Management seems to be very nice and refunded even when they have a no refund policy. All the new additions are an amazing upgrade from what this place was many years ago and at a fair price, but here is the downside. First, half the games inside do not work. Second, I brought a big group of my family to do the haunted hike and boy it was just not enjoyable, due to the fact that there are SO MANY IMMATURE KIDS. Understanding that that is not this establishments fault, but precautions could be taken. I would much rather pay a top dollar price, for a night of fun at gator mikes, to ensure myself that I wouldnt have to deal with hopping off the sidewalk with my 5 year old daughter because the kids now a days have no respect for anything, and also having to cover her ears constantly to stop her from hearing all the profanity. Maybe get security to monitor and boot these kids out for language. Finally, staff. Young blonde was rude as could be. The park gave no warning that they were closing and shut off all the games right as I paid $5 for my daughter to play a game. I asked a young girl that was staff if they gave a warning and her response was we close at 11 which my question was WAS THERE A WARNING, and her immediate response was everyone knows we close at 11 so I stated ill just talk to management. Overall the place has come along way but still carries a lot of the bad that it brought years ago. It can be changed with few simple changes and this could feel a lot more like fun spot in Orlando.

Besides taking forever to go over through the challenges, making staff working overtime , we had an amazing time.Zach,Yaya,Jackson and Jake were all so nice, engaging and helpful ️

It has a large property, plenty of fun attractions for kids and adults. Air conditioned arcade, food and drinks. The staff is always friendly Ive been here multiple times and today a gentlemen named Jake did a great job ensuring we had a really fun time!

Always a fun time at Gator Mikes! So many affordable options to choose from and you can either either grab a snack at the arcade or a burger at latitude when theyre open. Love mini golf and batting cages and cant wait to try out axe throwing! Plus, they have Frightmare on 78 in October which is a must do with the whole family!

Really fun for the kids with lots of different things to do, the staff here are really nice. The property looked great and nicely maintained (which compared to a few years ago is a big plus). Theyve added a zip line which is really cool and the putt-putt course was nice as well. Im seeing some people on here complaining about them closing the outside portion of the park (which is the majority of the place) due to weather (Thunderstorms). I dont know why you think its their fault that it rains lol but you kinda cant have people outside holding metal golf clubs during a thunderstorm. And of course during the summer we all know that its going to rain almost every afternoon so plan accordingly.

This place was terrible. Nothing worked at all. We started with wanting to go ziplining , and they wouldn’t open it baxk up because they didnt get enough bussiness. We did axe throwing which was fun but wasn’t really intense and you run the game yourself. After thst we went go karting ! Which absolutely sucked. Our kart was broken and the guy knew jt the whole raced and just laughed at us going around each lap slower and slower. After 3 failed activities. We tried softball. None of the machines were working at all. And the manager was nowhere to be found to try to help with anything. There was a young lady pretty much trying to handle evertrhing while the manager sat baxk on his phone

Zack and Lilly were absolutely amazing! They were engaging, fun, and made sure that we were safe while zipping and on the rope “element obstacles”. Gator Mike’s was completely understaffed, as we did our first zip at about 5:30ish and did not complete the obstacles until about 9:45ish. The waiting was of course not the faults of Zack and Lilly, but how management runs their business. I hope that management values their faithful employees as Zack and Lilly never showed stress and were doing 10 people’s jobs at one time. As Lilly is getting people harnessed in, she is also telling the young girl behind the resister how to ring up customers, as it was the young girls only second day on the job. Props to the young girl, as she constantly had a smile on her face and kept her cool as the long line continued to grow.For a family fun park that features at least 10 activities management needs more then four people staffed for a Saturday night.Zack and Lilly five stars to you both!The 2 stars is only directed at management. I couldn’t bear to rate you lower because Zack and Lilly saved the experience for us!

The staff was awesome! Didnt catch the name of the sweet gal in the arcade but she was handling the customers with a smile even though they were super busy. Jake out in the gocarts was so interactive with our kids and so nice! Definitely reccomend this joint!

Everything surpassed my expectations. The Staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy what they did. The prices are very reasonable. They also have every attraction you could think of. My kids had a great time. Cant wait to come back on our next vacation.

