I have been to every gun store in Cape CoralThis is the best one hands down. Anytime I’m looking for a new gun or ammo they always have a variety and are super happy to help or explain when I ask questions. If you want the best service this is the place.

Called to see if they had in stock what I needed and they did. So I stopped in and spoke to a very nice guy named Brent who had answered all my questions. While others seem to be out of stock of certain items, Guns 4 Less is very well stocked. I found their prices to be very reasonable as well. I highly recommend them too. They also do gun shows. Went into the store today just looking. Brent and Mike were both informative, personable, and very knowledgeable about the firearm that I wanted. Needless to say, because of these two men....I bought my S&W revolver. Thank you and I highly recommend Guns 4 Less.

The state of Florida made a mistake while processing my approval for a firearm purchase. Brent and the rest of the staff at the store were completely unhelpful in resolving this issue they were rude and they treated me like a criminal they refused to provide me with the control number to help me resolve the issue with the state I would give them zero stars if Google would let me and I would never give them one penny of my business ever again. There are far better gun shops within a few miles of their store that would enjoy your business and deserve it much more than them. I would strongly consider you go to them first.

Just purchased my first 2 guns from these guys. I never really write reviews but these guys are awesome.I visited EVERY gun shop in Cape Coral and Guns 4 Less was by far the best. If youre new to gun buying they dont talk down to you. At the other end of the spectrum they can give expert advice.While looking at all the shops in town I noticed that their prices are great as well.One last thing is that it seems they are never out of ammo when the other shops in town are.

I have been in here a few times over the last coupe weeks for odds and ends to builds, plus to do some transfers. Always helpful and enjoyable to talk to. Prices seem to be fair and their selection is pretty good. They always seem to have what I need. I will definitely to continue to do business with Guns 4 Less and if your in the area I would highly recommend you checking them out. Good products, good prices, good people.

STAY AWAY FROM BRENT. I wish I had only good things to say about this establishment, however, Brent ruined it for me. I saw him at a local gun show and inquired about a 9mm pistol, to which he told me they did not have one there, but they had one back at his store (I even showed him the exact weapon I was looking for with a tag detailing specs and everything). When I picked up the pistol, I was disappointed to find out that it was a .380, not a 9mm, and Brent proceeded to tell me that we never discussed caliber while at the gun show and that he never claimed that he had a 9mm in the style I was looking to purchase. Furthermore, after originally settling on a price at the gun show for the 9mm, he went on to try to charge me $80 more for the 9mm instead of the .380, which again, was not the weapon I wanted in the first place nor the price we settled on. He called me and began to ramble on and on, denying everything that he had previously said at the gun show, which I found very shady and dishonest. Lastly, Brent wouldn’t let me get a single word in whenever I was trying to explain to him that he was saying something completely different now than he had previously said at the gun show, and even went so far as to HANG UP ON ME. What kind of person hangs up on their customer? Clearly not someone who wants a repeat customer. This guy is the type to not own up to his own mistakes and is TERRIBLE when it comes to customer service. I won’t be back and will be telling my friends and family to stay away.

I had my very first 2hr class this past Sunday with Ben being a woman and a first time shooter I was a little scared and intimidated. Ben absolutely soothed all my fears and by the end of my lesson I was relaxed and more confident and I had a great session and cant wait for my next one.Also I have been doing some business at the store Brent has been very friendly helpful and informative I will be purchasing my first firearm from them and hope to be doing business with them for a long time.Thank you gentlemen.

Went into Guns 4 Less for the first time today. Prices so good i bought a new gun even though i went in with the intention to only look. The staff was helpful and customer service was wonderful. I found a new favorite gun store.

These people are the best, and their prices are the best. Met Craig at the gun show and he helped me purchase a pistol. Michelle was great at putting my background check through. Since I dont have my conceal carry license yet I had to wait. So when I went back to the store to pick up my gun, I noticed that they not only had the gun I wanted but in the color I wanted (that they didnt have at the Gun Show). They picked up on this and Brent and John (my main men!) said, since I hadnt walked out of the store with my new gun yet, they could switch them out, and for a little more money, I ended up getting the gun and color I wanted.You all are the best. I highly recommend this store. Everyone is personable and work with you to find the right gun.A couple of weeks later my husband and I went in for more ammo, and they were just as personable and funny as before. Dont every change guys!

