Beautiful place to spend quality time with family. I really love the lazy river. Advice bring your own snacks! Food kind expensive.

Definitely perfect for birthdays or just a day out with the family which is what we did last weekend. Had a blast and its bigger than I remember as a kid! My kids 5, 8, and 10 all LOVED it. They had GAINT slides, ice cream, water was warm, a 2 kiddy pool areas Even though we got rained out, we will be going back soon!!

On a hot day it is a great place to relax in a lazy river. There are slides for the older kids and a splash pad area for the younger kids as well. They serve wine slushies and beer as well as a variety of snacks and soda. When you arrive you do need to show ID if you want the local price or have a piece of mail with you that shows that you live there. The piece of mail must be recent. My wife and I relaxed in inner tubes floating around the lazy river and occasionally took breaks to go get a wine slushie. They have all kinds of food available and the prices are very reasonable. It is very geared towards families. We are from Wisconsin and compared to the Wisconsin dells the prices were fantastic. They have a variety of lounge chairs in both the shade and the sun. Parking cost $5 per vehicle regardless of if you are local or not. For alcoholic drinks they give you a wristband that allows you to have three drinks per person. We will definitely return if we need another lazy day in the sun and dont want to travel to the beach because its too hot. We went there in early September when the water at the beach was not refreshing. This was an excellent alternative.

Kinda dingy. The lifeguards seem vigilant. The tubes and lot of equipment seem pretty aged. Food looked decent. Clientele was mostly tattood up and such--take that how you will.Gotta pay for parking, ticket, and locker.Was fun for the kids though!

Fun for the whole family. We go here every year with the kids and grand kids. They love the watersides and we grandparents love the lazy river. The lifeguards really do a great job. Our grandson, who can swim, came out of the one slide but the force of the water was just to strong and he was having trouble making the ladder, the lifeguard didnt think twice she just jumped in the water to help him.We usually pack our own lunch and use the picnic tables they have provided along the parking lot. Then go back inside enjoy a few more water slides and always end the day with the kids getting dipping dots.

We visited on the last day of seasonal operation in 2020. It also happened to be a $12 admission day, which apparently draws the local crowds. It was quite crowded, despite the fact that they were advertising reduced capacity.They have quite a few slides to choose from. Small kids to adults should have no problem enjoying themselves. The lazy river was relaxing for the most part (when your tube wasnt being pushed around by an unsupervised 10 year old).The food was typical of most waterparks. Not bad, but not great, and certainly not a good value (5 bucks for an Uncrustable?) Its going to run you at least 40 bucks to feed a family of 4. They dont allow outside food in the park, so budget accordingly or plan to tailgate in the parking lot.My one biggest gripe is that they placed sand in many of the areas with the beach chairs. This sand gets all over your belongings and generally makes a mess of things.There are lifeguards everywhere, and they are ON IT. No one gets away with shenanigans at this place.We had a great time at Sun Splash and well probably be back.

Nice park! Fair price admission with plenty of choices to keep you busy. They dont allow ANY outside food or drinks... NOTHING...well you can take in regular store bought water. Not even soda water:( not even fruit for your kids. But you can take a break from all the fun and go eat lunch with a cooler left in your car. Their food at the snack bar is ok. But nothing even remotely healthy so plan ahead.

Great little water park.Friendly staff. Good prices.If you come often, get the season pass, totally worth it. I know I will next season (I dont get enough days off to make it worth it for me this season)Theres also a little dock nearby that you can feed the wildlife from, or smoke a cigarette if thats what you need.If you get the park cup refills are 99¢ the rest of the season!

Would be nice if they updated website to say they were closed for the season before we drove an hour with a carload of kids there.

I had a good time. If i was in the perspective of a young kid then Itd definitely be a 5. However Im 16 and after the first 3 or 4 hours there was little left to do.

