The best movie theatre ever. Hands down. Nobody comes close.- cheap tickets- incredible food(not cheap but not expensive). The burgers, Mac n cheese, and pretzel are my favorites- I don’t like beer but flix golden ale is incredibleThey have been doing everything they can with pandemic. I think they should be open because of all of the safety measures like distancing and air filtering. Really well job done by their management.

This place is really neat. Restaurant and theater in one. And a bar. Wednesday is discount day, so I saw Joker, for $5.25. Cant beat that movie price. Staff was very nice, and service was great. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

The personnel were friendly and efficient! I arrived within 1 minute of meeting my friends, who had my ticket, and the ticket sales lady did not question me but simply showed me the way to the theater. All areas were clean and social distancing was in practice. The manager was visibly present. The food was excellent and the seats were functioning properly. I love this theater.

We purchased tickets under the rules of 2 seats empty between guest parties. We sat down and another party sat within one seat. When questioned about them being in the correct seat, they said the manager approved them to move. No one ever asked us to move one seat but we did to follow the protocol. Not excited about the manager changing seats and blattenly moving someone and violating their rules. COVID is a problem...this is why it remains a problem. NOT HAPPY at all. We frequent FBH often. Very disappointed.

Everything about Flix screams comfort. The purchasing, seating, ordering, and paying processes are simple and efficient. The chairs are very comfortable with plenty of space per person and the staff is quick and polite. I pretty much exclusively go here for movies now. My only complaint is its too popular and shows sell out fast, as do the best seats. Best to order your tickets asap!

Enjoyed the movie and food while there on Saturday.Had a problem with our food service.Waited a long time for our food to arrive.We almost cancelled the food order.When we did receive the food it was delicious.Would definitely eat there again.The waiter was sorry about our order coming out really late.When looking at our bill we noticed he had taken off our bill the full amount!We were thoroughly surprised and happy to say the least.We received a note from the manager about how sorry he was about our time there.Very much appreciated time time and effort in making things right.We will be back again!

Love the special events! We went on a date night to see Christmas Vacation and had a blast. We have been several times not during special events and the service and food has always been very good. Truly a great experience!

This place is awesome. Food is great, and not really that pricey. Service has been exceptional every time Ive been there. Seating is super comfortable. The trays in front of you for the food slide forward and back and are very convenient. This is by far my favorite movie theater Ive ever been to.Only thing I will say, which I wasnt really aware of in the beginning, is that they dont let anyone see a movie that is already in progress. One of my friends in my group arrived a little late -- about 10 minutes into the movie -- and they wouldnt allow him to enter the theater. They offered him a ticket for a later showing, but evidently as a courtesy policy, they do not allow you to join a movie already in progress. We werent necessarily upset about it, but it would have been nice to know earlier.As I said, wonderful movie theater. Perfect place to go on a date, to go with a group of friends, or anything.

Service has become so slow. Waited over 25 minutes last night just to order even though we sat first in our row; then what we wanted was sold out. We used to love this place, but its not worth it anymore. And what happened to the spinach dip?? Best thing on the menu and they got rid of it!

We went for the brunch movie. I havent done that before. I had blueberry waffles with bacon on the side. Pretty reasonable priced. Its always expensive to go to a movie, but this is a nice experience. The big pretzel was also ordered. It was pretty good. The cheese was too spicy for me, but the mustard was awesome!

Wanted to check out a move this place was close. I love movies and craft beer win win situation. This place exceeded my expectations. I lean towards the higher end ABV so I had the Dr. Zeus... Great theater and offerings, normally good service, occasionally terrible service and poor conflict resolution - When we arrived, the ticket counter directed us to the theater and asked us to have the server in the theater direct us to our seats as soon as possible. Once in the theater, the server was not as friendly as the staff at the front counter. Though we followed the directions of the staff, management was disinterested in the behavior of the theater server.

Great seating and service right at your seat! The food is reasonably priced and higher quality than you would expect from a theater. Also cant go wrong with any of their beers.

