing wall, and I love that they let adults in all the areas to participate if they want :) They also have chill areas, i.e. nice leather couches and even pay-by-the minute massage chairs. The admission prices do add up, so we paid $100 for five of us. FYI, youre also required to wear/purchase their anti-slip socks for $3 a pair (unless you already have a pair from a previous visit). Id be cool if there were a reward program for return visitors or special discounts, etc.; perhaps they have these but I havent looked into it yet.We came to the Friday Neon Night after hours session (8-11pm) and had a lot of fun. I thought the black lights etc. would be more noticeable, but it was still cool. Some of the workers in general could have been a bit more friendly, but theyre probably paid minimum wage and have to deal with crazy kids all day, so I cant blame them too much! Maybe the business should motivate their employees with more rewards/recognition and they will be happier :) Also, I was a bit disappointed in the concession stand, as most of the displayed menu items were not available (no nachos, no popcorn, etc.). I did appreciate that the water bottles were reasonably priced at $1.The place is a good size, but it seems like there is lots of extra room at back of building/warehouse area, so looks like they could expand it a bit more. I’d like to see a bigger X gladiator beam (or multiple beams) in the foam pit area, and it would be cool if they expanded the area with the cloth swings, which were tons of fun but not enough swingin room. I would love if this place had an ADULTS ONLY night once a month or so, so us big kids dont feel guilty for pegging small kids in the face with dodge balls, ha! All in all, its great place to get some energy out and a fun experience for all ages in my opinion. I will definitely be returning, especially if I can find deals on Groupon or something.

We had my daughters 7th birthday here. The party host, Brittany, was amazing! She took care of EVERYTHING. The kids had a great time. A great variety of things for them to do. Very clean and well maintained facility. There were a lot of staff members present who made sure that the kids were following the rules. We will definitely be going back.

Ive been going here since they were extreme trampoline and it was great. After they got bought out it slowly went downhill. Removing the age limit for the bigger trampolines and now the workers there dont care about the rules. When they see my 4 year old get knocked down repeatedly because 14 year olds think its ok to jump on his trampoline and they dont say anything thats a problem. My child knows the rules and follows them so its not hard to do. Love this place but its going south pretty quickly

I was so disappointed with the service. I booked my sons birthday party here and when we showed up nothing was ready. The tables were dirty and I had to ask for a rag to wipe them down, the teenager that was assigned to our party wandered around the majority of the time. I had to grab socks for my niece to jump because I gave up looking for him. I was told you could only bring healthy veggie or fruit trays. The lady across from us had a huge spread of sub sandwiches she brought and her server gave her the drinks as they were setting up. I had to BEG for ours!! The pizzas we ordered were over 30 minutes late and we had to rush the the rest of the party. When I was ready to pay I went to the front and they were all goofing around the manager came out laughing asking me how my experience was.. so I told her.. she then took off two pizzas off from my party total (I didnt even get one of the pizzas). I will never be going back here, not even for open play. Im highly disappointed that such an establishment would be run so poorly.

Great place for kids. Very large warehouse, so theres lots of room for everyone. You can bring in your own food, etc. Only bummer is you have to have special socks, which you can purchase there.