This is a fun little water park.... took off one star because I wasnt able to go down the middle slide of the tallest three, as my friend that went before me got her back scratched by a part that obviously needs to be sanded or welded smoother..... my eleven year old son said some of his hair caught on that same part and was ripped out. I also read about this in some previous reviews.. This seems like an easy fix during the time the park was shut down for Covid... or over the winter season. Why has this not been handled? I would have braved that slide had I not expected an injury. Get with the program please owners/management... I dont feel I got my moneys worth and two of our party of five got minor injuries. Would have given five stars if not for this. For $20 per head.... no injuries should be expected

In my personal opinion, waste of money. 20 dollars for non cape coral resident. I took my mom, nephew, and my 19 month baby today will not be wanting to go back. The only little kid friendly area is so run down, only 1/4 of the sprinkler toys worked. The flooring of the kid zone sticks horribly to your feet and Im talking chunks. The water slide stairs are so slanted and rotting. adults are too big to play with their children in the little kid area, and the little kids are too small for the slides. And the bucket of water that gets dumped knocked my kid and several others off the stairs and it hurts...it says family water park but its not very family friendly. Superbly dissapointed. We wasted 60 dollars today to float in a lazy river since that was the only thing family friendly.

Lots of fun for all ages. Lazy river all day, hit the slides, or take the little ones to the pirate themed kiddie splash area. Food is good also with a decent burger at reasonable prices or you can leave and return.

Hello my name is Teresa II take my kids every chance I get and I also take my own food due to the facts that no food or drinks are allowed in the park. Wish that’s find no problem with that . My problem is it’s already Bad enough with the high prices of the interest but then you decide OK this time I’m not going to bring anything to eat I’ll just eat inside.I paid almost $60 to come in for me and my two kids plus spent like $40 on food that I had to throw away fries were hard cold pizza was undercooked sauce was nasty hamburger meat was dry bun was hard I’ll never eat there again. It was a waste of $40.00 and very pricey at that if you’re going to charge high price on food at least the food can be decent And good to eat .

I was excited to find a waterpark until I saw the rates. How can families afford to come here? It would be $60 for me, my husband, and my toddler. And she would only stay there for 2 hours. And you have to pay for parking? Doesnt look like we will be going.

Went there with family members. Including a four year old granddaughter. We all had a blast. The only thing I would suggest is keeping the concession open a little later. As we were leaving I wanted to get something to drink but they were already closed. It was around 4. Other than that it was great

5 people received my food before they ordered theirs. Had to wait a long time to get what I ordered be cause everyone is getting chicken tenders and cheeseburgers. Maybe call out the name of the order instead of asking who got a hot dog and hamburger or chicken tenders. I mean my goodness.

We drove our family over an hour to this park to celebrate our sons 9th birthday last July. We were there only long enough to stand in line for a slide when it started lightening, so they closed the park. When we were leaving I called to find out their rain check policy and was told to save our tickets so we can use them within a year. I call this month to make sure they are still open due to covid-19 and was told their rain checks are only good till the end of that season. Total waste of time and money

This waterpark was on the smaller side, yet big enough to be enjoyable. we got rained out when i went, and they ended up closing for the day because of thunder. for the time that we were there, i had a lot of fun. the prices were reasonable, and the food was okay. definitely not my favorite waterpark, but still really fun!

My sister and I came for Sister Sister vacation time and had a blast. Everyone workers and guests were friendly. Love the Lazy river!

This water park need a lot of new attraction. This place have been build for so many year now, and still has the same 3 ratchet water slides, come on now you guys make so much money you can build something better in less then a year, we pay so much money just to be in a pool with a slide.

Came there today with my family of 4 and they couldnt even ride the slides cuz they were closed half the day. Waste of money. When I called to ask for refund they laughed . Pretty inconsiderate in my opinion :( kids just wanted to have fun :(

Such a great place for Kids and Adults. Under $15 For Florida residents for the day. Good food. Lots of Fun in the Sun! Pools. Lazy rivers. Water slides. Gift shop.They also have Beer and wine for the Adults.(2 drinks per person)

Excellent water park. My kids loved it. The lazy river was my spot for about 3 hours. Food was reasonably priced and good. Would recommend to anyone trying to stay wet and cool.

Fun park for the price. They could provide more complimentary umbrellas to provide protection from the sun to their guests.