Absolutely the worst place that I have ever taken my grandkids to. The bathrooms at a highway gas station are cleaner than the bathrooms at Gator Mikes.Unorganized and most of the games do not even work. When I complained to an employee behind the snack bar she said she would help me then was extremely rude when I came back 15 min later.As an out of towner I expected more than a waste of my moneyZERO STARSIf 2020 was a place it would be GATOR MIKES!

Very nice set up. Has a few things you can do in one visit, zip line, batting cage practice, wall climbing. The course is not as elaborate as others in town but it is good. They also have an inside area for the kids to play games. Really nice time and well run. Will visit again soon.

VERY expensive!! $10 for 1 go-cart ride and you have to wait over an hour in line! $22 for the Haunted Hike which i think is wicked over priced. Arcade is over crowded.

Arrived at 7:36, waited behind one group for 13 minutes. Finally got to the counter at 7:49 and was told the rope course was already closed. Was told rope course stayed open till 8. Anywhere I’ve ever managed at you take customers till close. On top of that waited in line to get a drink at the snack bar, lady got the person in front of us then walked off across the building. Staff seemed like they couldn’t care less about customers and were just waiting to leave. I should point out that the facility doesn’t close until 10, it was just the rope course that ended at 8. But if I’m gonna only have mini golf or go karts as my available choices, then there’s much better options around.

Gator Mikes is a great place to go if you want to wait because they dont have enough employees to assist outside. There were 3 groups of people waiting on go-karts and the girl left to put people (that just rode the karts) onto the small bungees. Bad decision. I spoke to manager and he said they only have 1 person handling outside. He wouldnt even come out to help. Ive brought groups here and we wont be back

Drove out because there Google site said it was fun for all ages and there was rides. We got there there was no rides and nothing really for our 2 year olds to do. The lady I talked to was awesome I wish I caught her name.. she tried to help me find something in the area to do with them that was more for there age. She was great!! We didnt stay.

Gator Mikes was a good time! The put put course looks brand new and the batting cage goes from softball to 75 mph baseball. Definitely a good time with the family, the zipline and go carts looked new as well. The girls loved the bungee jumping!

This is a good place for kids and the entire family. Mini golf, batting cage, go karts, arcade games, and mini carnival rides. There are Groupons available to save money for parties of 4. Personally I feel they could use some profits to fix up the place. The balls in the batting cages kept getting stuck. The putting green is old and worn, the waterfalls , and drinking areas were all dried up for the giant animals that could use painted, and all of the equipment needs cleaned, it felt greasy. The grounds could definitely use some cleaning up, there was trash, debris, and plastic bottles all over the Putt-Putt area. How about some recycling bins and extra trash bins to prevent people from littering? This would be an even better location if updated and taken care of.

I am giving three stars because the staff was amazing and the go carts were fun. Unfortunately, MANY games did not work and they were under staffed so long waits to get any help.

A disappointment about sums it up. The poor girl in the game room was running back and forth as the manager and a couple other employees were just talking, drinking and relaxing. Then you walk all the way to the back to ride go karts just to be told that you have to walk all the way back to pay. I’ve been here several times and always paid at the booth back there. So maybe like a sign or something? And the go karts, what a waste. It was obvious they slowed them down more, my riding lawnmower would smoke them. Sorry, but will probably go somewhere else next time.

We had so much fun for a low price. Theyve really remodeled the place, the putt putt has new turf and other things. The obstacle course looks really fun. The whole place looks really nice considering what it used to look like, I see the hard work and potential they are putting in it. We will definitely be back soon!

We celebrated my daughters 5th birthday today at the fun park. Our attendant Madison was awesome and very attentive with our group. We used the golf course and bungee jump area which the kids loved. Everything was clean and well kept. This place has gone under a lot of improvement since I worked there over 20 years ago. I’m glad to see what has been done and what they’re continuing to build since we need more places like this in Cape Coral for our kids.

