We decided to try this out for our sons birthday. Everyone had a blast! The staff was so nice and courteous. They were on top of everything making sure all our needs were met. One of them saw us trying to take a family photo and came over and offered to take one so I could be included. We will never go anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at Laser Flash. I remember having some seriously fun birthday parties here. Arcade is fun, laser tag is fun, food is good. Can’t really go wrong here.

Great place for my son to celebrate his 13th birthday! This place is huge and lots of fun with a different games that they play. The arcade has a lot of appealing games so bring extra money! An observation deck allows you to watch players from above.

This was a great time. We had about 20 family members going against each other, with 10 on each team. My girlfriend told me not to shoot her because it was her birthday. Well, I shot her 15 times (they give you a data sheet after you finish. Footnote - her brother-in-law shot her 115 times!, so a great place to find out which family feuds run the deepest ;-)

We visited for the first time today and were very satisfied with the customer service! It was a very friendly, welcoming environment. Clean establishment. The deals they offer were very reasonable. I liked that there was more than one game back to back. I just didn’t like having to go back to base to recharge. Once we made it to headquarters across the room we had to go recharge. I plan to be back in the near future

So much fun! This #lasertag arena is pretty great. Two levels and bases all over. Its so much better than when I was a kid (and even then it was great).

Not only close to home, but, the kids love it! Clean, family friendly. The arcade like atmosphere has plenty of tables for parties large and small. Pizza is the main fare. Its good. The game floor is good and laser equipment is kept clean.

My two sons and I had a great time here. The mission briefer, Joanna, was firm in the briefing, not letting unruly kids derail the briefing, but still being cordial. The staff was readily available during the games so those that got confused did not remain that way for long. The 8x3 format was great, especially for those of us who were new to the experience. We are looking forward to coming back, and hopefully bringing friends with us.

Fun games (a but pricey for what they are perhaps), and great laser tag. You could get lost in there--and in the heat of battle, I certainly did a few times! Staff is kind, pizza and snacks are pretty bottom-of-the-barrel, and the whole place smells like cleaning products. Not a great smell at all, but I guess Id rather that to the alternative.

Edit to Add: ive since outgrown this facility into paintball. They are great for kids. The prices seem fair and the arena is better in every way compared to all Indy metro laser tag facilities.

Great customer service and very friendly staff. The facility is very clean and has a good layout in both the lobby and the laser arena. Equipment is cleaned periodically.

Good experience, bathrooms could be a bit cleaner and updated, but overall the Lazer tag is very good. The arcade games are a bit lackluster, not many or much variety, but the main attraction (the Lazer tag) is very reasonably priced and very fun. 40 players all going at it in two stories is an experience you cant get at many places.

We had my son’s birthday party here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We haven’t had a chance to see the updated laser tag room, but we all had so much fun playing in the old room! There are plenty of arcade games to keep the kids busy for hours. One of our favorite gaming places!

Best laser battle place. The battle area is larger than most Great video games too, even though theres not a ton.

My 16 year old and his friends had a blast with Lazer tag and the game cards that came with the birthday party package. The employees worked with us every step of the way so we would know what to expect. I thought several players would sit out the 2nd round of Lazer tag, but they all wanted to play again and several of the kids (male and female) mentioned they were surprised at just how fun it was.

Definitely a good place to go with the family took my wife here and my little brother first 25th birthday and it was a blast I gave it four stars because it needs to be bigger like bigger bigger but its pretty big

Went there for a Bros night out. We were a bunch of late 30 year olds. Even though we were the oldest ones playing, the staff didnt hassle us. Fun times right off the monon.

I planned a private party with Peter at Laser Flash and it was such a great, well organized, and easy experience. We had approximately thirty 21+ guests. Booking the private room, ordering food and drinks, and signing up to play all happened with ease. I would highly recommend!

