Well merchandised, very neat and clean. Had everything I was looking for that I had seen online. Cashier was friendly and courteous. Overall a great shopping experience. I will definitely go there again.

I went for an online pickup. The staff was friendly and had my order ready when I went to checkout. They even found me in the store when they had a question. Great selection and great deals. This birthday card making was done with supplies from Michaels.

When shopping on Friday, September 25, two different clerks asked if I needed any assistance. They were friendly alert,and knowledgeable. In the past, I have seldom seen sales staff other than those stocking the shelves. I found everything on my list.

Excellent cashier (as usual), but zero help on the floor finding what you need or asking questions (as usual). Had to assist a fellow customer, because theres never an associate around to ask for help. Clean store. (Gotta end it on a high note)

Rude managers! I was looking for the Caron big cakes color yarn. There was 1 in the store. I was then told I could drive 45 min to hour out of my way to get the remaining cakes of yarn I need and or I could order online. I asked for a rain check and was told rudely that we don’t do that anymore. When I made my purchase I was pushed about my rewards membership and I used a 20% coupon and tried to use my military discount and was told I need to register my ID card to my rewards membership. The chambersburg pa store didn’t tell me that.

Its a rather nice place with a calming atmosphere for all ages, whether you craft, paint, or draw or part take in any other form of visual arts it will always be the art store to go for me.

They do not require masks to be worn by customers. After a family of 5 without masks and coughing, not covering their mouths, I walked out and will not return . I posted on FB for others to see. Employee told me wearing mask was customers choice. My choice is to never shop there again since Michaels does not have concern for the customers well being. I will be passing this info on to everyone.

I visited today and quickly found what I wanted to buy. Only 1 check out was open and I was in line behind 4 or 5 people. After about 8 minutes another cashier opened and I quickly checked out.

Now they want to put things 30% and you can get 30% off its 30% on rewards card when I go I want to save the money right away I shouldnt have to be a member to save money

Its clean friendly place the store workers very knowledgeable when asked where something was an know how to use it an said if there wasnt something there that we were looking for they could probably order it special, made me feel good about the store

Service was excellent! I needed to get a very special painting framed and I had no idea what I wanted other than rustic. I was offered several suggestions as far as frame and mat. The choice was tough to make, but we were able to come up with the perfect package. I cant wait to see it hanging in my cabin.

Michaels is a great store for Crafts, school projects, toys for kids, squishies, and so much more! The squishy brands are Orb and creatology. Not a Michaels brand, but thats completely ok.

I dont usually shop at Michaels because I think that their things are a little more expensive than other arts and crafts stores. I dont really know why, but I dont like the way this particular store is laid out. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful though.

This Michaels is usually well stocked and clean. They dont always have what you are looking for however. Their prices are reasonable and always having sales/coupons. They have been branching out to more home decor items in the last few years.

I dont shop crafts much, but this store seems to have TONS of goods. I like the selection, and I had two paintings framed here. They did a beautiful job, but it was more expensive than I had hoped.

Dont like art that much but this place has everything you need for that field of study.

I really hate going to this store. THE REASON---- I spend to much money. Its like a candy store for a kid. If they dont have your craft needs, you dont craft. Their coupons are awesome, and you dont have to be worried that there is fine print that when you get to the register you bill will be more than you thought. GREAT STORE!!!!!

Bathroom was shut down and employee didnt seem to care. Decided to go to Target instead because their bathroom was working. Lol. All in all, its a good store. A little pricey, but they have almost any craft item you need.

Its a nice clean place but there is not really people out to help you find items.

The customer service can be hit or miss. They have a fantastic scrapbooking section. You can get to the coupons from your smart phone which helps because I think some things are over priced.

I needed a frame to fit a lady (Jenn) she was a great help. She took time to help me fit the puzzle into the right size frame. She was awesome!

Online ordering was very easy . Just walked to the frame department an gave them my ID an I was on my way .

Long line because one clerk does not know how to process a customers check and the other clerk had to leave her register twice to help. A third employee walked around ignoring the problem. After the check problem was solved, that third employee showed up and opened another register. Too littke, too late. No way to run a store.

It’s a good store with a good selection. Even though the sliding door hit my head while sitting on the bench by the exit.
