Quiet beach area on the river. Soft sand with minimal rocks and shells, low crowds during the off season and ample parking. Boat House restaurant on-site for snacks or dining as well as a fishing pier. There are restrooms available. There isn’t much shade or seating areas, so bring chairs and an umbrella or beach tent.

Use it regularly but please open the 2nd side to the boat ramp. Middle of season & one ramp gets backed up badly every morning & late afternoon. Some of the sand from the beach has filled in a small portion but no reason to close it. A quick run with a front loader or a couple guys with shovels would make quick work of it and relieve a lot of frustration for those of us that pay annually to use the ramp.

Had fun with the grandkids on the shore. It was a beautiful and peaceful day.

Went to see Santa arrive on the boat, and the kids loved it they had alot of little activities for the kids while waiting in line to see Santa. Besides that its a cute beach area with community center and a restaurant. Also they have a colony of Quaker Parrots that are pretty neat to see.

The boathouse dosent have very good food. beach water isnt safe. closed during corona while google says there open.

Nice place to go to see the sunset hang around fish lock the dog or you could always go to the boat house bar and grill

This idea of having a small, family-friendly beach in Cape Coral is more than amazing. I really enjoy bringing my family here. Its such a great, relaxing place.

Its in need of updating. Great potential. Parking is an issue. You share the lot with the Boat House Restaurant, beach, pool, and the pavilion.

Its been awhile since ive been to this beach. Theyve renovated it nicely. The water is brackish, a dark orange though. But the sand is nice and white. Its close to my home so good for a quick beach day. Ill be going back next weekend.

Alway a favorite..1st Wensday of the month festivals, live music. Yacht club area. Marina..pool facilities. Charming family stlye beach area. Small playground.Fishing pier. And the boat house restaurant. MmmFun for all!

A beautiful facility inside and out. I have great memories of this place dating back to 1966.

Free and open to the public including free parking, the beach was so nice for our family. There is a playground right behind the beach area, a nearby restaurant within eyesight of the main beach, and a really short walk from the parking lot. Its on the small side, but that was nice because you can easily keep an eye on the kiddos. They made tons of friends as it was a little busy and we all enjoyed ourselves.

The boat launch needs a lot of work, who ever decided that a launch without some sort of break from the waves of a very busy river was not worth his fortune he probably made,the launch isnt user friendly as is.

Its always a pleasure to view the sunset with a cup of coffee , on a pier bench...the day is complete..

Went to a fundraising event there for the chamber of commerce. The space is nice. It is a little dated and could use some updating. Overall a great place to have an event.

Nice fishing pier. Resteraunt at base of pier can be busy and loud, but generally people are ok. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, leashed on the pier only. Swimming at the beach is not recommended, it is closed most of the year to unclean water conditions. The other reason is that most swimmers dont know that there are lots of Lemon shark pups and Bull sharks in these waters.