A lot of fun, all the employees are constantly monitoring everyone and genuinely care about safety. The park was clean, they served wine slushies after noon, which are delicious, and they have a huge food court. The only downside to this place, is that if there is lightning around, they WILL close down. Sometimes its 15 minutes, sometimes its the whole day. They do provide rain checks if this happens though.

We enjoyed our time there. Great family time. Loved it!

Great park for younger families. Very clean, lots of life guards and the entire staff was very friendly. Extremely fair admission prices and reasonably priced food (which wasnt bad at all!) Its a smaller park, but perfectly sized for younger kids to not be overwhelmed. There are plenty of lifejackets available to borrow and good sized lockers to use. Only downside was that there could be more seating in the shade...

It was alright, I guess. Very few umbrellas. So unless you get it fast. Youll be stuck in the sun all day. Rides were okay. Not many. But kind of a given for being a small water park. Only thing I wasnt a huge fan of was the cooler checks. They wouldnt let me enter with the powerades I put in there and I had to put up a fight about my babys pouches. As they are one of his sources of food. Dont know how they do it in the south. But Ive never heard of parks, In general. Limiting said items.

Very slow today. Water was ice cold but once you jumped in it was perfect! Friendly staff at the shop. Its always a great place to go to entertain the kids!

Have to pay extra for umbrellas, very limited availability of free ones. Water slides for very small kids only, several for kids in the middle, with and without water tubes. And 3 pretty high ones for kids and those who still want to be kids larger than 48. As in all American waterparks rules are very strict and being watched by a lot of life guards. So European kids get bored quickly due to the wait times.Price is ok for a day, park closes at 5pm.

Great place to bring kids when it is starting to get hot or for a special family day. The park is on the smaller side and it is mainly slides. Majority of staff is very kind and helpful. One thing to really watch out for is when the park is closed for Off Season. Many events get held here and I cant wait for the Coconut Festival!

Kinda scuzzy....Reminded of the South Park water park episode...the pee the pee....

I went there and it was funthe slides were fun and so was the lazy river. There are a decent amount of things to do. The food wasnt great but it was good. The price for the food was to much for what they give you. My mom bought cheese sticks for like 7 bucks and only gave me 4 sticks. Do you really think a 13 year old would get full out of that. After a while it started to storm 10 MILES AWAY (no exaggerate). Disney and adventure island does a warning when it starts storming 1 mile away. We were there for only a few hours and gave no rain check to us while everyone else got one. We spent over 150 dollars just for 2 and a half hours for that. People were there for like 5 hours and still got a rain check. If your going to go to a water park, go to Disney or adventure island. They actually have service and give rain checks no matter what.

Although on the smaller was nice, clean, lifeguards were vigilant in doing theyre jobs. Like any other park you pay for parking, small locker for your stuff, etc.. but thats expected. I will say I did one of the 3 really tall free fall slides where you have to lay flat feet and arms crossed. Well it tore holes in my bathing suit and scraped up my spine pretty good it hurt to the point I wasnt laying flat anymore because every section of the slide was scraping my back bone so that was a little scary. Id recommend skinny people pad their back with something!

Super smaller than I expected. We finished getting on all of the rides after about an hour of being there, there werent enough tires for the amount of people in the lazy river so you have to sit there and wait for one to be free before you can enjoy being lazy. Honestly I cant even remember if we were able to bring any food in with us or if we had to buy food because it went so fast. Not a real memorable moment sorry!

Well after reading all the reviews I feel kinda lucky I never even made it into the park. I paid the five dollars too park and when I got to the ticket counter they said nobody could go in because of lightning that was 10 miles away. Mind you not a cloud in the sky where we were. We were waiting the 30 minutes to be allowed in when they reset it again due to lightning 10 miles away. After the reset for third time I had to say forget it. My kids needed a restroom and none were around. No refunds on parking even though I never set foot in the park so I basically paid 5 dollars to sit in a parking lot for an hour and a half in the sun. Very rude and dismissive when I asked for a refund on parking. Actually laughed while saying no. Again I feel lucky not even entering park just based how things went down. I think its also really strange ownership only responds to positive reviews. No response to negative ones. That tells me ownership can care less. Feeling super lucky I didnt make it in. Especially knowing they have no healthy options for food.