Fix Brewhouse is a great fun place to go with friends or family. The staff is excellent at serving food and staying out of site for the movie. This is an excellent idea and we had a fabulous time. Oh and the Obie was great too!!!

I absolutely love Flix Brewhouse. Service is always great, the beer menu has a great selection, and the food is wonderful. Due to the nature of Flix, anytime there is a mixup with service (which is rare over my many years experience) I’m always met with kindness, correction, and when necessary proper compensation. The seats are comfortable and the theatre is always clean! Location is wonderful, and I love the different deals flix offers such as $5.25 movies on Wednesday, or $2 local beers on Monday. I always enjoy a movie on flix around my birthday :) Thank you for all your hard work and for being such a great experience!

Comfortable environment and great food and drinks. Make sure you double check prices and verify that drinks are definitely apart of there refill program. Dont just take the waiters word for it.

Love this place. Servers are always nice (except one). Food is reasonably priced and good quality. Disappointed that you cant get refills for the popped corn but you can buy 2 and still be under what most theaters charge. I kinda understand the gripe, but most servers will pay you no attention if all you get is a drink and popped corn

$5 Wednesdays and other special showings are great value. It doesnt feel like a movie theatre menu and thats great. Overall I love it and will always come back

Its always a concern for me when taking my mobility challenged son to the movies. They have a dedicated row for such challenges; easy in, easy out! Will definitely be back!

It’s very interesting how there is very little diversity is the films shown. The theatre definitely ensures many films with an emphasis on people of color are not shown. If they are shown, they are projected to turn a strong profit. For example, “Queen and Slim” was not shown at Flix Brewhouse, but “Straight Outta Compton” was. There are a number of films that are shown at AMC theatres and Landmark theatres that are not shown at Flix. The pattern and implied messaging is loud and clear. Decent food and adult beverages.

I have been to Flix a handful of times and the past two times, service was incredibly slow. I waited 20 minutes to get my drink and then another 20-30 minutes into the movie to get my salad. If I am paying a higher price for food and sit down service, even though Im at a movie, I expect to get decent service. Next time, if I have the opportunity to go to a regular theater, versus Flix, Ill choose the regular theater.

Nice place but unfortunately we had poor service tonight. Even though you place an order with an assigned number the first two items brought out were given to the wrong person (party of 3). My soda only can with a stir straw (my neighbor had his drink brought with a regular straw so I know they had them). I requested a straw when they brought my sons food and it took her 15 minutes to come back. About halfway through the movie I selected my service light to get a drink refill. About 15 minutes later the server finally came to see what I needed. She took my paper and empty glass but never brought the refill. I doubt Ill return. When paying a small premium for the dinner portion for pub quality food I expect better service. It definitely made the movie less enjoyable.

This is hands down my favorite local theater to go to for movies. I love the stress free method of selecting your seats at the time you order your tickets and the hilarious pre- show clips before the movie previews begin. The food is excellent and the service is always prompt. I would highly recommend their pizzas and the steak avocado wrap and their brews arent bad either. They currently have their Scarlet Wit as their seasonal, which is brewed and fermented with blueberries resulting in a rich red/purple hue and fruity flavor. (See photo)

Amazing. I didnt know what to expect, but I cant imagine going to another movie theater again! Still nice leather seats, they just dont recline. A tray pulls out towards your lap, and the food options are many. The beer tap list is even better! Date night? Yes, great choice. Boys night out with beers? Also yes. They changed the game on the movie experience. Food prices are surprisingly reasonable, and the online ticket ordering/pickup process is flawless.

Love the food and drinks there. Love fan fest events and being able to see the classics here. I probably see more of those type of movies here instead of new release movies. Keep it up!

We always have great service here! The facility is nice and clean. I would suggest NEVER getting a seat in the front row or they should offer a STEEP discount if you are in the front row as you are literally looking straight up the entire time because the front row seats are closer to the screen than other movie theaters I have been too. I really wanted to watch the movie that we went and saw so I was willing to sit in the front row but I would definitely reconsider in the future. Seriously, they should either not offer those seats or discount them heavily - as I felt sick and dizzy after watching Hobbs & Shaw here!