Today I had my first private training class with John. If it were possible, I would give him 10 stars. I am new to handguns and attended his class to earn my FL certificate. While there I reserved my private training to use my revolver of which I was uncomfortable using and didn’t feel I was using it correctly. He also trained me on how to use a semiautomatic pistol.John explained in full details along with demonstrated how to properly use both firearms. As the class progressed I felt more and more comfortable. I’m so, so happy that I made the decision to take the class. There’s no better way to learn how to properly use your firearm. Your life may depend on it. I look forward to another class. Thank you John!!!!!

I used to love this gun shop, but the staff now is rude and treat you like you know nothing. Went into purchase a handgun and the guy behind couldnt be bothered. He never got up and acted like I have bothering him. Sad I have bought a gun from them before and had a great experience (owner helped me) but after the last experience, no more. I went to another gun shop in the Cape and they gladly sold me a nice Kimber with a smile!

Johns classes are worth every minute and penny. He takes the fear out of learning to operate a gun, and replaces it with confidence and safety.

I want to echo the review prior to me stating the lack of professionalism and customer service from this local shop. When possible, I like to support local small business owners, but guns 4 less will not be receiving my support.There is an older gentleman with a white NRA instructor hat, who, no matter what you ask him,always treats it like a chore to help anyone. This person shouldnt be behind the counter with an attitude like that. Who knows how many people he has walked out of that store and how much money hes cost that location. My suggestion to him would be to put his phone down and act like you enjoy your job or move on. I really hope he isnt a manager or owner.If its a chore to help a customer buy your product, its too much of a chore to spend my hard earned money there too.Ive been In retail for 25 years, and I would have fired or retrained him a long time ago. Because wether you want to admit it or not, hes costing your company money.Avoid guns 4 less.

I purchased a pistol that was listed on armslist by Guns4less. The add said it was like new. I called and spoke with Brent, he said there was not a mark on it and I question if it has ever been shot.I decided to buy the gun thinking it was going to be like new, but without a factory warranty.It was shipped to my ffl with no signature required so he was surprised when he saw it when he got to the shop. When he opened it ALL of my credit card info was on a sticky note inside the box. Someone could have easily walked off with this box. My ffl said he had not had this happen before.The gun was obviously used and cleaned with abrasives. The grip screws are damaged from being removed with the wrong tool. (Not sure yet if springs were swapped out or just grips)I called and told them that it was not in the condition they said it was. He said did you expect a new gun. He did offer to take it back, but minus shipping and my transfer fee so I would be out about $70 because they lied.Im not sure yet if Im going to keep it. I was planning on using it as a ccw, but I will need it gone through to make sure the springs are not aftermarket and test it for reliability.In my opinion the employees are either ignorant or dishonest.

Terrible customer service, ordered a gun said it was supposed to be in and was not in when they said and gave me the run around on when it would be in. Not great customer service kept me in the dark and not letting me know what was up with the situation.

I have saved a lot of money by buying from Guns 4 Less, Ive purchased 7 from them so far. My son just bought a Walther PPQ from them for $550, I was at Bass Pro Shop the other day and the same gun was $649 there. I saved $49 on a Beretta CX4 Storm at the October Suncoast Gun Show over Shoot Straights gun show only special deal.This is a locally owned shop that treats all their customers like they are friends, they have financing and laya-way. They also offer a excellent CWP class, either in store $49 or for $99 dollars you get the in store plus actual range time at their private range.These classes are kept small so you get one on one training.Great people, Great prices, you cant go wrong shop around, but before you buy go to Guns 4 Less.

Did a FFl transfer from NC to these guys. At first I talked to either craig or greg cant remember and all was good. Told them I needed ffl info to email my gun to their store. They failed to do it. Called next day talked to John. Guy is very unprofessional. He acted like I was wasting his time for a email. After gun was transferred they than said they needed a copy of my license. I sent it. Talked to John again, he once again was unprofessional at end of call simply hung up without saying buy or thanks for calling. I than get a call from the guy who needed to pick up the gun I transferred. They opened the box, scratched the rifle than told him for FFl purpose they need to charge him 20 dollars. I already payed the transfrer ffl fee, and shipping fee. This place is a complete joke. The only person who was nice was Craig or Greg whatever his name was. I will never ever transfer a gun here again. EVERplease note, places can pay to have google negative remarks taken off so it will show they only have good remarks. If I see mine is taken down I will simply add it back up again each and every time unless I get a apology over the phone. Im waiting for a response on here for them to try and cover this up as if we are in the wrong to make thm look good.STAY AWAY FROM GUNS 4 LESS. name says it all. 4 less means crap