Really good times, great for the kids and adults as well! Floating around and around on the lazy river is always fun and a good way to catch some rays. The slides are a lot of fun (as long as the lines arent too long). But its a great water park and of course the kids always have a fun time!

I love all of the updates they have done to the place. It has really come a long way compared to years ago. Had a great time with my family and really looking forward to going back again soon.

The younger staff was as good as they could be the older staff wasnt every help full acted like they really didnt want to be there and had bad attitudes the younger kids were excited and happy to be there It was a rainy I spent closed to 300. For 7 grandkids we by no means were looking for any kind of special treatment but at least some common sense and or decency would have been nice

Reasonable rates and fun attractions makes Sun Splash a great place to enjoy on a weekend with the kids. Even food prices are reasonable, should you decide to purchase from there rather than bring your own. Dont forget to wear sunscreen!

Just moved here from JErsey and glad there are some places that the kids can enjoy locally. This is probably one of their favorite locations to visit outside of another amusement park we found in south fort myers. PRices were reasonable and we will certainly be back!

We took our 3 year old granddaughter here today...we got there around noon...left at 4 30...we had a blast. Food is reasonable...dont bring any food or drinks with you..they check bags and will not let you bring it in the park. Lots of fun for kids of all ages. I will definitely go there again. Put on sunscreen. It was a great day.

We did the swimming class for toddlers, compared to other, shall-not-be-named classes, this was amazing!! The staff was great and the activities varied.

Our first visit was successful. We enjoyed a beautiful memory of lazy river floating which was my favorite so peaceful. Our 11 yr old son had a blast on the more adventurous water slides with my husband. We appreciate the real family feel safe and attentive lifeguards at every ride. Truly a special place to be with family and make memories and be happy

Had a great time here, i just wished they had more covered sitting areas, and the cabana rentals a just ridiculously priced, your sunsplash not aquatica or volcano bay.

I have been to larger water parks with more rides than this one. This one has only four complex water slides with variations of sliding, eg. with tubes or without. It also has a lazy river, mini slides for toddlers and place for the younger kids to play (shallow pool with slides and other fun activities). What I liked about this place is that it was not crowded at all. We went there on a weekend and there were no lines to any of the water slides. There is a restaurant on the premises which offers pizza, hamburgers, sandwiches, French fries, hot dogs. Unfortunately, it does not offer much of the healthy choices. There was only a side salad on the menu. The park also has two ice cream stops, an alcohol booth (beer and wine) and a gift shop. They offer locker rentals and cabana rentals. The price to the park is $5 for the parking per car, about $20 for adults’ admission if you are not a resident. They offer different prices for residents. Kids (certain age) and seniors pay a different rate. The park is open on certain dates so please check before you go. Water shoes are recommended as the grounds in the park get very hot. The kids have to be 48” to ride alone and 36” to ride with an adult.

Worth every penny. My kids love it. We go 6 or 7 times a year.

I just went there and the lifeguards were very disrespectful and unfriendly so overall it was an extremely terrible time and I will never recommend going here to anyone even my worst enemy.

An absolutely fantastic venue for kids and adults alike. Venue hosted my granddaughters 6th birthday party. The food served for the party was far better than expected. Great place to go on a hot day! Highly recommend.

Awesome water park. We had a lot of fun at so many different attractions. Wished the special prices extended out to all Lee county residents, not just Cape Coral. We would go more often if that was the case.

Small water park but good for little kids

Theyve added some more slides and attractions since I came as a kid. Affordable water park close enough to Southwest Florida to make sense.They have several water slides, a lazy river, and some age-appropriate kid play areas for safe fun for all ages.

My children and visiting family really enjoyed there day here and my children went back several times afterwards, nice place to go for some water fun and family time

Great way to get out on the weekend without the beach and cleaning sand out of the truck.I got the season pass for me and my family and 2 parking passes for unlimited times.Pricing on food and drinks are pretty good if your on a budget pack the cooler make some sandwiches and leave it in the car for lunch or a snack. Outside food or drinks are not allowed in park.

Great park, well maintained, very clean. The slides are a lot of fun. The staff is very well trained and very attentive. All around fun place to visit, and the price of admission and prices inside the park are very reasonable.
