They offered a cheap rental mobile home. I guess you get what you paid for. I think the landlords job is to do maintenance and care for the tenant for 6 months because once that is up she avoids you. Doesnt return calls. Lacks maintenance crews. The landlord doesnt even go in the office! Never is there even before Covid-19. Great place if you want cheap, but you get what you paid for. They dont even know how to divide rent in half correctly! Had an issue with my first months rent 4 months after living there! They accept pets.