1st Class Facility, Disappointing Game Play.Let me start with the good: Fantastic facility. The Game Play area is an excellent two level place with a nice observation deck. The whole place was very clean, neat, well maintained and organized. Arcade games appeared to be well maintained. I love the way the arcade games have prices instead of using a point system with the game cards. The staff was friendly and the orientation video was pretty good (but we still felt we had lots of questions that could have been better answered as I will explain). It felt very open in the arcade and sitting areas. And all the seats and chairs looked clean and new (or well maintained) Also, the Noble Roman’s Pizza place being inside the facility is a great concept. It would make a great place for a party.We did have fun overall; however, the game play is very disappointing. I found that no one seemed interested in the idea of going back. We used to play at X-cite for many years before they closed down this last December 8th. We were hoping for the same great game play as X-cite. But we felt after visiting Laser Flash, We want to “keep looking” for another facility. We played two of the four versions. (Team Base and Headquarters). We found ourselves becoming bored because the scoring is all about hitting the bases instead of playing laser tag with the other people. There was a child who had discovered he could stand under a base and keep shooting and recharge at the enemy base and could recharge himself without going to a base by going to a special mode protocol. He was racking up tons of points without worrying about playing other people. Once my son figured out what he was doing he began to copy it and we quickly discovered the whole game play was terrible. It also appears you can shoot your own team members and get points. Also, the person doing our orientation could not directly answer questions like how many points targets scored. He was unclear about if people could get points hitting you after your equipment was flashing. The spy mode explained on the video is unclear and did not simply explain that it changes your equipment to the other teams color.For us, we just wanted a game of shooting each other. All this stuff about bases and sectors made the laser tag boring. They should put a limit to how many times each person can shoot a base or make the point system of hitting other players worth far more than standing under a base for 8 minutes and shooting. There was no motivation to work as a team against the other team. If you stand and defend a base you will never get the points that someone finding an empty base and just shoot it.I also found their website very frustrating when I was looking up the facility. The picture I included in this review from the front counter is the kind of information I was looking for on the website that was not available. I finally had to call Laser Flash and talk to a staff member just to find out prices and such.If you have a bunch of 7-12 year olds, they will probably have a great time. But teenagers and adults (I would think) will get bored quickly. I hope they will consider adding game plays that are more competitive against the other players instead of all this silly mission stuff.

This was a nice clean place and the staff was attentive. We went for a birthday party for one of my sons classmates and it was better than i would have expected. The kids had fun and the layout made it easy to keep tabs on everything. The cards they obtained through the party allow them to come back and get perks for a month after the visit. Pretty neat!

Laser tag! This place is the dope. 2 floors and huge. Love the setup. Arcade looked great for kids but i spent all my time with the kids playing laser tag! I will definitely be back.

Do not get caught up in the 40 minute session, its 24 minutes of laser tag and 16 minutes of getting ready. During the getting ready process the employee was very rude. However we did enjoy the arcade games. Very well priced and displayed. The 50% off arcade with a membership is not true however, its more like 20% off. Still would put Laser Flash as one of the best Indy laser tag places, since most are run much more poorly.

Lazer tag was awesome! I think it would be a good place for both adults and children. The game changer is the arcade. You can actually play for a long period of time and get somewhat meaningful prizes relative to what you spend.I have been to several arcades and this one is the best bang for your buck with most games at .25 cents if you buy the membership card.

Best place to play Laser tag in Indianapolis area! We have been going to Laseflash for almost a year now. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. It is clear they truly want everyone to have a great time! Especially the manager Stephanie! The facility is clean and the prices are great! Especially if you get a player card!

This is by far the BEST laser tag place Ive been to in my life. I havent been to a better place and honestly, it kind of has ruined other places for me because theyre not as good as this one. 10/10 would recommend

Seems great for kids from 6 or 7 up to 12 or 13. Good for birthday parties. They can do pizza there. Bring your own cake. The laser tag space is decent enough. They seem to have upgraded some of their arcade games in the last few months. Only real complaints I have are 1) the young kid they assigned to our birthday party was overwhelmed with his job. We only had 6 kids. It wasnt like we had too many to keep up with. He needs more training, or more help. And 2) they insist on allowing kids to play games and win tickets (to their credit they are no longer physical tickets) and then go buy some of the cheapest garbage you can imagine. To be fair, this seems the standard for this type of business these days. But that fact doesnt make the reality any less aggravating; I still end up throwing almost all of it away within a week because it broke.