I absolutely love Flix! They have a great selection of films to view and a wide variety of brews to choose from.I always enjoy the beers for movie premiers and typically will try a favorite or featured drink on the menu.The silent ordering options during the movie make it easier to enjoy your time. You don’t have to worry about a craving or a need for a snack because it’s brought right to you.The theater is clean. The staff are kind and helpful.If you are in town and able to go, make sure you go in to see IT Part II or one of the throwback movies!

Quick and good service. Very comfortable seats with good sized tables that slide in and out. The food was pretty good. Prices for Matinee was pretty reasonable.

A great place for a date. Menu is changed every few months. For the price, the food is fantastic. I especially appreciate that you can get an assigned seat before you get to the movie theater. Highly recommended if you have not tried it yet.

Great beer selection. Fish tacos, macaroni and fried pickles were really good. Stayed after for an Irish Coffee, which was also very good! Will return.

Not a bad movie going experience. Be aware and mindful that there are noises, distractions, and other things that are not expected with a typical movie theater visit. however, it was a nice change-of-pace to enjoy that level of food and service with a movie. Tickets are cheaper, and food is a little bit more expensive, but you do have a larger array of food choices.

Food prices are pretty steep, and it tasted ok. Seating/table configurations arent very ideal for watching and eating, especially if you need to get up for any reason. Overall costs are high to watch and eat, I get the allure of being able to have good bite while watching, but will probably be a one or 2 times a year option for movies.

Great concept. Not only do they brew their own beers in house, they carry a nice variety of local brews. They also serve wine and a few other basic frozen cocktails like margaritas. Food isnt bad, there is a nice variety. Have always had good interactions with the staff. Best part, Wednesdays are only $5.25 a ticket.

First, lets get the positive out of the way......The food was pretty good. 4 out of 5. Quick service and it was delicious. Buuuut you eat in the dark, they dont have coke products, and 100 people in a room eating makes some noise that interferes with the movie.A better way Ive experienced is just having the food before the movie and only serving drinks during the film.....problem solved in other similar theaters.It was also very warm in the theater, the seats dont recline, and the space is very cramped due to the tables in front of you in every row.Lastly, the floor and every surface in the place seemed sticky. I assume because of the food in the dark mentioned above.Enjoy!

Been here enough to accumulate points; sold my family of 4 seats together but one has a 6 x 9 table space while others have whole tray, should’ve took my money elsewhere, hope food is good this time, last time they paid our bill forgot our drinks and messed up our food.Plus the don’t have sweet tea.I’ll be sure to be very specific next time.Can’t even move seats with my child without rolling chairs.My family has ordered foodI clearly don’t have enough space for a plate their size based on table space provided.

I went on my first date with my fiance here so Im biased! But I think its a cool experience and well priced. I enjoy the food. My only gripe is that eating dinner can get a lil noisy during a movie. :)

I’ve been here countless times and the food and viewing experience have been amazing. I recently saw Ford V Ferrari and it was such a great movie to watch in their theatre. I’m sadly gluten free so the fact they had gluten free food made me ecstatic!! Literally some of the best IPA’s I’ve ever had. Taste great and will get you buzzed fast! Not to mention you can order food and drinks while you watch your movie. They deliver right to your seat. One of the best theaters in the 465 circle. Cheapest movie tickets as well. The food is amazing as well. One of my favorite spots hands down.

For third time in a row, service was incredibly slow. Arrived about 30 minutes in advance but had to wait 25 minutes or so to place our orders. In each case food arrived late, after theater went dark. Concept is good but execution is poor.

What fun! Excellent facility. Helpful and friendly staff. The food I tasted and what I could see of others was high quality. The only disappointment was the projection equipment. I do wish that theyd go back to film for these things. The digital imaging was noticeably degraded -- sometimes to the point of distraction!

