Always has what I need. Very organized store. They have great sales and a good rewards program that can give you good deals too. The employees are always ready to help!

If youve been to Michaels this one is like all of them. People picking through lots of crafty stuff.

A lot of producf options, and well put together. Very clean and the workers are all polite and ready to help. However, some other stores have the same products but are muchhh cheaper, and their signature Artists Loft products are pretty pricey but poor quality.

Got in and out. Was able to get what we went in for at good price. Checkout was guick. Employees know there inventory and are very helpful.

Great place for art supplies! Highly recommend if youre an artsy soul!

Very beautiful things but when there are sales they put big ticket items by the sale items and when you get to the register you find out. I was so embarrassed I almost walked out. I spent way more than I could’ve.

Neatly updated with the latest seasonal decorations. Not bothered by sales personnel, until you are ready for help.

I went to the store in search of a plate hanger. Ive never been in Michaels. Had trouble finding where they were located but eventually found them. I took my purchase to the register and asked the employee if the hanger I had picked out was 20% off like the other hangers featured on line. She politely explained this hanger wasnt included. She disappeared for a second and came back to the register. She had gotten a coupon for 25% off and applied the discount. She gave me a discount that was more than the available online discount! She went above and beyond and because of that small act that she did NOT have to do, Michaels has gained a customer for life. Thank you!

Usually pretty good experiences here. Employees arent usually the most talkative but I dont necessarily go out of my way to chat them up so I understand lol. Once in a while I get a really awesome cashier there but theyre always good at helping me out when necessary.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. There are lots of choices for so many different projects. Love the variety of items available. I really enjoy all the items they put out at Christmas time. I bought some nice candles, some wrapping paper and pretty ornaments for the tree. I love their on line order service as well.

People here are great.Honest people.The only thing I will suggest fort the personal to know a but more there products I ask 2 employees where they have there polymer clay and they said they didnt carry it couple of days past and I was looking for something else and I found out they have a big stand full of clay products.

Lots of crafts and art type projects to do. Found several kits for the grandchildren. Staff was friendly and informative. Building was clean

Hafe the time you cant use coupons because it has to be reg priced item but more then hafe the store is always on sale so they claim I can go every week and the same item will be on sale and its not even a good sale joann fabric is the same thing

Its not even November, and there was very little for Thanksgiving; loaded with Christmas stuff and Halloween items.

We can always find great stuff here, but its always so expensive

At the top of my posting page it said; Tell others why you hated this place. And Id just put in four stars. Wonder what thats all about? For one thing I truly do NOT hate this store. Not even a little bit. Not even when its busy say like at Christmas Time. This is the thing, certain items can only be found here. Not only that, theyve always have other must have items on the shelves. I never leave without picking up goods that Id never expect to find at Michaels. Always Im smiling on my way out the door. So do yourself a favor and stop in. Ill bet your smiling at the sales and merchandise!

The Pine Island location is amazing, super well stocked with all crafting needs. Id go with plenty of time to really absorb all the different items. All you need is some imagination. Youll truly be inspired with all the new items!

I absolutely love this Michaels! I have been in many other Michaels and this one by far has the BEST customer service and very clean! Every employee is so friendly and helpful! I live in Labelle but even if there was 10 Michaels on my way i would pass them all to get to this one!

This is a very cool place ...toy for kids...candies...and everything for home projects, i mean art , beautiful fake flowers and stuff you cant find anywhere

I always look for a new project and been to this place many times, but I was very surprised by the girls who work there always friendly and helpful. On one occasion I forgot my cell phone in the cart and they found it and I was able to pick it up ... very grateful to the manager and the excellent employees.

This place really made me mad when they closed but didn’t bother telling anyone inside the store that they were closing so when I approached the cash registers which still had a customer being taken care of at another register I was stuck with a complete crab of a woman. She shouldn’t work there. She was so rude going on and on about how she had to take care of us. Me and my daughter apologized we didn’t know what time it was and that they didn’t announce it and that sales associates walked around us and never mentioned they were closing and that should have been the end of that. But no, she just kept angrily running her mouth as if we’ve ruined her entire week.

The store is crowded with merchandise. Its little overwhelming but its clean and organized. I can find what Im looking for pretty easily. Prices are good.

This store seems to have everything! BUT, you ha e get to the right person who can tell you where it is. Asked 3 ladies where something I needed would be and got 3 different answers... and it was not at any of them. Captured a more mature lady and she took me to a 4th location and it was there.

Always a great adventure in Michaels! You never know what things youre going to find or what project your brain will steer you to next. Everyone there is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Love to spend 1-2 hrs walking around Michaels!!!!!

Good prices, but mistakes in pricing signage abound. Make sure you are charged the correct price.

We arrived very close to closing time. Our cashier was extremely helpful and kind. She made the trip for us. We got some beautiful beads at a wonderful price and, even though they had locked the doors by the time we left, we never felt anything except valued as customers.

I visit Michaels frequently. They need to order more paint. Obviously, they are not ordering enough if they keep running out . The employees are always friendly.

My wife was looking for a shadow box. Michaels was having a grand opening so we stopped. She found the most beautiful box for her crucifix fish bone. The price was right too. The crucifix fish is the skull of a catfish found in Florida saltwater. The bones are often found beneath the nest of an osprey or an eagle.

Did not meet anyone named Micheal and therefore could not establish a good trust relationship with it

Great deals on Christmas items right now... decorating, baking, crafts, etc. Some cool items for gifts there as well for the crafty giftee on your list.. of all ages! If you are looking for the Fuji instant mini camera, there is a decent stock of various colors. 4 stars instead of 5, because the coupons sound good, but there are lots of restrictions.

This store is awesome.. its a smaller location, but the store is always clean and neat, the staff is friendly and always willing to help you, the cashiers are amazing... I have been going here for months for my art supplies I love this store in general, but will keep going to this location️

It was a standard facility everything I wouldve expected to find they had. My only issue was I was not engaged by any employees and had to seek out help finding a few products.

I scrapbook, so Im always looking for paper and items used to scrapbook. There is a good selection. Sadly it is getting smaller. They lost scrapbooking space when the store relocated and with many more choices on line sometimes Its easier to shop on line. Id rather get those items in store.

I love Michaels!! I love crafts! But when I went to exchange photo boxes, I had to pay the difference (from the coupon I used the day prior) mind you not, the cashier from the day before used a coupon from behind the counter. Not even my own. The second cashier was a little rude. I dont care about paying the difference, but be a little nicer.