Fun place. Definitely worth the membership cost. Pays for itself first time if you are playing arcade too. If not two visits pays for itself. Well worth it.

I really did not enjoy my time here at Laser Flash. I have had other friends recommend the place; however, they must have been made of money. The prices are way too high. 16 dollars for laser-tag? Yeah right. Half the vests (or whatever they were called) were broken and the arena was the most dirty, dusty, broken place I have ever visited. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.The arcade was also too expensive and had a lack of games. There are always little children running, literally running around the place like it is some playground. I was trying to play a simple game ski-ball with my cousin but some little just came up and started taking the balls and playing on a different machine. When I asked for a refund for the game the employee I asked brushed me off and refused; however, when I asked another they were happy to help.The only saving grace about this place (and why I am not giving it one start) were the other employees. The one I spoke to about the game, their name was Chris or Christian and he was disrespectful. All the other employees were extremely nice and helpful. I WILL NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Fun place to play laser tag. The guns are more complicated than simple point and shoot and better explanation could have been provided, such as what each of the extra modes actually do and also how points are determined (whether base tags are more or less valuable than other hits, etc.)

The new buy three games that you can use any time deal is pretty good, and my 8 year old son and his friends love the laser tag. Swiping cards for $1 video games adds up pretty quick, but maybe watching the money count down is helping the kids learn how fast money can be spent if youre not careful? Also, as an old person, I miss plugging quarters into games. Sigh.

Even as an adult, I enjoy coming here with friends. They have a decent selection of arcade games that are much cheaper than Dave and Busters. Though they are mostly ticket type games, not as many of the video game type. They also have decent Noble Romans pizza and beer available.The laser tag arena is why you people come here though. Its one of the best in the area, equipment is usually in good shape and the arena is quite large with 2 floors which makes things more interesting as you can snipe people from above. Each session is 40 min long with 3 games each, thats just about right in my opinion, not too long or short.If you come Mon-Wed they have good specials for you to maximize your value, just check out their website.

Never went inside, but it was a Saturday evening around 9pm and it was totally empty...so we didnt stay.

Have been here once a few years ago, and it was my first time back since, which was an overall amazing experience!

We went for laser tag. We were the only three people there but were told that a group of ten+ people were reserved for the next time slot so we waited. While we waited we played arcade games, which were luckily half-price. After waiting for our laser tag time slot we were told that the group had cancelled so we played (the three of us). Their laser tag area is a significant size but it wasnt much fun trying to track down two people. My gun stopped working and I had to exit the game to get a new one. This was time lost to play and it was disappointing. The group showed up after our session ended and we were told we couldnt play in back-to-back sessions. If we had known that prior we would have either waited or cancelled. Drove from Indianapolis, dont think it was worth the drive.

Great place for laser tag. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The only draw back was that, it says one session was 40 mins, when actually youre playing 3, 8 min games. Despite that, I would definitely recommend and plan on going back again.

The staff here are excellent and the facility is well maintained. The current road construction in Carmel makes it difficult to get there so be sure to call and ask for directions.

The machines here were extremely dysfunctional and I was faced with multiple errors. Employees were particularly unhelpful and diddint even attempt to fix obvious errors in the machine. They insisted that it was user error when it was not. Bad experience!

We came here with family and had fun. It is an expansive course with ramps and multiple levels. Equipment was in good shape. Nice arcade with tickets and prizes. An embedded Noble Romans is on site. Nice that they offer free 5 dollars in game credit if you join their email list.

This was my favorite arena back in early 2000s: multiple game modes, 5 second shields up when hit to run away & you couldnt fire, & better music.Now its 3 seconds & you can fire off a shot as your shields go up, ffa & team with fire mode selector, music wasnt even that loud...No more Makoto... At least get a DDR machine in there.I do like the laserflash badges to lock in your unique call sign