I did not realize I forgot to add details on my visit when I did the star rating until the location itself asked about my experience. Im truly sorry about that!I stopped in on my way home after medical trip to cool off for a bit. I have not been in the building since it changed names so I was expecting a few new things for sure.The building was very clean. I was not expecting it to be that good to be honest given the shape the building was in as its prior name. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I do not recall who was on staff that day I went but it was all awesome.The arcade area was the only real area I visited and I rated the business solely on that. They offer other entertainment options such as mini-golf, go karts and batting cages. I believe I even seen a Zipline! They utilize a card system to pay for the arcade games instead of tokens. Its smart to do it that way as tokens are either lost and would cost the business alot to replace them and lack a simple way to clean them easily. The games offered are, in my opinion, slightly overpriced but are alot of fun and fair for the cost. The classic arcade machines in the center of the room bring back the nostalgia that they are supposed to while the surrounding games draw in the children. I did not have a chance to redeem my tickets as there was not an employee over there and did not arrive after 10 minutes but Im not upset at that. After all, I feel an adult male trying to redeem tickets for candy seems... weird so not a problem there.The only thing I was kinda offput about was a couple games in the arcade: claw machines. I understand everyone has to make money so I know logically I am upset over nothing but I felt cheated with all of the claw machines in the building. While Im not amazingly skilled at them I know how to win somewhat consistently. There were cases where the claw itself had no strength it would barely close, Id estimate only closing 10% of the way. Obviously you wont be winning anything with it open that wide.All in all great location to spend a few hours and a couple 20s in the arcade.

We were looking for something fun to do while visiting grandparents in Cape Coral. My son had such a fun time at the arcade and go carts. Great atmosphere with lots to do! The staff gave excellent customer service and were so friendly to our family. Thank you to Elena and Carter for being so sweet to our son!!! We will return on our next visit!

Honestly this 5 stars is only because of Carter over at the Go Karts, if we didnt see him it wouldnt be this. You got yourself a good employee with him! Keep up the good work and thank you for making this trip a great one Carter!!! He cares about the families and the park and just within 5 minutes of talking to him to you can tell. Went axe throwing and had a great time. They also have great food and drinks in a great atmosphere.

We did the mini golf. Pretty expensive. The holes were in good shape with a good layout, however they were very basic.

We had a great time at Gator Mikes playing putt putt with our grandsons. The course has 19 holes! The entire place is amazing with something for everyone! The price is right and staff is great! We will defiantly go again!

We went around 630 and only had under a hour to play mini golf and go carts because they decided to close early because rain so be aware of that.

I was being polite by giving you 1 star and not expressing my true feelings about your fun park, but seeing we blessing hearts you need to revert that to your location and get full and knowledgeable staff.For you to advertise such attractions and not specify the age, weight, or height and when you call for clarity and the employee answering the phone can not answer the question is misleading. But I assume you operate on just trying to get people in the door, total waste of my time and my child was very disappointed. You do not offer much fun for all age groups for sure. My child rode go- kart once and had to wait on an attendant because you were not staffed and the employee that did operate the course was sure to inform us of him going on break. So in conclusion bless your heart with your poor service, sad establishment & terrible customer service.

Not much to do, very pricey for the limited things to do. They have go karts that go to slow. Thtee tracks one for kids two for adults but only 1 is open. Batting cages are ok, bats are mostly kid sizes. Game room is too small not for adults, Greatt for kids 5 and under. Mini golf course is nice but not much fun, no challenge to it.

We did the mini golf course. It was fun but very simple, and some of the actual holes where the ball went in were kind of messed up or missing the metal ring around it so you didnt get a consistent feeling of how hard or the angle on which you should hit. Only one or two interesting holes. Good for young kids. I would give it 5 stars if they revamped the holes a bit.

This is a hidden gem. A great place for all ages. Putt putt golf, go carts, ferris wheel, carnival rides. batting cages, arcade, etc...There is also a free standing bar called the Dug Out. There are a bunch of baseball references since Mike Greenwell is a retired Boston Red Sox player.