My first time here I came to see Jurassic Park. I had a very good time. The food was excellent and the theater was very clean. They have a very nice menu and they also have their own selection of in house brewed beers. I was driving so I couldnt try one. But I would recommend the wings and fries. I also had cheese sticks. The service was prompt and the food was hot. Its a very nice place to eat and enjoy a show.

Help was very nice and helpful! Place was clean and well designed. You can eat dinner in or out of the movie theaters. Food is very good. A bit pricey but not too bad. You can order popcorn and theater candy. Nice selection of everything! Seats comfy, and roomy. Some seats needed recovering.

As I stood at ticket counter, the clerk was on phone. Instead of placing the caller on hold, she kept us waiting for at least 5 minutes. As we waited, my movie noted the doors would close in one minute. Since I was late getting to my seat, the waiter either wouldnt stop to ask my order, or just ignored me. Any callers should be given a lesser priority than an on site customer.

On my first visit here i didnt know what to expect . I love the whole concept of not having to go to a concession stand,but being able to watch a movie then order food whenever i choose to. I thought the seating was pretty clever, my husband i generally pick our seating near the handicap area as we dont like to be crowded in. We both got an alcoholic beverage prior to finding our seats in the theater. The service was great and the appetizer along with an appetizer we shared was delicious as well. This was a good first experience for my husband and i.

It was my 1st time at a dinner movie theater. I loved the concept and over all I would have given 5 stars except one of my friends food didnt come until way late into the movie. She had to ask a waiter what was going on, or she may have never gotten her food. Other than that it was a fun night out with the girls!

My husband and I were amazed by the quality of the venue and the service. The server brought our food very quickly and the food was very high quality. They have their own brewery and the beer was fantastic. Definitely recommend this place!!!

After going to this theater you won’t want to visit a different one. Definitely the best experience! The food is decent, beer is good, and they don’t tolerate late arrivals.It’s the best place to watch a movie in Indianapolis.

Had one bad experience here now make that two. Came here a month ago to enjoy a night out ordered food it never came. Talked to an employee they said theyd fix it and get our food. 45 min later still no food and by this time the kitchen is closed. They made it right by giving us to free passes. Tonight we come to use those passes and they have canceled the show with no reasoning behind it. We will never come back $100 on food and a wasted $20 Uber. Very disappointed.

Have been here dozens of times. It was our favorite place until now. First time ever left hungry. Reserved seats G3 and G6 for the 7pm Xmas vacation show Tues. Dec.17th in theater 2. Luckily switched G3 with other gals so we had G5 and G6 together.Explaining this because the dark brunette gal with glasses (who did not give her name) waited on us and was the worst we have had. 20 min just to get water by someone else, but she came to give us straws. Never came back for an hour until after our food was delivered. Too late because our food was delivered ice cold by someone else and already sent back, yet no one ever came back to rectify it. Will be sure to eat before ever setting foot in there again.

Weve been going to Flix for several years and love the concept. Wait staff are efficient and try very hard to not interfere with the movie. We used to get the quesadilla there, but its not on the menu now. Got the Nashville hots and they are HOT! Would like to see the quesadilla come back.

Service is great, but theres considerably less reason to go here as a foodie than in the past.The menu changed over the past year to be more... I dont know, modern hipster-esque? Replace their previously fantastic quesadillas and other menu items with smaller portions, and greasier, less interesting selections. ex: The standard, overpriced pizza slices that every place in Indy now serves.Flix Brewhouse previously had literally THE BEST quesadillas in the entire city, and now their menu is generic and feels either cost-cutting or are appealing to more generic tastes.I dont drink, so excuse the low rating. Im sure the beverages are fine, and Im otherwise happy with the service.But for me personally, theres no reason to go here anymore versus a normal theater. All I want is the popcorn, anyways.

This is the only place to go see a movie! Staff is excellent, beers are legitimately mind-blowing regardless of this being a movie theater, Good is great (even catered to represent some of the movies too!), seating is fantastic. They have great media in the lobby and special items for sale for some movies. I LOVE the idea of making a beer specially to match a movie’s theme or quotes— brilliant! I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you haven’t been, please go! You’ll never want to go to a regular theater again.

