A friendly well-run resident-owned over-55 MH park. From what I can see as a contractor working in the park, the board of directors (made up of resident volunteers elected by their peers) keeps standards up, costs under control without being short-sighted or cheap and generally address problems quickly and for the good of all. As an affordable place to retire to in one of the most expensive zip codes in the area, this one is a winner.

My best friend from high school recently moved here. This mobile home Estates is very clean and well-maintained. The on-site manager always has his eye out for everyone, and was aware when I was there visiting my friend. If you value high-security, this is the place for you. It is also only for 55-year-olds and over. Did I mention it is in beautiful Capitola, California? Enjoy the beach!

Great place to live for seniors. Moderate income seniors who can pay their bills and want to live near the beach.
