Never go to a casino expecting to go home with loads of cash. Go with the idea of this group s just entertainment...how much would you spend on a night out? Find an amount you are comfortable with...and keep it. That way if you dont win you wont be disappointed.

Very clean and the staff is always respectful and will help in anyway possible to assure each visit is amazing.

At least you can get complimentary sodas and coffee. Every place else you have to have them brought to you. Covid restrictions are not as strict but social distancing isnt hard to do here. Someone put some thought into customer service and protection here. Your covid.protected but the germ police isnt walking around ruining your experience like they do at other casinos. Theyve taken time to protect the patrons but all the machines are open. And its comfortable

Who ever is on the loudspeaker on nights really needs to learn how to speak without treating customers like they are a nuisance. Announcing when the bar is going to close, when the bar closes, 30 minutes before closing, 15 minutes before closing-- the guy sounded angry that anyone was still there putting money in machines at all! Horrible for business. Totally negative vibe. Drink machines were shut down at 1:30 when they dont close until 3 a.m. The new owners have something to learn about SEMO hospitality.

Nice larger casino with lots of amenities and a mix of older and newer games. Take a break to watch the mighty Mississippi River rolling by and your troubles will seem to flow downstream.

I guess those machines are super tight because I go in there three or four times a month spend three or four hundred dollars and over the years I have never left a head one time hard to believe isnt it

The casino is nice but customer service is less than stellar and this is supposed to be entertainment. They do provide masks at the tables as you are required to wear them when playing at a table game. Lone Wolf has good burgers. No other dining options right now but they said new options are coming.

Went today for the first time since reopening due to virus. Enjoyed my visit even winning a little.

Theyve taken a lot of precautions. Plexiglas separators between machines. Masks required but some people only had face shields without masks.

The machines are showing their age , sticky buttons. The concierge staff left early . Therefore we couldnt get a players reward card. All the money we spent we couldnt get the updates on up coming events. The staff at the front was great ! Please spray the entrance for mosquitos they were relentless.

First visit,no comp.,or password for card,limited machines,mostly old one,i had to pay for my stay,at nearby Marriott 105 for weeknight,I played for 4 hrs straight, on slots,wont go out of my way ,as I did,too play there again,I can get their treatment, anywhere!!!

They have made preparations for Covid. Plexiglass hand sanitizer, even mask if you need.

We love going here for the all you can eat crab legs which is seldom offered but is such a wonderful treat when available. The line is long during this popular time so its best to arrive early and seems that the hours between 4 and 5PM are most ideal. The regular buffet is certainly nice however crab leg days are our personal favorite!

Loved the fact it was quite. The other times I arrived it was too loud. Love that the slots have volume control. I had a wonderful experience. Dealers and staff were very professional and courteous. My only complaint is my card became unreadable and I couldnt collect points.

After being in the car for 3 -4 hours my wife and I stopped in here in here to walk around, use the restrooms and try a few slot munchies. We would have ate lunch here but the restaurant wasn’t open.A few of the machines kept making me increase my bet after just one spin. I didn’t really like having to increase my bet after every spin. I would bet one 1 credit and then I would have to go up and bet 2 or 3 credits before I could go back down to 1 credit. And then it would only let me spin it once before I had to increase it again.But other then that. I had a fun time here. Clean restrooms and friendly staff.

This is the worst casino I have ever been to. I love to gamble and this is the only casino I can consistently lose $200 without a single win!! I understand gambling and I don’t expect to win but after thousands of dollars and years of going here I am finally done!!! I have never had a big win or a jackpot and consistently have lost $200 weekly. If you want to have fun and gamble !!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Everyone that works there is always helpful. My mom lost her cane and she went to desk and they had found it. Plus mom had dropped money on floor and a worker seen and gave to her.

Ok so I lost mt money immediately. So did my wife. However, when we stop putting the casino card in the machine. We got all our money back and more. It was a good night.

Old video poker and keno with bad pay tables. WiFi hasn’t worked in over a month. And now switching from coke to Pepsi products. Time to start driving further to other casinos. Century bought recently and not only isn’t improving anything but has so far made things worse.

Nice clean casino with a large variety/selection of machines. Pleasant atmosphere, good food, and the payouts were decent for our first time there.

This is the closest casino to me. It’s a nice place. Spacious, dealers are nice. Drink service could be improved.Like playing roulette. Best thing is I’m actually close to upgrading a tier and I haven’t spent that much money. Get good cash rewards and food comps as well.

Have won a decent amount of time at this place. Always have a good time when we visit here. The hosts could be a little better but have gotten some pretty good rewards.

It is very clean and has large banquet rooms that are very accommodating. The bathrooms are something out of a magazine and well maintained. The entertainment is good.There are so many levels of entertainment for the casino side. This is a great place to take out of town guests.

Their Farradays Steakhouse server was not friendly, spilled an entire glass of water on us and not only didnt apologize, she proceeded to laugh. While the food was decent, a little over priced for the quality, the service and lack of customer service here will prevent us from returning for a second visit. Its unfortunate that we chose this place for our first Valentines Day. The manager didnt care to do anything either when she came by to see how everything was.

It was fun. They had a live band there and I lost a lot of money. My fault really, didnt know what I was doing. I just hated that not only did you have to pay for drinks, but you also had to track someone down to get one. Plus it was really expensive.

We attended a private party in the bar, Kellers. There is a beautiful view of the river. The dinner, including a shrimp bar, salad, steak, grilled veggies, and a gorgeous dessert, were all delicious. The service was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that, being a casino, the odor of cigarette smoke permeates the entire facility, even though its obvious the casino tries hard to control this.

Good place to go for losing money,exceptionally noisy, the reek of tobacco use is everywhere in the building from the front door to the end of the casino floor,the restaurant service personnel are very friendly and attentive, but not very busy,the buffet was the high light of the business,but it no longer exists as I would expect the casino will die like the buffet.

Nice overview of the Mississippi River. Good drinks. Biggest drawback is they allow smoking in the Casino which is a big turnoff for me. Dont go if you have respiratory problems.