We were a minute late and they wouldnt let us in, said its policy because it disturbs other viewers. Im not sure what the difference between that and getting up to go to the bathroom is, which I have done there before and they dont kick you out. Food isnt good enough for the prices. I only come here on Wednesday because its cheapest and dont order anything but I dont think its worth that anymore.To answer reply:Wouldnt a simple have you been here before suffice? Besides no one has ever explained allergies to me or anyone one I know.

Very cool place for dinner and a movie wrapped into one. A great bar selection including tasty house brews and a nice menu. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I will say, I learned about myself that I like to see my food when eating. That took some getting used to. Very reasonable prices. Looking forward to our next visit.

Fun place and solid food.Price is really comparable to eating at a sit down restaurant AND seeing a movie. Just happens all at one place.Food is very good. All options are solid and drink refills are free.Theaters are good sized and only rows A and B are super close to the screen.

I am a big fan of Flix Brewhouse. We are movie lovers, but dont often have a lot of time at night, so we find ourselves choosing between a restaurant or a movie. Flix Brewhouse provides a happy medium. Although not on par with fine dining, the food is very tasty, and pizzas are made with a homemade crust you would not expect at a movie theatre. Combine the food with a movie and full drink menu, including draft beers, and you have a winning combination.

We will DEFINITELY be making the drive back to Flix for more movies! Prices were a little higher, but for the convenience of PICKING YOUR SEAT!!!! and not having to arrange time for dinner and a movie it was an awesome deal.

I love it because its close to my house and an easy way to combine two activities rather than doing them separately. Make sure to use your button for the wait staff to return. Dont confuse someone delivering a drink with your waiter. I have done this twice where I asked the person delivering I drink to get me another drink and then was disappointed when no one returned. Prices are reasonable and the food of average quality. Basically Pub fare with a Twist.

At Flix Brewhouse, you can watch movies while eating your dinner. It is very convenient to eat while watching the latest hit movies. A local Brewery makes this place the ideal movie house, complete with their own kitchen and delivery service, right to your seat. Great service and good food- what more could you ask for?

My boyfriend and I have enjoyed coming to Flix, they keep the facility clean and the customer service is always positive .. the only comment we both had during our last experience was that it seems that they have made some changes w/ their food supplier - same menu but cheaper food products...? Especially referring to the fish tacos, fish and chips and pizza. When we have previously ordered these items they were much better quality, fresher, and more notably prepared with high standard products? Not entirely sure what exactly has caused the change in great to a below average meal. We assumed they’ve cut some costs for the food, but just letting management know that it unfortunately does show (in my opinion) and was disappointing... neither of us finished our meal. Otherwise, we have always had a harmless experience at FLIX :)

My wife and I were looking for a theater/dinner place for a date night before the baby gets here and thought about giving Flix a try. We found the show time to attend but traffic caused us to be about 5-10 minutes late. I wish we had known their policy about rejecting customers who arrive late, Im just glad we didnt purchase tickets beforehand (no refunds for late arrivals.) We ended up just grabbing food to go and renting a redbox, but we were pretty shocked that they would refuse to seat a 39 week pregnant woman and her husband who just want to enjoy an evening together, we wont be going back.

Food is pretty good although if you like your burgers well done dont expect them to cook them to your liking. The beer is pretty good as well seats are nice and comfy my waiter was not good at all, he didnt bring us our ticket until we requested it, and when he eventually did bring it, he ignores us if we werent standing there I may eventually come back but definitely with a little more caution.

I had a wonderful experience at Flix Brewhouse! I purchased my tickets online which was a great experience as well - very step by step and didnt leave anything to question. I picked the exact seats we sat in. I arrived to find each seat set like a table. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The prices were great. The staff were friendly and quick. My whole family had a great time and I have already been recommending Flix! I will definitely be going back!