Fun everywhere....a lot of things to do

I went to Gator Mikes as part of a team building event with work. We had a group deal that included 2 rounds of mini golf, 2 rounds of go-carts, and 4 rounds in the batting cages. I ended up doing everything except for both rounds of mini golf.Surprisingly, the mini golf course was actually maintained pretty well. I didnt have any issues with putting on the course. The ball stayed true to the line I hit with no deviations. The course seems simple enough, but it can be challenging. Parts of the course are in direct sunlight, so the course could use some more shade.I was also surprised by the go-carts. The course all the way in the back is a nice winding course that runs fast. During the 2 rides I had, both carts ran fast. And, they give you a decent amount of time to ride around the course. So, youll get plenty of riding time.The batting cages were a bit disappointing. The balls often got stuck in in the chute, and some of the cages didnt even any balls during refilling. I had to wait minutes in between pitches. It doesnt seem like the the cages are well stocked in balls, and the staff isnt that responsive to help fix any stuck balls.I would probably go again, but not during a weekend. I was there on a Friday afternoon, and it was not busy. But, I can see there being a wait for any of the attractions during the weekend when there are more people there.

I had a great experience with my girlfriend definitely fulfills all of my categories of what fun is supposed to be, all around great service as well.

After reading the reviews I wasn’t looking forward to much. My sister was taking her son here to celebrate his 8th birthday.We went to the bar to order food, there was a nice sounding band and polite employees. The food was delicious!! Had the best wings, my girl loved the fries and the sandwiches were great as well.Arcade has some good games, you load cards to play, some games didn’t work maybe about 3-4. The kids loved the go carts to.The place could be better. But was still a great place to go.

Came here for mini golf - 19 relatively easy holes. The scenery was a little lacking along with the landscaping. But we still had fun playing. Would come again. Bathroom though wasn’t the greatest, the toilet paper was on the floor

Staff is rude. Attractions are over priced for what you get. Miniature golf course is not well maintained. Bumps, dirt, and extremely poor lighting for night play. It is also extremely expensive at $11 per person due to condition of the course. Cheaper is not always better. I will pay more for a better course.Go cart ride was $9 per person for a 2 minute 2 lap ride???Game room is old and outdated. They added a zip line and rock wall attraction but Im too old for them. Batting cages are probably best attraction.I can guarantee you will never get me there again.

My sister in law and I went to Gator Mikess yesterday January, 11, 2020 to fulfill a bucket list adventure. Going on a zip line. The staff at Gator Mikes was wonderful. The girls at the counter were friendly and very helpful. The zip line team was great. The guys took very good care of us. Safety was excellent. The guys were friendly and atentive.

Being an avid baseball fan (GO RAYS!), this place was on my radar. Id never attempted to play the game (Im a bit long in the tooth to be honest), but I was right up for some batting practise!! This place is superb value, in my estimation at least, running at $2 for 24 baseball or softball pitches from the machines. and whats even better is that the pitch speeds are graded up from beginner to moderate (as I would class them). LOVED it. Bat n hat rentals arent expensive either ($1 per piece of kit), so this is a highly affordable way to get some exercise & have fun at the same time.

Brought my nephew here to visit and ride the rides in the back, the staff was incredibly friendly. Except for one. I was told her name is Patty. She had the rudest face I think I’ve ever seen on a human before. My nephew waved at her and she lifted her nose up into the air as if she was too good to wave back. She was cruel to the staff, saying they were being lazy. When the person she yelled at had just got done standing in the sun running rides and went and sat down. I personally believe she should be fired. All I saw her do the entire time I was there was walk around and be rude to the former employees. I truly don’t think she competent enough to work with such great people.

Excellent, maybe more employees needed. We needed to wait for rides because they had to finish with one ride to be able to take care of the people waiting for other rides. Other than that, loved the place.

Restaurant is decently priced. Arcade needs a lot of work. Half of the games are broke down or non operable and takes your money or tickets. Employees seem not very happy. Rides are fun, a little pricey. Go carts are fun. Golf course is run down, lights don’t work at night, but has potential and has a good amount of holes. Food in arcade is not very good. Arcade needs updating. Small variety of arcade games, and a many of them were out of service, or looked like they worked, but took my money. The new aerial park looks cool, but pricey at $25 per person. Also, you got a bit of weighted to do when theres a lot of people on the course.

We went there for zip lining and found the staff thorough and patient. We also went for drinks afterwards and my husband said it was the best margarita he’s ever had! We would go back again. Actually I wish we took the time to do the go carts.

Great time! the go karts were a lot of fun but i think a few have little problems because they just get the same speed as some as the other go karts, games were fun, and bungee jumping is more like mega trampoline jumping you dont get launched in the air just picked up and then you can jump around but overall very fun and enjoyable!

Not ADA compliant what so ever to accommodate the handicapped. First the doors are locked by the handicapped parking so you have to go around to other doors. Then we bought mini golf however it’s all stairs everywhere. I feel The girl at the counter should have suggested and known that I would Not be able to navigate in a wheel device. This place has been ran into the ground and is overpriced! Very very disappointed.

The guys had fun, the place was dead at time we were there. The gas gocarts are not as fast as they say they will go.

The first time I went was for a round of mini golf on a Monday at around 9 PM. I had a great time, the course was fun, and the LED lighting around the course was the best Ive ever seen. I enjoyed it so much that when I ran out of things to do on Thursday evening, I went back for another round of mini golf. This time I was told that they were closing the place at 9 rather than 10, and I wouldnt be able to start when I arrived around 8:30. Nowhere was this mentioned on the website, Twitter, or anywhere else where, had I known, I would have just returned the next day. So since I was there I tried a few rounds at the batting cages. I ended up in cage three, where each round of 20ish balls had at least two that either went behind me, or clipped the net and never made it.Overall Id say check this place out for the mini golf, and not much else. The mini golf at night is certainly worth it, and its enough to convince me to give it four stars instead of three for the sub-par batting cages and the annoyance of closing earlier than the posted hours without a warning. If I end up in the area again, Id still give it another try.

They added a very cool zipline But they didnt hire enough people to run it. Stood at the bottom for 20 minutes in the sun waiting for an employee. Looks like fun though

Lots of arcade games were broke but the boy with curly dyed hair who talked to my kid as she panicked to zip line was amazing mixed I think he truly helped her conquer her fear and it was amazing to see her do it his customer skills were amazing and Id recommend the go kart boys were awesome this late afternoon also !

Very disappointing....went to a Birthday party for a 5 year old and they put the booked party in the bar area ....had to ask the server 15x for a drink before they finally brought it .....had the shutters down even after it stopped raining and it was about 100 degrees in there.....ps dont look through the open kitchen door....the Circle K bathroom is cleaner .....dont even waste your time....they have some sort of ax throwing game where people are drunk mixed in with the kids game room....Trash littered around the walkways and parking lot......the place needs a bar rescue asap

Went to the buckcherry concert. Paid for the VIP but dont think it was worth it bc we didnt have separate food or bathrooms like it said and not a good selection of alcohol so ended up with getting soda instead. Next time Ill just get regular tickets.

Im from Michigan so this is my tourist opinion.Prices for high ropes are a little pricey, go karts are average, wouldnt go out my way for it. My girlfriend and i were on vacation so we were looking for something to do. We decided to check this place out. Don’t get me wrong we had fun, but the place is very run down and looks deserted. Equipment is very old and not updated, especially the go carts. It looks like that track hasn’t been ridden on in years. Parking lot and the grounds themself were disgusting. Trash everywhere, dead trees. Tall grass. Batting cages were fun but rusty. Bathrooms smelt like 100 percent urine. The arcade was clean as well as the snack bar. Again we had fun, but it definitely needs a facelift grounds and maintenance wise. I can see why we were the only people there for 2.5 hours.

This is a great place to be able to do various activities with your family. All ages are able to participate in every activity. There is arcades, go-carts, putting, mid-way rides, and snack area which has drinks too combo meals. It is under new ownership, in which he will be adding much more to the park. Been coming here since I was a kid. Especially , love around Halloween time for there hike.

Fun place, prices are reasonable for hours of entertainment. Outside area is very hot, no place to rest in shade. Several rides were down and only one employee outside running 4 go cart tracks and 8 rides so it was slow service. Batting cages and arcade were fun. I would go back but would not buy a grand slam package because it took 6 hours to use it because they needed more staffing.
